Everything is bad for you in certain amounts. That's why moderation is important.

alright i think i need to reword my post, the milk companys used to tell us, 3 glasses a milk a day was what we need. the nutritional guide all makes bases off 2000 calories. so then by this logic thed tell you the limit of grams of HFCS that one should not exceed. even if it was some lame ballpark number for the average joe, it urks me we lack such numbers

We're still tweaking our recommendations on essential nutrients; we haven't even gotten to the additives.

We're still tweaking our recommendations on essential nutrients; we haven't even gotten to the additives. and see a component these people for whatever reason seem to not talk about that are common in my old 60-90's health books is that. all body are different even where organs like the stomach are placed. so with this its pointless to make a universal system as it benifits only a handful of bodys. and the way the nutritionalist in the books reccomends that if you have a issue from a lack of somthing to add the nutrient you need in a small dose but would rather have you eat it from a whole food. as a complete food supports a complete life its not so ill balanced as to kill you but HFCS's danger is in its hyper concentrated form. and only in america do we make it to where food doesnt have to be labeled what indrengants are GMO or not and hfcs is a gmo product. go look into how its made.

And most Americans don't know wtf moderation is. Thats because the stuff, even in moderation, makes you want MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MOAR MOAR MOAR MOAR MOAR, its designed to make you want more. To not fill you up, to make you hungrier, etc. How can possibly you have moderation when the very nature of what your taking is anti-moderation? Willpower. Exactly cool

It's all toxic. The question is though, what are you going to do when they get past regulations that obligate them to place information as to what is in their products?

So is this another reason that the government is calling obesity a genetic mishap? Because of all the corn syrup/starch in their systems?
