			            Excellent topic and research.
also a side note, I actually managed to lose close to 20 lbs just by cutting HFCS out of my diet. It's amazing how bad it is for you.

high fructose corn syrup screws up your ability to process whether you are hungry, full, or if you have even eaten something with nutritional value. It's "empty" calories and keeps kids up late at night. We put the kids to bed on this crap and they wake up tubs of lard waiting to be the next poster child for Miss Obama's next campaign.

Vanilla eXee The commercial is right. Most of the stuff they put in our food is fine in moderation. Therein lies the problem. This stuff is in everything.
And most Americans don't know wtf moderation is.

And most Americans don't know wtf moderation is.Thats because the stuff, even in moderation, makes you want MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MOAR MOAR MOAR MOAR MOAR, its designed to make you want more. To not fill you up, to make you hungrier, etc. How can possibly you have moderation when the very nature of what your taking is anti-moderation?
