Lightning Emperor of Kumogakure
Sannin | Cloud Ninja | Dragon Sage Shao laughs as he forms a single handsign. "Static Strings!" Several strings of electricity shoot from his fingers and the shuriken stop in midair. He releases the jutsu as the shuriken fall onto the ground. "And that was just a basic technique. Anyways, one more thing, I'm allowed to use jutsu, since we weapon users are only able to learn one element, mine ofcourse is raiton, it is for when we have no weapon and need to defend outselves. Now, look for an opening while I learn how to use this technique."

The newly appointed Chuunin made his way towards the training session, his sash fluttering impressively around his youthful form. At the age of eleven he was no doubt among the youngest of those gathered but he carried himself as if he was an elite ninja.
Kingu would search for the Raikage, rudely ignoring everyone else including the sannin as he tossed a scroll of rank confirmation into the air only to catch it as it fell.

She imediately did some handsigns then called out Henge no justu and transformed into cheetah, then quickly ran at Shao did some some more and called"clone technique"(forgot what its called) and two cheetahs came at him, then i transformed back and and threw kunei at him then did some hand signs and called out"henge no justu" and turned into a flying squirrel that attached to him with the other one transformed back and threw more kunei at him

He then reached for Fulgora, and without hinting anything, he allowed his years of training in the deadly art of two-handed blades take affect. He charged forward, jumping upwards and performing a diagonal flip as he slashed Fulgora at Shaoran's right shoulder with great speed and force. The aerial push would also contribute to this attack. "We haven't been properly introduced. I am the Lightning Samurai." His eyes stayed fixated on Shaoran, knowing all to well that a Sannin had infinite ability at his arsenal, as well as youthful age. His use of lightning elemental abilities would be nullified if he dared to use them against Fulgora, and on top of that, Aeldevera's main element itself was lightning.| "Serve the meaning of your life's principles, laugh at your failures, learn to be alive, dance by your blade, and die knowing you did something worth dying for." |

Sannin | Cloud Ninja | Dragon Sage Shaoran's eyes suddenly changed as he looked behind him to see the heat outline of the Raikage swinging down at him. He forms a handsign as a cloud forms behind him to block the sword's attack. "Cloud shield jutsu." He jumps back as the cloud dissipates and looks at the Raikage, still holding the scroll in his hands. His eyes were piercing gold and with vertical slits for the pupils, like that of a dragon. "I was hoping to make it a suprise, but its out now. I am a dragon sage, and right now, I'm trying to learn one of the techniques."

Rei opens his eyes and stands in a slightly more relaxed stance than earlier and jumps into the trees thinking, "now I'm completely unnoticeable to the genin and anyone else higher rank will simply sense his presence except for the Dragon guy, who seems to have a way of finding people. Rei creeps through the back row of trees slowly and silently until he is standing directly behind the Dragon man. Rei preforms the correct hand signs and lifts both arms then leaps from the trees and uses Raiton: Raikou Hitofuki no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Blast Technique). Rei launches the attack at the Dragon Man (Shaoran) and keeps his chakra at a steady flow but ready to fluctuate at any moment.

Turning to Kumiko he smiled. "We can start now. Pick five techniques and tell me what they are, and I will help you train. The feeling of being ignored suited Narkosa. Seeing that everyone was busy with their training Narkosa decides to head out in the only place that trueely suites his personality. Walking with the silent steps of a ninja Narkosa walks out of the training grounds.

His lightning resistance at his rank has made his body resistant to even that of a jounin's lightning attack. A mere genin using a basic attack barely leaves a scratch. He turns to his students, still reading. "I don't see you guys attacking me....Now, to use this, I need to focus my chakra in my breath...hmmm, expell it through my mouth."

Rei clenches his teeth and pumps amazing amounts of chakra(about 5 B ranks worth of chakra. aka, a lot) into the blast, even this guy wouldn't be able to ignore it. Rei uses the shear power of the blast to stay aloft in the air.
( The Konaga bloodline have almost unlimited chakra so he can easily use up to a jounin's amount of chakra without side effects. side effects include Chakra Burn and unconsciousness, not pretty)
