Alright first off Reynard, I know you said you wanted to do custom contracts, but its snakes. I'll take this one.
Now then, Is this an attempt at a new branch of the Snake Summoning contract, or a new contract altogether? I dont likethe Idea of having two seperate snake contracts, it would get too confusing.
Each one says they can "Destroy" a certain rank jutsu. I have no idea what that means. Can you go into more detail?
For the glossy snake, you think of it as a scarf? Ok, who would allow something to slither up their back and across their neck thinking "Oh, theres a scarf wrapping itself around my neck. I'll think nothing of it." Same with the ribbon snake. And just out of curiosity, why the separation between the two for a male or a female?
Do the snakes have any certain size? From what I can tell they're all pretty much standard snake sizes, yet some of them can "Destroy" up to rank A earth jutsus. Again, I dont understand how someone could "Destroy" a jutsu, let alone an average sized snake.
For the scarlet snake, automatic no. A summon cannot summon itself to your side, and it would not know whether you could hear the rattle of the rattlesnake or not. And as for the rattlesnake, you would have to be standing at least 10 feet away to hear the rattle of a rattle snake anyway, so that seems kind of pointless.
Sorry, but DENIED. Please revise the things I told you to, plus anything reynard catches that I did not.

Reynard Lothar @Inazuma Dorobo: I really do want to pass this due a serious interest in how cool summoning birds and having a bird sage would be. So lets see if I can help you. Owl: Does the owl in some way send images back to the summoning, like scrying? Because it seems like it does. Does the genjutsu actually cause the exhaustion, or is that just because of the walking for hours? I might come up with mroe later, I need sleep too. @Major Dangerousk: Denied. There will be no religious figures in this guild. You've also messed up their mythos, which I also don't like. yeah i meant by walking hours. and i kind of thought of more bird summonings like crows for escaping purposes or distractions, or generally the bird family

Can you please explain HOW they destroy jutsu, or I'll have to ask you to take that out.
Wouldnt it just make more sense for the rattlesnake to come get you when it sees something, instead of summoning two snakes together?
You still havent given me any approximate sizes.
Your boss summon seems to have no difference with the rock python. In fact, the boss summon has the same description as the rock python, just wordier.
Honestly, all of these snakes seem to have no special abilities other than destroying jutsu, which I'm not sure I'm gonna allow. All the descriptions say "this snake will be used to finish someone off" or "This snake will be used to warn you of intruders." Isnt that what all the snakes do? I really dont see what makes these snakes need a seperate branch in the snake contract

It really seems like all these snakes are just small snakes that do very specific tasts, so I dont think that the scarlet snake is qualifiable as a boss summon, since it really doesnt do anything extrordinary/Isnt a giant.
I personally think it would make more sense for the glossy snake to just take whatever it came to take. Snakes are extremely stealthy creatures, they dont need to blind their opponent, that just tells them thay they've been stolen from.
How hot does the scarlet snake heat it's tail/ribbon snake heat its body? Even if its just a rope trap, the snake would have to ignite to an incredible temperature to burn through something.
Anaconda, Burmese Python, Rock Python, and Scarlet Kingsnake seem to do the same thing. Just use one of these, with the special skill of camofluage like a chameleon.
Also know thaat even if this gets approved, If you want the snakes you have to apply in the summoning application since this is just a branch of the main contract.
Honestly, It seems to me that you are using too many snakes for too many specific purposes. Cut out some of the snakes that are similar to each other, and use them for basic purposes, rather than a super specific purpose for ten snakes.

I guess I've made you change it quite a few times, but just one more. To me, the Rock Python just doesnt qualify as a boss summon. In fact, It seems like all of these summons could be done by a high genin. Unlist it as boss summon, and I will say APPROVED!
But keep in mind that you still need to apply for the snake summoning contract, and since these are a branch of the main contract, other people can use them as well. And if Reynard has anything to say about this, then listen to him. He can overturn my approval if he sees something I didnt catch.

When he's summoned he takes up a large amount of chakra Reason: I think these summons would be good because birds are found in almost every type of environment. The birds listed can also be used for combination attacks. Like hawk can do an attack that traps the victim in a tornado and depending on the summoner could do an attack to finish it off. An example would be if the summoner used fire release it could create a fire tornado if the hawk makes one. Also the birds can be used for survival purposes. The falcon could retrieve food from the forest or the penguin could retrieve fish. And since the owl knows genjutsu it could cast it on intruders and make them not notice you. That's some of the reasons I could think of for now. Hey could someone check and see if this is good or not? idk what happened to reynard

Oh dang did we forget you? Well reynard has kinda quit gaia, so I am in charge of all things summoning. This looks awesome, but one question: How big is the boss summon? Like gennou's giant bird? One of Sai's drawings? Bigger? Smaller? no? yes? yin? yang?

Like gennou's giant bird? One of Sai's drawings? Bigger? Smaller? no? yes? yin? yang? depending on how big genno bird was but most like the size of sai's giant bird that he rides. and probably a little bigger
