Kurgistar eventually he found it. the scroll for Mizu no Yaiba (Water Sword). Tod takes the scroll where no one can see and copies it down then takes i back to shelf and begins reading it. after tod gets the idea of it he decides to give it a try. he opens one of his three water bottles and takes out some water
Three ANBU members drop out of the shadows of the ceiling as they land perfectly on their feet, surrounding the boy on all sides as they watched him. The one directly in front of the boy waited a few seconds before he spoke in a deep and gruff voice. "Boy....What are you doing here? You know that there is no genin allowed...." The rear Anbu member reached a hand out to grab the boy's left wrist before Reiniku's voice called out from behind them all. "Oi, leave the genin alone. He is with me, he just ran ahead of me..." Reiniku lied, waiting until the Anbu had left before approaching Tod. "You lucky I was here...Next time they will probably hit first and ask questions later..." Reiniku told Tod in a calm and disinterested voice as he looked the boy over. "You might want to leave soon....I am not staying to baby sit you...." Reiniku sighed as he grabbed two scrolls, slipping one of them into his sleeve, both of them were titled and the titles read, "Naisenranki no Jutsu (Internal Spawn Technique) and Suguni Ouda (Instant Strike)." Walking out the door as he left Tod alone to choose wither or not he wanted to be in a building alone with several already angered ANBU members.
((Suguni Ouda (Instant Strike)
Description: For this technique the user must have eye contact with the target. A single hand seal is formed and the user vanishes with a loud bang. In an instant the user is standing in front of the target, a weapon (such as a kunai or katana) plunged into the opponent's body. The opponent feels a blast of pain and the shock of being stabbed, but then the illusion of the user vanishes, revealing it was merely genjutsu. This technique means to paralyze the target in temporary terror.
Naisenranki no Jutsu (Internal Spawn Technique)
Description: Once that target is caught in the genjutsu (by seeing the user perform sealing) they begin to feel something moving inside of them. In a few moments slimy, blood covered tentacles come out of every orifice (mouth, nose, ears, eyes anything else in your imagination, wounds) in their body. It tastes like blood and many other bodily fluids (and makes strange squelching sounds). One of the effects is causing a gagging reflex. This gives the feeling of a helpless sort of weakening on the body. ))
(No idea how you would have gotten past the door guards....But you are really not supposed to be in here....))

Tod smiled and put back the scroll. he was lucky that was for sure but he did as he was told to do by his teacher. so Tod left quickly.

Tares walked in the library sat down and read send books, he found some he like and rented them out. After flirting with the cute librarian he left for the beach.

Tod ran up to the library gasping for breath. he maintained his armor however. the sweat that had once been on his forehead now poured into his eyes. it stung but he forced himself threw it to keep running. while he ran he remembered the time he snuck into the library to gather information as his teacher had told him too. he continued threw the pain that now burned in his legs. the armor that was on him was stifling and hot. he did his best to ignore these simple distractions. then Hez chattered at him. "its ok you can go wait at the mizukages tower." so Hez bobbed his head up and done then leaped off of Tods shoulder. Tod continued to run around the library. then as his mind with nothing else to focus on drifted back to the pain. ok then he said then did two brief hand-signs and said "wood rod of might" and a bamboo rod sprouted a little in front of him and picked it up as he ran. he began to do his crushing fist taijutsu as he ran to still focused. then he set off again toward the lodge.

Hirose appeared at the library and immediately started searching through the taijutsu scrolls, looking for any kind of clue where the scroll might be hidden. After some time he came across something odd. It was in one of the oldest taijutsu books available there. Strangely, the covers of the book seemed to be made out of stone, unlike the others. The stone seemed somehow familiar to Hirose, however, and then he realized where he'd seen it. He dashed to the back section of the library as silently as possible and came to wide side of the wall. The stone on the taijutsu book matched the one on the wall! After closer inspection, Hirose noticed a rectangle shaped area at the bottom of the wall where a different material was used to cover it up. The area seemed to fit the size of the book. Glancing around, Hirose kicked the spot and the material caved in, revealing a secret room inside! Hirose then shifted into smoke and pushed his way through the hole and into the secret room, where he reformed himself back to normal.

((Ummm....You aren't part of the mist, and the library is riddled with Mist Anbu. You cannot just "stumble" upon stuff that's already been said to be missing, so....no.))
As dark as the room was, an anbu silently formed hand seals, he activated the Mizu Gyakuryuu no Jutsu (Water Reverse Flow Technique) genjutsu to discourage the young shinobi that obviously wasn't supposed to be there. Using an inside panel, a third door was opened to what seemed like mid-air, which was in fact over the side of a small cliff hidden by the mist. The boy was soon grabbed and thrown out of the panel, left to his own devices. The man then released the genjutsu out of mercy. The next time the cloud shinobi was spotted within the confines of the library, unless under supervision of another mist shinobi, he would be killed on sight. Closing the panel, another anbu from the outside removed the panel and closed the opened compartment. He then concealed the small stone panel in his robe muttering, "The Mizukage really shouldn't hide things like this here."
((I know it's an auto hit, but unless you were going for something NOT involving a secret of the mist we refused to teach you/don't yet have, then I was within my right to not let you have them.))
Mizu Gyakuryuu no Jutsu (Water Reverse Flow Technique)
The target suddenly feels like a water is finish up their lungs. Every time they exhale water flows out giving them only small gasping breahs of air. A torture teachnique. They fill like they're drowning and sputtering water out every few seconds when its really a genjutsu.

The room in which Hirose had discovered was small but long. Only one man could barely fit between its walls. However, its unpleasantry became inconsequential when Hirose spied a map upon an alter from a short distance away. Hirose walked through the passage casually when he was suddenly engulfed in flames! The ground upon which he walked spouted out of great amounts of fire on those who dared to walk across them. However, Hirose seemed fine. Not even his clothes were burned. He took another step and met an equal trap. Still, he seemed unaffected. It was as if his very aura were putting out the flames before they could hurt him. This process continued until Hirose reached the end of the passageway.
Now he was in a wide room, the alter glowing in light within its middle. Upon it was a piece of rolled up parchment with lines and symbols drawn all over it. He knew what it was. A map. Hirose took a step towards it and narrowly dodged an arrow that fired itself from the walls beside him. Hirose glanced around for a moment and then sprinted towards the alter. Arrows narrowly missed him from every angle as they swarmed like bees within the room. On the last step to the alter arrows were about to hit him from every angle when Hirose let loose a burst of wind around him to blow them all back. Unfortunately this also blew back the alter and it hit the ground with a dull thud, sending the scroll a short distance away. Hirose dashed for it but the ground around the scroll collapsed, revealing an endless dark abyss below. Hirose scooted to a stop just before he could fall and looked to the map. The ground everywhere around it was collapsing. Soon, the ground beneath the scroll collapsed as well, but then it miraculously zoomed through the air and into Hirose's capable hand. Wind manipulation was proving more and more useful to Hirose.
Then a loud rumbling sound echoed throughout the room, and he glanced behind him to see that the already narrow passageway was slowly closing itself up! Hirose dashed from the exit, sending and explosion of wind behind to propel him faster. The wall was closing quickly, however, and Hirose could just barely see the small hole in the wall that would grant him his freedom. Without a moment to lose Hirose through the map through the hole and shifted into smoke since staying his own shape was no longer an option. Even in his gas form, time was running out. Just as the smallest crack was about to be shut away Hirose pushed himself through the small hole and popped back into solid shape just in the knick of time. He rolled as he heard the walls shut behind him, forever, and then stood up. Hirose dusted himself off and spied the map on the floor. He reached down and picked it up ever so gently. After one look, he learned where the secret mist scroll had been hidden, and he and placed the map securely within his pocket before tugging on his hood and leaving the library. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oVNNhBtBbOs

Matsuya ran into the library. Most of the Abnu were distracted by the border intrusion. He knew there would be little resistance. He looked around the library until he found the two scrolls he would need. He waited for Ayame.

Ayame stayed outside and confused the ones outside with her vision techniques.Then she used the Water Prison Techniques-Illusionary Version.She waited for Matsuya to get out.She kept her eyes closed concentrating on the jutsu.

Matsuya ran out. He looked at Ayame. "Good. Now lets go. My house, they cant get in without me knowing." He kept running.

She quickly let the genjutsu go and ran after Matsuya."Ok."Right before she left she turnedto see fire near the Tower.She ran towards the tower."ILl mett ya there soon!"she called.

Cloud walk into the library looking around at all the books and scrolls that were around. He walked over to the librarian asking for the location of scrolls for jutsu. She kindly pointed them out and Cloud thanked her as he walked over to the section. "Hmm....what to start off with first..." He said to himself wonderingly

Cloud picked out a scroll that held several water techniques within it for lower rank shinobis. Though he was a genin, his clan is able to help him with this kinds of things. He opened it and looked at the technique Uo Tsuba (Fish Spit). According to the description it is basically spitting out water from the mouth. So Cloud weaved one handed handsigns and focused on his chakra. Building up suiton chakra in his lungs, he pumped it through his lungs, up his throat and shot out a jet of water from his mouth. The jet of water shot out the window and smashed through a tree. He smiled a bit and resumed looking through the scroll for more techniques
((Uo Tsuba (Fish Spit), learned))
The next technique he wanted to learn was known as Mizu Tate no Jutsu (Water Shield Technique). This would serve as a good defense, not to mention it can work well with other combos. He noticed that it was simply the manipulation of water into the form of a shield, which can be used to repel a fair deal of attacks. He made handsigns once more and started collecting water vapor in the air
The water was collecting infront of his hand, beginning to take the form of a circle. He concentrated alittle harder on it and it took more form, looking alot more like a shield. He smiled as it was completed, and looked at it as if it was a treasure. He shrugged as he dispelled it, it reverting back to water. He looked through the scroll for more techniques.
