This library is located in the center of the village, directly across from the Mizukage's office. It is a very large building and has three stories, The first story contains all the Suiton (Water release) Jutsu's from academy to sannin level known to Kiri. The second contains the Genjutsu known to kiri and the third floor contains the taijutsu. The information on the genjutsu, taijutsu and ninjutsu known to kiri is all held in various scrolls. There is two jounin ranked anbu that guard the facility's doors as well as several other anbu stationed within the building to guard it from infiltration from foreign shinobi. Any academy student or genin caught within the library without a Chuunin or higher shinobi with them will be caught by the anbu and brought to the Mizukage for punishment as he/she sees fit.
Any non-Suiton jutsu or universal jutsu must be donated by the shinobi that know them, until then no non-Suiton jutsu will be present in the library. Just RP your character donating the jutsu to the library for them to be added. Only one jutsu per day, ONLY CHUUNIN+ RANKED SHINOBI MAY WITHDRAW FROM THE LIBRARY.

Reiniku walked into the library after passing the two Anbu members, he immediately made his way to the second level of the library. He searched through the non elemental genjutsu scrolls until he found what he was looking for, a scroll titled "Magen • Jubaku Satsu (Demonic Illusion: Tree Binding Death)" Reiniku smiled as he looked over the scroll, sliding it into his pouch he noted where it was as he left the library and made his way towards Hajime beach.

Description: With this jutsu, the user can make themselves disappear, allowing them to approach their target unnoticed. Once completed, a tree and roots will grow at the target's feet and restrict their movements. Once the opponent believes that they are captured, the user can then appear above their opponent from the tree's trunk and kill the target. In the anime's Kurama clan arc, this jutsu is shown to be quite versatile, with a wide range of variations on the standard nature theme. In addition to the disappearing and tree-growing effects of the jutsu, the user can produce flowers, seedpods, and vines. ))

Reiniku entered the library and dropped of his old scroll. Grabbing a new one titled "Kirigakure: Shunshin no Jutsu (Hidden Mist: Instantaneous Body Skill)" Reiniku then left for the beach with the scroll tucked tightly into his bag.

"This is the Kiri Library it has all sorts of ninjutsu,Genjutsu,and Taijutsu.We genin are not allowed to enter without a chuunin,Jounin,Saanin (ect.)"she says."The ANBU outside are gaurding it to make sure us genin cant get in without a chuunin.If we are caught inside the Mizukage shall punish us."she finishes."Now please come this way to the Kiri Training Facility."

Appearing in a spray of mist Reiniku noticed the Genin in front of the library, walking up to them he smiled as he spoke. "Well hello, what are you doing standing outside?" Waiting for their answer Reiniku quickly slipped the scroll he was using into a small drop off box at the side of the library.

"Oh, that's pretty nice of you." Reiniku muttered in his calm voice, pulling his mask tighter onto his face he sighed before he continued to speak "Is he a new shinobi or something? Or just a foreign one?"

Both of the ANBU simply looked ahead, ignoring the tiny genin and his questions. Reiniku looked at them and sighed, "They wont answer...They are not really the talkative type..." He explained to Saku before he looked over at the Mizukage's office. "Hey...Do you guys know if Zane is back yet? I have to report that I completed my mission in Suna..."

"Im afraid Zane isnt back from his mission in the cloud."she said."If you tell me where youll be I can tell him to come see you or I can come get you if you'd like."she said."Saku is a shinobi from the cloud as you know and this other man is foreign I think.Cloud shinobi are free to pass the gates.After the alliance with the cloud."

Saku frowned. "The Cloud Village is destroyed. I don't see any reason for Zane to even be there. I have to continue my training so I can kill Riun for destroying our village. Zane and the Raikage are both after him. So am I."

"Well I guess I could go hunt him down...." Reiniku pondered the idea for a few seconds before shaking his head in disagreement. "He wouldn't want me to interrupt his mission...." Reiniku sighed while looking at the market. "I have to go now, have to restock on senbon and kunai..." He explained to the group of genin. "So bye now!" He called out as he formed a quick series of handsigns and disappeared in a cloud of mist that lingered in the air for a few seconds before evaporating into thin air.
