About: Born in Sinnoh, Roise has traveled all over the world with
her parents who are pokémon researchers and love to go on adventures.
She met Cab on a trip to Johto and they became pen pals and close friends.
When Cab told her she was coming to the Zatao region for fun and adventure,
Roise met her there and they rent a small apartment together. Roise is in
training to be a Police Officer and is a bit frustrated at her slow progress and
Cab's reluctance to get her adventure underway.
