Ed would win in a fight because ,if I am, right scar has to know the element in an object to destroy it. Ed can change the metal his automail is made of to counter this, therfore giving him a large advantage.It also helps that Ed can create using alchemy, not just destroy.
Ed isn't 100% automail you moron. That's only his right arm and left leg..(not sure if I got the parts sides right). Anyways, he still has almost a full human body for scar to work his magic on so you can't just use two limbs as a reason to justify him winning.
In my opinion, still yes Edward would win because he just appears to be more skilled in fighting itself though scar overpowers him, and has a wider range of tricks up his sleeve being able to use alchemy in all. Especially if you count in the fact that scar doesn't have that special arm anymore since he used it to seal Al up.
Depends on how you look at it however..
In just a plain out regular fight if it's not to the death AND scar still had his other arm, he might possibly defeat Ed but there is no way in a fight to the death that scar would win. They just wouldn't kill off the main character like that..Though it might look like he possibly will be finished, he would pull off some miraculous finishing move in the end or something I guess..
