Potter351 DrgnSmurf Potter351 DrgnSmurf actually I read in the book muggles and magic, that rowling will be making all 7 books and also more but mainly just on hogwarts thats it, I'll read more into it at a later time do you know how much stuffs going to get up when it comes up the sales will skyrocket very very high yah I realized that probobly a huge increase on new readers of the series alot more people who new that they cant wait for the other books after reading them you just need to wait till there all out and read them all ya I know I'll read them 20 times over

I sure as hell hope she continues with the books after the 7th one. It'll give me something to do in college.
And even if she doesn't continue them, that's what fanfic is for wink

id luv for her to write more than 7 books but harry iz suppossidly going to be giong baq to hogwarts..cuz i read in an interveiw that he has to study for N.E.W.T.S on top of the Voldemort thing...but iunno <33

It would sooooo be awesome if she did write more books about Harry Potter..but I doubt she will...I want her to but she said it too many times that there would only be 7 books... plus the way she talks bout hp on interviews and her site and stuff...It seems to me that she's really sick of writing hp books cuz people are pressuring her to write more..instead of just writing it for fun...plus I guess she wants to spend more time with her kids....

i can understand wanting to be with her kid more but the people that read harry potter are like her unborn children born through someone else

We just have to face it people, there is only going to be seven books. It would be wonderful if there were but J.K. has said that there will only be 7 multiple times.

Besides which, Harry's father was a ruthless bully during his school years, and not at all someone I would want to read about.

Didn't Rowling say she was pretty sure that there would only be 7 books? Anyway, she did agree on making an encyclopedia, which is freaking sweet. She also said in an interview that she wouldn't write anymore books in the Harry Potter universe, unless she had another really good idea and would be tempted to write it.
Personally, I think she might be able to write another book series in the Harry Potter universe but it won't revolve around Harry. I mean, Harry's been through it all. What's next? Harry Potter and the Mid-Life Crisis? Funny Jo, funny. whee
She just can't put this universe to rest. I mean it's such a great creation of hers, why put it to rest now?
