Azure watched the stranger warily. Once he joined the group she let herself relax. He seemed friendly enough. She trotted over to Paine, tilted her head at the root, making a curious noise.
Corny looked up and smiled slightly, giving a little wave. "Hi True. My name is Corny." She said as she peeked at his map before sticking her hand out to him.
Kellan dove down through the thick trees. What had he seen? He clicked his beaks happily. It was a shiny! He plucked up his little new treasure and held it carefully, examining it with his other head, the search group forgotten.

Looking at the map True realizes part of it is ruin due to a large water stain. The river is barely shown and most of the right side of the map is lost to the stain.
Blue looks at True and nods at him to let him know she sees his bow. "Hello True. Thanks for showing us this map. I'm sure it'll be of great use to us." She said smiling at him. She looked at the map and nodded. "Looks like we were on the right track. Just have a little ways to go." She said starting to walk forward.
Eros looked at Paine with his head tilted. An old root? That's definately interesting. "Perhaps HPM can use it sometime. I know she used to mess around with potions and needed ingredients." He said looking to Blue. He ran to catch up to her and followed her to the river.
Indy stopped and looked back at the group. He sighed and walked back over to them so he wouldn't end up going in the wrong direction. He followed Blue as she walked forward. After several more minutes they reached the river. "Well we're here. Now what?"
Blue shook her head at Indy. "We need to look around for the 'prize'. I remember the things we had found before were these runes. You know rocks with runic markings on them." She said.

Paine was grinning wide through the root. It almost seemed like it could be an onion root; her eyes began to water. She noticed Stalker and the new male, and gave her an encouraging tail swish as she trotted after everyone. She nodded at Eros and put it down briefly to answer Azure: "It's a root or somethin'" She nodded, unhelpfully, as she picked it back up and darted to Stalker's side, whining. She didn't want to carry it.
Stalker bowed her head and put her firsts over her heart hesitantly, "It's Stalker-" She corrected, somewhat abruptly. She patted Paine's head and wiggled the root gently into her pack, passing her a small biscut. She then followed Blue, intrigued when they reached the river, which Paine plundered into with a stupid, fun look on her face. "Runes?" Her voice danced as she nodded once more. "Rocks....the riverbed has rocks" She suggested with a laugh, and Paine chuffed; she would not dive to the bottom, as she had gotten out.

**gives a large grin to stalker** Very well, Stalker, Looks like we may getting a little wet. **heads east in search of the river**

With a sigh, Stalker trudged into the water; her little Moonlit could be so stubborn. "Paine, I know you are a good finder. You just like to watch me suffer, is that it?" she grumbled while the little Moonlit giggled, grasping at stones, plucking them, and examining them before plunging her head under water, for whatever good it would do her. She had hoped to find some runes on the stones but was unsure.
