Last year's said, "We scream louder than your mom." xp lol i love those for trumpets! biggrin

Our section's so lazy... Well mostly our seniors. stare We're always the last section to get sweatshirts/shirts LOL... Like we have the design and all but our seniors and section leaders are so amazingly lazy. x___x

this year ours were 'flute salad" ones. there very cute. its says universty of Hawaii marching band on the front in rainbow colors, and on the back there are two flutes eating fruit, and all of our names.

peacekitty65 I wish, but sense there'll only be like 4 poeple in my secotion next year (trumpets) we really can't crying Wow, that sucks. The Trumpets are an essential part of the band. I'm a trumpet player by the way.

YEAH WE DO! lol
this year our shirts said "We can teach you...TRIPLE TOUNGING" and had a winking face on it lol.
lol we always try to put humorous things on it. but thats just how the trumpet section is lol

some of our sections get shirts and some don't..the trombones haven't for years....
speaking of which...anyone have any good t-bone shirt designs?

Ah... Section shirts...
My section (trombones... woot woot!) made our shirts last year, and we were the only section to do so. The others had theirs professionaly made. The front said "T-BONES" with the year underneath, and on the back was "Always bringin' da FUNK" I'm not exactly sure where that came from... but I like it!
This year I designed one that, unfortunately, was censored by the bd's. On the front, it said "Dear trumpets, we don't really mean to rain on your parade, but..." and then the back had "SPIT HAPPENS!" with a leaking trombone (because those trumpets always complain about how we leak on them... rolleyes ). They were amazing... but there was a fiasco with the clarinet shirts which resulted in the death of that little project.
But next year we will have them! And they will most likely be ninja themed! ninja

but, i know for sure that we're getting Drumline Jackets!

We're not allowed to have them this year. Something about "we're one single marching band, so we shouldn't be encouraging people to split into separate sections."

Our band's doin' the same but it's just during practice that we wear one uniform for the entire band. We wear the shirts on our own free time. Yeah, the SAX section has a shirt where on the front it says : Practice Safe Sax then on the back : Use a Neckstrap!
