Tallish for a girl, completely flat-chested, has a long face, and is broad-shouldered. =P
Also, she has way too much hair.
Trainer's Outfit: What you see in my self-drawn failed pic of Lamen and sig. =P You can keep her hood up or down depending on whether you want to draw the long spiky hair or not. xD (I think it's fun, but other people might not.)
Pokeballs: Pokeballs are kept on a belt except if Lamen is feeling original and decides to clip them on the weird long blue things on her shorts

Soo~~ Since Aggron is so big, maybe Lamen could be riding him. Or somehow Aggron can be sitting down in front of her and she could be sitting too and they could be playing cards? 8D *SHOT* Lol.

Actually, figure something out! Have fun making up some kind of situation. Lamen would probably be happy enough to have an awkward grin or smirk or proud smile or something rather than looking neutral as always.

Physical Characteristics of Trainer: Sasha is a fit girl with brown hair and eyes. Her hair would reach the middle of her back if she didn't have it in a messy bun all the time. She loves pokemon greatly, and is more likely to sketch them then she is to battle them. She has become a Coordinator to avoid fighting as much as possible and loves it!
Trainer's Outfit: She dresses fairly simply. She has a pink tank-top shirt that hangs loosely around her body. She also wears a pair of jeans that where torn into shorts. To hold the up, she wears a pink belt that has a silver colored buckle. For her shoes she wears white snickers with white socks. Over her entire outfit she has a long coat that reaches her ankles. It is white and is left open and the hood down. Around her neck is a cord necklace that has a pokeball attached to it. over her shoulder would be her messenger style brown bag that has tons of pockets for her supplies.
Pokeballs: One is attached to her cord necklace, and the others are on her belt.

She's short. xD Very very short. A little taller that Heila the Houndour. She has a mole below her right eye also. Also, she never smiles and has a scowl on her face. :3
Trainer's Outfit: She sports more of a medieval kind of outfit. Her outfit could be compared more to that of a tavern wench's. She wears long back stockings with loose socks and never wears shoes. x3

Physical Characteristics of Trainer: Mae's rather...short xD You could say that's a distinguishing feature, right? She's got raven black hair which naturally curls in all sorts of directions. Wait a sec..you're not doing colour, so ignore colour references xD SO YEAH, curly hair that reaches to just below her shoulders. Her eyes are blue and where eyes should be >> She always has a smile on her face, and can quite often be seen winking, so a funky pose with a wink would be cool xD 'Cause she's a co-ordinator so totally has to have a signature pose.
Trainer's Outfit: Mae wears funky outfits, oh yeahh. She has a skirt kinda like this one, but perhaps a little longer. On top, she wears a sthin strap top (like...a camisole), then with a simple shirt, or blouse, pulled over the top like a jacket (not done up). The shirt is folded up to her elbows. A chunky belt to hold her skirt up, and she has finger-less gloves on each of her arms, striped, reaching no further than her wrist. She wears long stockings that reach her knees, with good ol' chunky boots, like Dawn's, only not quite that chunky. Okay, I lied when I said chunky xD Try make them lots slimmer, maybe? Around her right wrist (over the top of the gloves) are two bangles, and then around her neck is a thin silver chain, with a heart-shaped locket on the end. In her hair, not holding it back or anything but just there, would be a very simple hairband, of medium thickness.
Pokeballs: Perhaps one in her hand, with two attached to her chunky belt?
