cloudyhead Saltina_major cloudyhead waste of money. i dont need a pretty picture book to give me hints and brands of s**t i would want to buy takes the fun out of getting dressed thats not really what its about. It about publishing somthing in print to have for a subculture... Kind of like having Inquest magazine for card gamers, or guitar palyer for musicians. Its not really to tell you what to do... I cant wait!!! card magizenes tell you the best cards to buy and sites to get them (i was a yugioh player for 2 years) and gutiar magizenes tell you the best brands of gutiars you can buy, most include sheet music in the back they want you to play, and all of them have so gutiar icon they want you to worship. neutral intrenet is way better, you can choose what your looking at. you obviously don't realize what she created the magazine for. It's western lolitas all contributing to the lolita way of life. I love looking at pictures of different lolitas. If I dress lolita, act lolita, think lolita, decorate lolita, then I would like to read lolita. This is her way of educating a hemisphere about something she really enjoys. On top of it all, I would like to think that everyone isn't born with the supreme knowledge of how to be lolita as you must have been, it's great for beginners. ALSO the internet is not always better, you don't choose what your looking at any differently than a magazine, it may have a bigger selection but it may not have something that the magazine may have.

Subscription price?!!
How often will it come out? Monthly? Bimonthly? Will it be only purchasable online or will they sell it at magazine shops nationwide?

Will this magazine be on sale in Britain? It looks awesome, I think I would die if it was only American.

I'm a little late here, but I wish some of the people would watch their language if they feel like nay-saying. Being lolita is also about being polite.

SkaPixy I'm a little late here, but I wish some of the people would watch their language if they feel like nay-saying. Being lolita is also about being polite. Those were my thoughts.
The zine sounds so cool! In fact, I wish they would start selling it at HT. Why? Because that's where I shop. Don't be bashing. Darkly, you're being very rude. True Hot Topic isn't known for its quality, but it is known for at least getting it out there. I refuse to shop at Hollister, for example; I'm glad for HT.
And what would the publicity hurt? I would think it would be great for the expansion of the zine!
And cloudy, the problem with the internet is that anyone can post whatever they feel like. A lot of it isn't even accurate. With magazines and publications, there are at least editors and staff memebers. I think it's so helpful to have a lolita zine in English!
Take everything as a self-improvement, not a threat to your individuality or freedom of thought.
Seriously. By bashing other things and calling them "of lower class" you are only bringing down your own class.

Indeed, please can we keep the swearing to a minimum wink It can put people off from posting here. We don't want people turning up fresh and new, posting a topic or a post and then getting bashed because of it. That is not the type of guild we are. Thankyou.

Question: Did this ever get off the ground? The forum is dead, as is this thread here.
