मैं कालिज में हिंदी पड़ रहा हूँ l बहुत मुश्किल नहीं है, आौर काफ़ी दिलचस्प है l क्या तुमको भी हिन्दुस्तानी पसंद है ? मैं सोचता हूँ कि हिंदी सब से अज्छी भाषा है l

BTW, tea in Arabic is 'shai' more or less.

"Mai Kalij me hidi pan...." Okay, yeah, I can barely read it right XD. At any rate... How do you use conjuncts? Whenever I try to type in Devanagari, it won't let me combine letters. Por ejemplo: नमसते। The स and the त need to connect, but I don't know how!! Help?

[Somebody] This is a good sentance---> mujhse dosti karogi? (Do you want to be my friend?) Does anybody like bollywood films?
If I were to gloss this (amateur-like, of course), it'd be:
To-me friend will-make-(feminine).
Does it become "karoge" when I'm addressing someone male? eek
It seems a bit strange to me since I don't usually dabble in the Hindi future tense (all I know is present and present continuous). That's why I'm a bit confused when there's no conjugation of "hona" ("to be").

D: I really want to learn Hindi right now. I find it funny- I'm studying Tagalog and, in that language, hindi means no. xD
I've been watching a lot of Bollywood movie clips on youtube and reading about the Indian culture and history... And, I'm thinking that I'll have a good deal of questions about it.
Also, does anyone have any really good links for it?

I can pretty much understand and speak Hindi even though I am not Indian. Well, Bengali and Hindi are pretty much alike maybe that's what helps me understand it. But even though I get everything, I cant read it and neither do I understand the masculine- feminine verb difference.
But since I am almost fluent in it... I guess it counts...
