There are some things that I have to correct. Natives from the Philippines are called Filipino not Philipino.

Another issue is the translation of "I love France." The translation "Mahal ko si France" or " Mahal kita France" are both incorrect since it assumes that France is a person ("si" and "kita" are only used when referring to a person). Hence, the proper translation would be "Mahal ko ang France," wherein "ang" serves like the article "the" and is applicable to any kind of noun.

Ironically, even some Filipinos still have mistakes in the proper use of their national language and it sometimes requires some good college education to realize such error. As an example, the word "subukan", which means "to secretly watch", is often mistakenly used to mean "to try". However, the correct word that means "to try" is subukin. (It uses the letter i instead of a in its suffix.)
