Unexpected Lucky Charms!Participants: Antheô and Ancient Kunkun bottle
Location: LizzyMoo's HomePerhaps it was LizzyMoo's own fault, for she left her newest possession some place where the average Kyunru could reach it. So when she was unable to locate it later that day, she had nobody to blame but herself.
It all started off simply enough. The persocom had set a bottle she had received upon a short glass table in the living room. She hardly knew what the bottle was, other than she had been told it was very "special." However, she had to leave quickly enough to go to work, and she figured the bottle would be safe.
And it would have been safe, if it hadn't been for the youngest of the Kyunru in her household spying the bottle while he was walking under the table. He stopped in place, and looked up through the glass. Whatever it was on this glass bridge, it was quite pretty.
Antheô sat up on his hind legs and began to paw at the glass above him. It was an invisible wall that was in the way, for his paw pushed and pushed against the wall, and he wasn't able to reach the item. The white unicorn paused for a moment.
"It's pwetty..." he sighed. He still had much to learn about how to speak properly, but it would come eventually. However, he was not defeated yet! Standing up as tall as he could, he marched forward until he was out from under the glass bridge. He then turned around.
That pretty bottle was still there on the table, teasing little Antheô to no end. The young unicorn spirit knew that if he had such a pretty object, he could make girls smile for sure! So once more, he balanced himself on his hind legs as best as he could and stretched out to try and reach the top of this glass bridge. Narrowing his merle eyes a bit as he concentrated, the fawn soon enough found a problem. When he reached out, all he could touch was the very tippity top of the table before falling forward onto his face. He let out a yelp of
"Aaaaa!!!" before his nose felt that bit of pain from landing upon it.
Rolling over onto his back, he looked back up and could see the bottle once more taunting him. Antheô bit down slightly upon the edge of his maw, and rolled back to his feet once more. If he couldn't reach, he'd find a way to make sure he could reach! He trotted off, and when he came back, he was tugging a rather large and fluffy pillow with him. He stopped tugging once he was in front of the glass bridge, then stepped up onto the pillow, which instantly smushed down a bit due to his weight. He once more attempted to balance and reach for the top of the table. However, this time he was able to reach a little higher before flopping onto his face again. At least this time he had a soft landing.
"Moh!" he stated as he ran back to where he had found the first pillow, only to bring back another. 20 minutes later, there was a stack of one, two, three, four, five different pillows on the ground. This time would work for sure, Antheô knew it! Leaning back and balancing on his hind legs wasn't the best thing he could do, for the pillow-tower started to wobble a bit. However, the young unicorn fawn stretched forward and managed to get his whole upper body onto the bridge. The pillows tumbled down under him, and his lower body was left to scramble a bit, kicking a little in hopes to get a firm stand upon something.
It took him a whole five minutes to pull himself up, and when he did, he finally got the best look at this pretty object he had been questing for. It wrapped with gold along the edges, and the inside seemed to have some sort of pale gem.
"Maybe it gwants wishes..." he whispered, almost as if he was afraid someone else might hear him. Carefully, he stepped behind the bottle and began to push it with his nose towards the edge he had just come from. Antheô was too young to realize it was a fragile item he was dealing with, but when he pushed it off the edge of the table, it landed amongst the pillows he had knocked over. Next thing that came off the table was Antheô himself.
The only clue LizzyMoo had about who took her newest item at the end of the day was that the culprit knew to use pillows. Who knew Antheô was so cunning?
