Fai simply watched the other with a frown, noting his mobility had slowed once again. Seemed like they were a scale, one side unwilling and the other always offering. What a pain. He too stood and moved to stand nearer to the ninja's side. It was a reluctant but non-hesitating move. So long as he didn't end up dragging the heavier male up the building, it was fine.
Covered by his eye patch, Fai gave a short nod in reply to the gruff voice. It wasn't too far now, and it wasn't long before they were at the porch and front door. One paw lifted to unlatch and push aside the door, allowing them both access inside.

Kurogane glanced at the mage as he felt him come close to his side again. Any other time he would have complained about personal space being invaded, but he knew his limits and welcomed the help. He was too tired to be stubborn with that damned mage.
The ninja followed the mage's lead toward the building and made his way inside once the door had been opened. By the time they had made it to their room he was more or less zoned out from fatigue and barely had enough will power to push himself towards what he figured to be a comfortable place to sleep ( luckily for him it was). He more or less flopped onto the bed and curled into a ball, his three long tails flicking up and around his paws and face as he quickly fell asleep. His blood stained wings laid draped over his sides, like a makeshift blanket, when in reality he had been too tired to pull them up against his back.
And so the ninja slept.
