Since it was always quiet in there, she decided it wasn't the worst place to spend the day. For some time, she felt more isolated inside as opposed to out in nature, which was sad in some ways, but convenient in others. It gave her a place to take her medicine when she was out, a place to take a nap, which she still did not have the desire to do, and a place to practice if need be. Today was one of those days.
In her absence, she had been practicing yet again and picked up an old project she had forgotten until recently. Standing completely still, she was enclosed in a sphere of water that was swirling slowly about her entire body.
In her university outfit for the second time in a row in the club, her body was posed,r eady for battle, but motionless, like a wax figure made in her own likeness. At random, the water would freeze before becoming liquid again. Other times it would bulge out one way and then another, and other times still it would do a bit of both, though her body did little more than flinch in response to any of it.
Suddenly, as though anticipating something all became still. Her eyes darted open, her ears stiffened and her tail cracked like a whip. Someone was around.

::Unks entered the arena feeling the energy level of Red and looked at her body while she was covered in a sphere. He moved into the arena more and closer to the ring, his hands were in his pockets as he walked.
He got to the ring and didn't say anything to her. She probly knew he was there, but he still didn't want to disturb her. He didn't get on the ring and just looked at her blinking his ice blue eyes a few times. He didn't move and his hands stayed in his pockets, but he was ready for anything::

Watching him, her eyes flared for a moment in recognition not only that he was there, but that he was indeed who he was. His identity would occasionally recieve a flare, others a dimming glow, and a select one would always get a softing twinkle. The fact that he appeared here of all places within the club meant that he must have wanted to train himself. According to her pragmatism anyway, that's what it meant.
The field of water around her body, thin as it was, dispelled into nothing but a puddle at her feet as her extended left arm reached for him, turned palm up and welcomed him to the ring. It would be nice to try out her new technique in an actual fight and who better to try it against than someone she had no reserves against beating into the ground and leaving there? It was nothing against him, but she didn't want to fight someone she held too much respect for because even her stone heart would feel some unending remorse for injuring an ally.
Should he decline, she would likely ignore him as she did with most people. Again nothing personal, but she was here first and there was no harm in him watching.

::The saiya-jn watched her lower the water around herself and then looked up into her eyes. They then moved to her hand as she was welcoming him into the ring. Was this an open invitation for a spar or did she want to share the ring. . .Nevermind this was Red and she was always cold torwards him.
He put on of his feet on the ring and then stepped up with the other foot. He walked across the ring passed her. He didn't face her not out of disrespect, but until he knew her true motives he was gonna stay out of her way.
He then kicked off the ground and began to shadow box throwing punches and kicks and landing back on the ring with perfect form. He stood up striaght and went once more::

Seeming to be completely put off, she docked another couple hundre points from under his name as he totally misunderstood her. She was actually quite pleased with this fact, but she wanted him to understand her when she wanted and to misunderstand when she wanted. His timing was off horribly.
So to rectify his short sightedness, she decided to lash out as a whip of cool water raced for him and cracked at the ground under his feet. She couldn't promise it wouldn't hit him, but if he was careful it would miss easily. If he missed this cue, she might just go off on him for no real reason until he got the picture...and a balck eye.

::he jumped over the water and looked back at her and stopped moving. He turned to face her and smirked slightly knowing what she wanted and nodded. He continued to face her as he got back into his stance, so she really did want to spar.
"Sorry Red, I didn't know you actually wanted to spar. My mistake, but I am ready when you are."
His smirked turned into a smile which he knew she would ignor and waited for her to make the first move::

Of course he waited. They all waited. It seemed everyone in the club was so scared of starting a fight, yet they were so willing to finish one. She knew why too. The advantage of reacting gave one an edge in combat because if you reacted first, you could completely throw an opponent off and maintain the upper hand. A true fighter though, a warrior such as she aspired to be, could not be so hesitant to start a fight because as delicious as that second strike appeared, the first one could throw you off guard and mess you up for the duration of the match because of your cowardice.
He was fast and he was strong, this she knew. If he started to run, it would be hard to catch him. So instead she would have to reel him in. To do that she cast her line again, except this time, the liquid thread was thinner and swifter and aimed to catch him around the ankle to draw him into her reach as though he really were a fish. Once he was close enough, she'd show him how a real warrior fought.

(That sounds cool Deity, can't wait to see said new character.)
::Unks blocked her line with a small push of his energy and moved to the side and kicked off the ground charging at her at high speed. As he got closer he jumped into the air and moved down in on her with a downward kick torwards her temple.
If his kick missed he was ready as he landed with a sweeping kick to knock her back and a ki blast to fire at her stomach to knock her away from him::

The aerial assault would fail if for no other reason than that she had plenty of reaction time. She stepped to the right and, seeing the sweep coming merely moved in turn with it. She wasn't gonna let him place a gap between them because things didn't do his way and so kept moving around him until he fired the familiar blast of energy so many people in the club had. Moving in an arc allowed her to dodge while still remaining close. So close in fact that she was able to take hold of his arm at the wrist and draw him in for a sharp elbow to the abdomen.

::He was pulled closer to her as she pulled him in. But his knee was ready to be thrusted into her stomach as he moved in. He then broke free from her grasp and jumped back away from her.
She may have dodged the ki blasts but she forgot about one thing. His mind powers. He took control of the fired ki blasts with his mind joined them into one blast and then threw it back at her moving torwards her back::
