Having stayed in one spot for far too long, Shinzu stood up and stretched, and hopped down from someone's roof. Deciding that would probaly be best to avoid Masaraku for the moment, Shinzu decided to pay a visit to the Bloody Blade. It had been a while since he'd last been there, and he figured he had just enough money to buy the Aian Nakku he had been eyeing for some time. So giving a lazy yawn Shinzu set out for the Bloody Blade.

Shinzu grunted as he felt Masa's sword bite into his back, yet again, but at least he had escaped her damn mist, for now. If she wanted to use it again, she'd only end up expending more of her own chakra, which was fine by Shinzu. He wouldn't be able to take another hit like that again though, he had to get that sword out of her hands, first though he had to get out of her sight. So as soon as he regained his footing he dropped another smoke bomb, leaving him with three. Taking the short amount of time that was bought for him by the smoke, Shinzu ran over to a little stall near the store and got behind a pile of blankets. Pulling one over himself Shinzu used the Kakuremino technique to make it seem rather non-descript. Still he didn't strust his stealth abilities, and put himself into a defensive posture, first sign of trouble and he'd be gone.
Stealth: Roll (13) + Stealth (5) + 6 + 2 = 26
(Ignore second roll)
Dodge Bonus: 17 + 8 = 25

Masa ran up from the basement dojo and looked around, Shinzu was gone. The mist began to bellow out from behind her and thicken the already present Kiri-mist. Then she smelled the damp Kiri air and activated Ketsu Nioi. Her gills flared with chakra as the smell of Shinzu's bleeding back flared in her nostrils. She approached him and held out her hand. "Give it to me Shinzu." She decided to appeal to his ego by exploiting it and said, "Your supposed to be the senior-most genin in the village, but you steal from the library and then run when you are called out, not only running, but hiding too? Your ******** pathetic. You don't even deserve to wear the headband for this village. Your an embarrassment to shinobi honor."

[If you want to say that you are more than 30 meters away within the few minutes you were out of her sight she gets

But, thats a bit unrealistic.]

"..." Shinzu remained silent for a moment as he thought over his options, and Masa's words. Sure taking the scroll may have been wrong but, how else was he supposed to learn more Taijutsu techniques? Afterall he had been banned form entering the Library, then again he could've just memorized the techniques and then snuck out. "I think I have an idea for a compromise... See I can't go into the Library and get scrolls, as I'm banned due to a prank I played a year ago or so. If you give me a second I'll copy down the techniques I want to learn, and you can have the master scroll back, ok?" Shinzu said as he reached into his pocket and pulled out a small blank scroll, and then set about copying the C, and B ranked techniques, and even the first couple stages of the Eight Gates. Rolling the Master scroll back up he tossed it to Masa. "I'm sorry I should've jsut done this from the beginning."

Masaraku continued to look at him disappointed. "Or you can go apologize to the librarian. Maybe help her out a bit as penance, and when you decide that you want to learn something else you can just go in and check it out like anybody else." She sheathed her blade and added, "You over complicate things for everyone Shinzu. As much as I want to beat you down I would rather not do it because your behaving like a criminal. It says a lot about your character." She took the scroll when he was done and said, "This is the second time you have run from conflict in front of me, and yet you wonder why I question your leadership. Hoshigaki yield to their betters, and as it stands Shinzu, I won't be yielding to you any time soon." She began to walk away. "Get yourself to the hospital." She began to head back to the library.

Shinzu grinned slightly, he rather had fun sneaking into the library, regardless he understood what she was saying, it was the right thing to do. Though it did feel odd being told to applogize by a member of one of the most bloodthirsty clans in the Mist. Moving quickly Shinzu left the area around the Academy and made his way to the hospital, wher he was quickly turning into a rather uncomfortable regular. He would go by the Library later, he still needed to finish the Jutsu he was working on when he was interupted by Masaraku.

"This town is pretty rich-looking!" The Umi leader's voice boomed out as he led his pack into the midst of Kirigakure - unaware, of course, of the carnage that had just happened in the academy. His eye for riches immediately pinpointed him towards the row of white marble apartments that were arranged around Kirigakure's square. As if they were a collective hive mind, all the Umis sprinted there, intent on ransacking for as many riches as they could carry and destroying those that they couldn't.

Seemingly out of nowhere Taka appeared in front of the Umi, his arms crossed and looking supremely pissed. "I'm going to give you one chance to leave with your lives..." Taka said sternly as he crossed his arms. So what did he know about these guys? Not much, except that they were hyperaggressive apparently, taking that into account Taka prepared himself for defensive action. Taking out his katana he held it, ready to dodge and then respond to any attack by these Umi. The only one that worried him was the big one with all the markings, there was no telling what he might do. With a flicker and then continous crackle Taka's blade became electrified with his chakra. "I dare you to attack." Taka said coldly with a slight grin, maybe if a few of the weaker ones attacked, the rest would run away.

The Umi leader snorted at the audacity of the salmon grub that dared to stand between them and their plunder. Still, dealing with him wouldn't be a difficult task. Not with so many of them around. He could feel his group stirring behind him and held out a hand to stop them. He wanted to show this kid who was boss first.
"You, giving us a chance to leave with our lives?" He jabbed at his brawny chest with the blunt edge of his war axe handle before hoisting both of them up in the air and spinning them. Now you could clearly see that the blades of both were a deep brown red. "We were going to do the same, but your impudence infuriates me, brat! Be a good boy and go off to your shelter or something. Or you'll turn my axe red again."

[Yo Gid, how does Battle Charge actually work? If it costs 2 attack turns but causes double damage, isn't that kinda pointless? Or did you plan it that way.]

The big guy had a natural intimidation factor, there was no doubt about that, but Taka decided to hide his slight intimidation by attacking from range at first. Quickly forming several handseals Taka pulled ten tiles from the roofs of the surrounding buildings and sent them hurdling towards the Umi leader. Using this breif moment of distraction Taka started bouncing backwards whilst throwing five kunai with bags of 5 explosive tags each. To the Umi it might appear that he was missing, but if he didn't move quickly enough... Taka grinned. "You had your chance." forming one last seal, Taka set off all 25 tags.

An ANBU member appeared at Taka's side. "Sir, Mole reporting, I am here to aid you. Please stand back and get to safety." The young ANBU reached behind him and pulled the ninjato from its sheath. Before utilizing any of his chakra, he would test his opponent. After being away from the clan for practically all of his life, he wasn't sure how strong the clan leader was, nor their intent. He had already explained it to his superiors countless times. Why are you doing this? This is our home! For now he cared about the Taka's safety as well as the village's. Luckily his mask would hide his identity, though that probably wouldn't last long.

[Taka is now Intimidated. I was gonna say Panicked, but I realised we didn't have rules for that via Intimidate, but only through genjutsu. Which is good... Anyway, -6 to all rolls against Umi Leader.]
The shrimp fry staggered from the force of his words (it seemed like), but the leader kept an eye on him. He may be a kid, but there was something about him that put him on guard. Well, he was a shinobi, for one. Those of his kind were sneaky and had the power to manipulate things from a distance. Like now! If he hadn't been focused on the boy he would definitely not have been able to react to the projectiles now coming his way. As it were he was unable to avoid the tiles scraping him and was only able to dodge the exploding tags via the right body movements out of sheer luck. They went off in the area behind him, but he was already speeding towards the man.
"Willing to destroy your village to deal with us, huh? You're just doing our job for us!" he taunted Taka. "Don't let your lackey in between us. You challenged me. This is our fight!" he declared, before gesturing towards the newly appeared shinobi and then backwards at his men. The meaning was clear. The Umi leader didn't let anyone ponder this for too long before charging at Taka. And if the guy with the funny mask got in his way, well...

Meanwhile, 5 of the raiders had already gone to smash the marble apartment doors in. [Poor Andou, fortunately he is on the 3rd floor!] The other 5, however, were thirsting for blood... and once they were given a target by their leader, they charged!!
