Alan listened for the dial-tone, he never felt this weird about a phone call. He'd certainly had more awkward ones from the clingy girls that he had given wanted guitar lessons to.
But right now he had the expectation that whatever the biker guy had to say could change his life. Answer the phone... he thought.

Aly simply watched him. It was a bit boring waiting for the guy to pick up the phone but they didn't have much choice. Ironically if they did see that guy again she had the strongest urge to whack him over the head with her bow.

Ares' phone rang suddenly and he pulled it out to answer. Granted, he was expecting Athena to call, but he was satisfied that it was one of the twins.
Without hesitation, he answered it immediately.
"So, I take it you're finally ready to find out who you truly are?" he asked suddenly.
"Meet me outside."

Sophie hurried over to the twins Ares had mentioned before, with a load of books in her arms. "Hi guys...that shock of extreme curiosity hit you too?"

Charon. Why was he here? Shouldn't he be manning the Styxian Ferry?
Poseidon asked him why he was not doing his job when the response of the Ferry-man shocked him. Hades was gone, and no-one was looking after the realm of Hades.
That would mean that the dead people that did not want to be dead, would be coming into the Land of the Living!
Charon did not know who would continue to help them, and it would only be a matter of time before someone got past Cerberus, who Poseidon was told took orders only from Hades, who was gone.
Where was Hades?

Aly looked at Sophie and Alan and nodded her head. " Yes curiosity got us and we're about to go meet him outside. Are you coming with us? Saves all of us a trip."

Aly rolled her eyes as though this was familiar. " Ok can it Athena! You know I don't care about where you found your info and I most certainly don't like listening to you go off on a lecture." She then blinked as she glanced at Sophie trying to figure out why she called her Athena. It felt natural to her, as though she had had a similar conversation many times before.

Aly stopped and gave Sophie a glare. " Yes and I told you I am in no mood for a lecture. I am not in the mood now and I will not be in the mood ever so just if you have to lecture do it in your head or out of my hearing range. Maybe Apollo will listen but I'm not so just be quiet please."

Alan laughed, "No thanks, lectures are a bore." He really wasn't sure whether Sophie would take Aly up on the offer but just incase he made it clear.
He walked ahead to the door. "After you ladies," He said purely out of habit since he couldn't shake it.

Aly gave her brother an amused and impish look. " What do you say if she starts lecturing we make a break for the nearest forest and go on a nice long hunt?" She then blinked as she realized that sound perfectly normal as though they had done it many times before when Aly had never been hunting in the forest. She mentally shrugged it off and sauntered out the door and waited on her twin not willing to be very far from him at this point in time.
