::It had only been a few hours since that group Unit 97 arrived and told Keno that they were going to kill him. And the club already seemed to have a stiff feeling about it. The elevator came to life and moved up to the tenth floor; Unks and Epithany's room. A few moments later it moved down the shaft and Unks stepped out.
The purple haired Saiya-jin warrior was wearing a black tank top, and a pair of baggy jeans. Instead of his boots his feet now had on a pair of sneakers. His spiky hair up in it's usual fashion as his ice blue eyes looked around the empty club. A soft sigh escaped his lips as he moved to the bar.
He moved behind the bar counter and got himself a bottle of water. He stayed behind the counter and opened the bottle and took a long pull from it. He capped the bottle back up and rested his hands on the bar the water infront of him. He closed his eyes then opened them as he looked up at the ceiling above::
"Well now things are going to get intresting yet again. Well I guess this is what everyone needed to be brought closer together. Even though all of our lives are going to be on the line. . Yet again."

"Your lives are only on the line because you want them to be," Keno answered, referring to the fact that the dark man with the longcoat had told him any who got involved would be shown no mercy. Unit 97 was only after Keno, but had no reserves in crushing whoever thought it might be fun to interfere. If everyone left all well enough alone, they'd survive whether he died or not.
He appeared in his usual fashion; out of nowhere. His attire had changed though apparently. His hair was exposed, as was his face, and there was no oversized scarf covering him from the mouth down. Instead he was in loose fitted but definitely not baggy khakis, with a sleeveless red tank and matching shoes to go with it. His arms from wrist to palm were wrapped up tight and he had braces on his biceps, for no reason other than to look cool.
His back was to Unks, but the smell of dried blood was on his clothing. Rather than some poor sap that tried to start a fight, it was his own, and it could be seen splattered mostly on the front of him, but his back had taken a few beatings earlier as well. His eye looked like it was still blackened, but he was able to open it, as he turned to face the Saiya-jin. He was still healing, and most of his internal wounds were taken care of except the carious broken bones, especially his ribs.
He had to take it easy, but because he was able to heal himself so quickly at very little expense, normal 'human' caliber movement was not a challenge.
"In all honesty, I would not be offended if you guys sat out on this."

::unks looked at Keno with an odd look on his face. Why was Keno so beaten up was he already ambushed or was he pushing himself way to hard in his training. Either way he wasn't going to ask Keno, if Keno wanted him to know he'd tell him.
Unks got Keno a bottle of water and tossed it to him. He took another pull from his own bottle and sighed softly from the refreshing taste and then put the bottle down once more and looked at his friend::
"We are getting involved because you are our friend. We all got together when Fierce came around and that was also a threat to our lives. You'd do it for any of us."

Having not entirely overcome the wanderlust that had caused her prior absence from the Orion, she had headed South towards the mainland in hopes of getting a feel the city life one could not attain from home. The result had turned out to be mainly a shopping trip.
Tucked under both arms she had 2 shopping bags. It probably would have been easier to case a levitation spell but it would have looked rather conspicuous. She had at least been able to circumvent the need for transportation by finding a unoccupied restroom to portal from.
Levitating her bags behind she open the large double doors leading into the main corridor. Strangely enough the air seemed thick of decaying mana signatures she wasn't familiar with. Spying her husband at the bar she waved.
"Did the club actually act as a club while I was out?"
Raising an eyebrow at the expression that lay upon his face she tilted her head in concern.
"I surmise it wasn't something so jubilant as that..."

Hearing the Mrs. enter the club, Keno dropped the subject and gratefully accepted the bottle of water, taking her entrance and her concern as the opportunity to start drinking. He had already told Unks his opinion, and the Saiya-jin had made his choice. However Unks' choice was also Pith's and so it would be better for them to sort out what that would mean for them. Until they were agreed, he had nothing to do with their decision making.
Though it was true that he would fight for them too, he usually only did it when they were staring death in the face these days. Yes it was true he'd be in the same situation, but when he did it for them, he wasn't likely to die. It was weird all of a sudden no longer being a pillar of support, but even pillars need a foundation.
That was some damn good water.

::Unks looked up at Pith and smiled slightly at her seeing the bags floating behind her. He knew Keno was begin silent for a reason cause of her words. It seemed Pith needed to know the situation at hand. Unks sighed softly as he looked into her eyes.
"Hi love, it seems you had fun shopping, but the club wasn't visited last night by something we would call club goers of the happy sort."
Unks lifted his bottle of water once more and brought it to his lips. He finished it off and tossed the bottle in the proper place for it. He then looked back at her a grim look on his face::
"Keno here seems to be in a fix. Seven beings calling themselves Unit 97 showed up out of nowhere and told Keno they were going to kill him. That's not all, they will kill anyone who stand in their way to their target. I am going to help Keno no matter what, but I can't make your choice for you."

Blinking offhandedly at the other man she made a double take for a brief moment before recognizing who he was.
"Oh hello there Keno...I barely recognized you...The civilian look. It looks good on you?"
Still sensing a slight twinge of tenseness in the air, she blinked
"Is there something I'm missing or are you guys just going to leave me out of the loop...."
Not waiting for answer she rapidly began drawing a series of runes in the atmosphere, her bags dissolved from view.
"I believe something of interest has finally come about."
Before even she knew it she had already planted herself atop a stool her attention directed on the Unks who seemed to be filling her in.

With a sincerely 'pleased to see you' smile, Keno nodded at Epithany in greeting.
"It has been a while hasn't it? Perhaps I'll consider updating my wardrobe." As Unks spoke and she got the vague gist of what was going on, Keno decided he could add a bit of commentary. He wasn't exactly sure what he should say, but he knew what he would say.
"Something of interest you say. At the moment I can't think of anything better to say, but this shouldn't be taken lightly. Not a single one of us has an amount of power equal to them. As far as skill I cannot yet say, but they don't look like the type that can't take a sound beating and still kill you." That came out awkwardly. It would have been better had he said, 'it's better not to interfere' or 'it'll take more than a few flashy tricks to handle them' or something witty, but that's what came out. Oh well.
"If you intend to participate, then I would suggest you start seeing what the world at large has to offer. It's what I've suggested to everyone."
