Lost in his own thoughts, Unks' was the voice he needed to jolt him out of his daze, although his face was still completely blank. It was usually blank these days anyway, a defense mechanism, but anyone who could so much as feel the tension in the air would have known he was not completely 'alright.'
However, rather than insult Unks' intelligence, he chose to remain silent as he lifted his eyes to meet the ice cold blue eyes of the purple haired Saiya-jin. Leaning back he turned to notice his milk had gone warm. Dammit! It was such a nice glass too. Just the perfect amount of chocolate syrup, no residue settled at the bottom. Damn Unit 97.
Returning to Unks though, he decided saying something was better than nothing, grim though it may be. "You and your wife had better be in the best shape of your life." It was a rather vain thing to say as all the couples in Orion save he and Ichi kept each other in shape. Nonetheless, they were gonna need a lot more than speed, stamina, strength, ki, or mana for this fight. Outside of the box. Just how far from the box could any of them fight? How far would they need to be? Dammit, the questions again.

"Yeah, we're all pretty much doomed, eh?" Said the Jedi. He appeared out of almost no where, from where the stairs lead to the hot springs. He wore his traditionally brown-and-tans Jedi robes, having changed into them after getting out of the hot springs.
"So what's the game plan?" He asked and then his voice when almost child-like, "Can I use my lightsaber? Pleeeeease?" Said Jedi Lobel, hoping to defuse the tension with jokes. Probably not the best idea but he had nothing to lose either.

Jade reached out and placed a hand on her brothers shoulder, squeezing it gently as she looked into his amber eyes.
"Ano, Nii-chan.....calm down." She searched his eyes, and easily found what she knew would be there. Even though he likely wouldn't admit it, Keno was very much like a Saiya-jin in his own way. He thrived at the thought of a challenge. It had been a while since she'd seen that fire in his eyes, and a dangerous one it was.
Jade was thankful for the knowledge Kirra craved. While Jade was constantly training, her counter-persona was constantly pouring herself into books, and took up the Japanese language, the knowlegde serving them both.
The young woman remained silent for a moment, reading Keno's eyes. ".....do we know anything to prepare *us*?" She stressed the last word. As Deity had thought, Jade was not going to let anything happen to Keno, no matter what the cost. And no matter what anyone said.
97 might be after Keno, but they would realize they had bitten off much more than they could chew. Unks arrival distracted Keno for a moment, but her hand was still on his shoulders as a comfort and a connection.
Even the Jedi had arrived. Quite a crowd, these strange powers had drawn....

"Not to worry Keno. Epithany and I are in better shape then we possibly could be, but of course we will continue to work. We've got your back."
::Unks smiled at Keno before turning his head to look at the jedi. He smiled and shook his head with a soft laugh. He shook Valin's hand as he got closer and knew what he was trying to do. Unks also wanted to lighten up the mood::
"Yeah Valin that would be cool! I could use mine too, and we'd be having our own little rave party while kicking a**!"

Feeling Jade's hand on his shoulder, Keno's concerns are lowered to a whisper in his mind as he looks up at her. He nods at her advice, accepting it as best he can. Still though, this was not likely to be good news in even the least. The more people - friends - this involved, the worse for him. He always left them to their own battles, or was never around anyway to interfere, but he would need them no matter what and that bothered him. For all his ideologies of fighting your own battles, he was caught in a situation where he could not.
"I don't know anything. They're stronger than me and I guarantee despite their appearance they're all stronger, faster, and more skilled than any of us. How they trained I cannot say. Where they have been I do not know. How seven such beings could exist undercover..." It was getting to him again. All of a sudden, traditional practices didn't sound like the best approach.
The Jedi, three monkeys, and call it what you will, but he knew even Deity was aware of their presence. That meant Jade would find out and if Sato stopped by any time soon, she and Tali would be in on it. Ichi of course had to know to watch herself. This was spreading too quickly, and that was just Orion. If anyone at Deception found out, that would lead to five more obligations. None of them could fight.
"From today on, we need to step outside of our own little worlds and experience everything we each bring to the table. Jade, no more Deity. Unks, no more Pith. Valin, no more robot. User and I will have to renounce solitary training. We need to become aggressive and ready for anything from all angles." Something was missing from the formula, but it was a good start. Everything needed to be changed up.
"Keep Red out of it if you can. There's no way she can stand up to them." He didn't mean to sound as though he were under estimating the kitsune, but she couldn't even stay toe to toe with Orion. 97 would slaghter her like destroying a sand castle. He didn't need that on his conscience.

"If you haven't noticed - I'm not exactly the aggressive type. The Jedi Code, life devotion, all that stuff," Valin said plainly. He wasn't exactly disagreeing with the man's plans but he wanted to make it clear that as a Jedi Knight, he had certain ideals he needed to uphold and certain type of actions he wished to perform.
Indeed, Valin could spend more time on meditation, drawing himself closer to the Force and as such making himself more powerful and thus able to fight - but that wasn't what being a Jedi was about. He spent much more time walking around cities on this planet, just feeling the current of the Force to do things like stopping petty crimes or saving someone from a burning building - things that sometimes required a bit more of someone with unique talents for leaping up into buildings or being able to stop bullets. Being a Jedi meant serving the people - not just focusing on the mysteries of the Force.
"Besides HK-47 is the only person on this planet that knows even the most basic of lightsaber forms. Who else could I practice with?"

"I will do what I must Keno to help you. . . I am sure all of us will even if it means not spending long periods of time with our loved ones."
::Unks looked into Keno's eyes a soft sigh escaped his lips. His own problem was still out there and needed to be handled, but now another large threat has arrived. Things were going to be getting bumby from now on for everyone.
"Well it seems all of us in the Orion are too unite as one to stop whatever happens."
Unks looked over at User, back to Keno, and to User once more and with a sly smirk he spoke to finish his sentence::
"Even you User."

"You mean for us to switch sparring partners, am I correct, Keno?"
It was Jade's voice that spoke, but anyone who knew her at all, knew that she always called Keno 'Nii-chan', and never by his name.
While on the outside, she appeared the same as always, there were subtile differences in her demenor. She leaned back against hte bar counter, her hand pulled away now from Keno's shoulder, and both arms crossed over her chest, with one leg crossed over the other. The tone of her voice was different as well, the concern that was there formally replaced by seriousness, and a bit of bitter harsh truth.
"While I see your point, what good will come of it..? It might add some variety to our styles, but nothing like this new group that has shown up. We will hardly any better off than if we just trained harder."

"Lightsabers are energy swords to me. The key word there is sword. Anyone skilled with a sword just needs a saber to contend against yours with. Unless there is more about using a lightsaber that I don't know about." He wanted to include that a weapon should only be a supplemental tool anyway, but he figured the Jedi had their way and it shouldn't be tampered with.
"If aggression isn't your style, I would suggest treading carefully then because they aren't going to be gentle with you." He was speaking coldly, but he couldn't help it. Being soft wouldn't help at all. One had to at least be hardened to battle and compassion would only get in the way. Did Jedi show compassion when they fought?
"Don't provoke User," Keno said coming to his rival's defense. "He will do what he must regardless of how he feels about it. In my opinion we'd only be in each other's way unless we get in sync with one another."
Turning to Kirra without batting an eye, Keno heard what she said and took it in patiently. Of course he had already thought about that, but he wasn't sure how well his other advice would do. "I understand those sentiments exactly, and though I doubt many of us are comfortable with it, our best bet over all would be to leave Orion. We aren't the only warriors around. Our styles aren't the best. They aren't the only ones. Aside from building and improving ourselves, we need experience. I doubt any of it will compare to them, but at the same time, everything in this world is related to one thing or another. Their styles will not be unlike other styles, so it is wisest to experience battle from all angles. We should train each other, but also separately. That choice is yours though."

<<@Niitsy: If you Google/have a map of Canada, position Club Orion between Great Bear Lake and Great Slave Lake. One day, Deity'll perhaps bother to cook up precise coordinates...but for now, go by that. =O >>

User grunted. He knew this was a rather iffy plan, one designed by his personal enemy, "And just who would I train with? You? Indeed. I will do just what I want, such as work with these idiots. So long as they don't hurt anyone but you, I could care less KenoTao."
The last part was a rather obvious jab at KenoTao, User attempting to poke at this new wound against his mortal foe. In some ways, User was still quite evil and he loved to try and hurt KenoTao in any way possible. Even if the man showed no reaction, the warrior still loved doing it - even though he knew the others didn't like it when he did try hurting KenoTao like this. It didn't matter. User would do anything to hurt the man, to even just provoke him to shout out in anger.
