RaidenKazama Sheer_Immortal chibishan Sheer_Immortal I got to the train station area once yesterday, but when I went to go to my house, it crashed. Today, it's stuck on the loading screen. And yes, they really do need to work on this. whee yeah, and i would love to have an f'ing house! scream i've been waiting since i started, now they have vacancies, i have a permit and a house, and for some reason, it won't let me plant the damn thing anywhere... so stupid. stare why is it this hard??? Because...uh...the Gaian Gods are angry for some reason and must be appeased with a sacrifice ninja Waiting since you started? I've been waiting since they released towns! I still haven't even got a permit! seriously? eek that just blows. we need to say something about this... loudly. mad

They'll get it fixed as soon as they can. @Raiden: you should be able to get a permit, they're free. Go to the housing commission and click the link. @sheer: actually gaia is the main goddess in both greek and roman mythology (in Roman she is called earth), she is the mother of all the gods and goddesses and everyone who inhabit this earth according to greek and roman mythological beleifs.

@nerdy: i know dear, it's just frustrating. i hate seeing it available and not being able to use it. i don't gripe because i know they're getting complaints about the most stupid things ("it's too light" or "it's too dark"). but in the end, i wish they'd fix the systems they have before they move on to other things to add. towns looks great, but i don't get to enjoy it. that's the shitty thing. and they're too worried about changing things that are petty - they're so busy changing the petty s**t, seems like the big stuff doesn't get done.

I would love to get one of the main mods a gift for a thank you but...they have it all so its not like they would need it...y'know?

Yeah, I know. In my mind, though, I don't think our avatars are running around on some lady's body, but that the avatar's world is just called Gaia. So, the deities of this world are therefore Gaian Gods. ^.^ (psst, it's the admins that change stuff; the mods just keep the forums in order) >.>

@chibi - jfm disagrees with me, (and he's probably right, natch) but when I went to move my house I noticed there were large blocks of vacancies where I could not place a house. I believe that as soon as the new vacancies were released people grabbed neighborhoods for themselves. You can reserve a block of six houses for yourself for as long as 48 hours, which should be expiring tonight. (jfm, however, believes it's just a bug in the system. He's probably right but I'm optimistic.)
I finally found a place for my house by clicking every neighborhood that had only one or two houses vacant.
