Stepping out of the elevator she made her way out into the main room sensing a myriad of different individuals present. Cracking her neck, she then adjusted her glasses looking about the area.
"Perhaps I took too much time preparing..."

Released from some sort of bind, Keno's head lifted to examine the room. Spotting the hammock and the sleeping woman, he lifted from the ground and approached her. Carefully lifting her out of the hammock, the scarred man carried her back to her bed and lay her down upon it. "No. You take the bed. It's more comfortable. I won't be sleeping much tonight I'm sure." He knew she couldn't hear him, but maybe the softness of his voice would still get through to her. He drew the blanket up to her waist so she wouldn't be initially too hot nor cold. He then propped himself back onto the hammock and gazed at the room ceiling as he thought silent wonders.

When Protean finally stood straight again and opened his eyes, they actually appeared to be glowing slightly with a faint golden light. A stronger wind had also appeared within the arena as well, tossing the werewolf's tail and hair wildly about. Protean could feel the beast in his soul demanding to be set free now. It fed on the energies of the Spirit Realm and made him stronger in turn. It was like a kind of high very few could ever experience. His senses were now sharper than ever, the clarity so much better. With a snarl on his face and a growl coming from his throat, Protean finally set the beast inside him loose.
An echoing roar bounced off the walls of the arena, as Protean changed into his alternate form, the werewolf. Grey and black fur sprouted all over the tops of his hands and then traveled up the full length of his arms, covering his upper body and eventually the rest of it. His muscles began to pulse and throb with a hidden yet almost stifling power. They began to grow and strain at the seams of his clothing. As the fur finished covering his body, Protean's bone structure began to change as well. Below the knees, a second joint of sorts soon formed and made his legs appear to be the hind limbs of a gigantic wolf. Protean's mouth soon grew and elongated into a fang filled snout, while his ears grew pointed and traveled to the top of his head. Even his tail seemed to grow longer and fuller. Within moments, the change was complete. Now, at 8'0" and 500 pounds, Protean was truly now more beast than man.

*As the huge wolf walks off, Wesley sighs, bored again. He has little to do these days but wait. Whether he is waiting for someone worth his time to challenge him, waiting for the tournament to begin, or waiting for the chance to strike his brother down, he is constantly waiting on something, or more than one thing at once.
Yawning loudly, Tali closes his mouth, his fangs showing for that one moment, as he sees Satomi eating at the bar. Aside from her, not many people that interest him are present, aside from Keno, who seems to be rather idle. It is then that Epithany walks out of the elevator, though Tali only glances briefly in her direction.*

Looking about relatively empty main room she spots Tali looking her way. Having little knowledge of the man she half waved not sure what to make of him. From what she knew of the fellow, he was Deity's brother but blood alone was the only thing you could deem family like about them. Other than that she knew he was Satomi's current beau and one of the most revered fighters known in the Orion. Curious of his skill she kept her gaze on the red haired man.
"So when was the last time you had a spar?"

"Perhaps I should not allow myself to become so attached to her. Even Jade and Satomi are kept at a safe distance from me. But still, this woman...something calls me to be here. I suppose I have little say in the matter." The thoughts that had lingered in his mind were now reforming into solid words. Though no one was about to hear, there still lie the potential. "I wonder though if perhaps I should chance it. I do not think I could handle having what happened to Thorn happen again. Not to her...not to anyone. I'm safe by staying distant, but I'm unable to. I draw myself closer and closer each time. I feel like the child I once was following the mothers and maidens about awkwardly. What good times those were." His voice was slowly starting to trail off, growing dimmer with each word. The hammock had begun rocking softly some time ago and he was adequately exhausted. His eyelids were heavy and he could feel the burning resistance with each blink.
"Oh my I believe I overestimated myself." he said rolling out of the hammock and gliding gently to the ground. For the first time ever in Orion, Keno had done something unseen. It was the one gift he had left only as a spoken legend. His transformation into the Black Tiger was completed as he touched the ground. Though his power vanished, the fact that he even bothered to do something som unnecessary was odd. He had not fully transformed however and appeared to be pure animal. Quietly the creature circled the foot of the bed and lie down, resting it's face behind its tail. Keno was now in his most docile state, and yet his most fierce. It was almost ensured to be a comfortable night for Raleigh.< >

Head lifting, Satomi lifted a hand in a greeting to Epithany, before she finished off the last of the food. Closing the container, she set it and the fork on the bar top. It vanished a moment later with nothing more then a glance, in a tiny swirl of smoke. Emerald eyes landed on Tali, noting him and Epithany speaking. Standing, she headed over to the two, stopping about a foot away from Tali's left.
She smiled at Eptihany, shaking her head a moment later as she remembered the other day of being trapped between her and Reya's questions. The memory made her smile slightly. All in all it had been entertaining, though a little embarressing. It was also the first time her and Tali occupied the lounge, though she was figuring it was not the last.
The thought was quickly shaken from her mind, Satomi focusing on the conversation.

Taking another deep breath, the werewolf focused his senses on the here and now, taking in everything that needed to be noticed. He began to focus and raised his right hand in a gesture that was reminscint of the Shaolin, his stance also reminding those who watched him of that. It was as if an air of steady concentration had taken over him, something quite than the wild rage of the past. Ravager was forever gone now, banished from Protean's psyche with the help of the wolf spirits. Next to Miyuki, it was the best thing that ever happened to him.
Suddenly, his right hand slashed horizontally to the right with all the speed of lightning. His claws met nothing but air, yet on the arena wall before him, four large claw marks suddenly slashed across the stone. It was as if a giant sized, invisible version of Protean's hand had slashed the hard stone of the wall away.
With his left hand, Protean did the same thing with the same result. Then again, with the right. Again, with the left. Over and over, until each slash came so fast Protean's arms could barely be seen. With each slash through the air, more and more claw marks appeared in the stone as well.
Finally after a few moments, Protean's movements slowed until his arms stood still at his sides. On the wall in front, he saw a hole in the hole that looked like it had been slashed open, instead of dug. A slow smile spread over the werewolf's snout.

Probably before you were born.
*Tali says that bluntly. He's more than likely right, too. His definition of a spar is a friendly fight betwene friends, for use of honing skills, and for training. Tali fights for love of the sport, or to kill his opponent. Occasionally, though, he just wants to prove his own strength to an arrogant weaker fool. So, going by his reasoning, Tali's last spar was with his brother, when he was still commonly know as Tybron Wesley, on Orion.
Feeling Epithany's quetsion answered, he looks away ffor a moment, clearing his trhoat loudly. Tali glances at Satomi walks nearby. He smirks with a quiet snicker, looking towards her with his head tilted to his right, a sarcastic expression on his face.*
All full?

Smiling she waves to Satomi catching sight of her behind Taliman. She had always found the other woman a delightful individual to be around. Such behavior she sufficed that she wished to attain but many times found herself lacking.
Sure she could hold a conversation with others, but there was always this distant feeling she felt around other individuals. During the other day she had dabbled in trying to be more proactive in the social life in the bar and thus had joined in Teasing of Satomi.
The results had been surprisingly fun. Thankfully Satomi had appeared to take it all in jest and good terms were held by all. Since then she had returned to her feeling of being out of the loop of events.

The young woman had a tendacy to get along with most, her personality cheerful and open enough that she could make friends easily enough. The other day had been amusing, Satomi enjoying the conversation with Epithany and Reya. It wasn't often that she spoke with other woman, let alone in such a manner. It had been a treat, since it was mostly only in Orion that she was social. Now, she could claim it to be her home.
Gaze shifting to Tali, the young woman arched a slender brow in response. "I am." The young woman was still lacking in a bit of engery, but it would be recovered soon enough. Her emerald gaze lignered on Tali's for a moment, befor ebreaking away to sweep the room without her saying anymore.

Taken aback by the mans straight foward and rather odd answer she couldn't help but smile. She had hoped to segue the conversation towards a bout, but found herself caught off guard by his answer.
His words conveyed a sense of an individual so confident in their skill and nature that it was jarring. Though she did not consider hereself a warrior by any means, she couldn't help but get a rush from every worthwhile fight she had. Feeling that now was perhaps not the right time to attempt to battle with this individual she decided to seek elsewhere.
Her thoughts drifted to time gone by. Other bouts she had faced were brought to mind. Smirking she bowed her head as if noting something for a later period.
"I like such an answer....You two have a nice evening."
With this said she turned on her heels and headed down towards the arena.

As the training had intensified, Protean found himself having an itch that only a spar could satisfy. He really wanted to test out the new techniques he had learned on someone, just to see who effective they really were. Time to go look for a sparring partner... , he thought with a smile on his snout.
Proteand didn't even bother to change back into his human form. After all, he'd just go back anyway once the spar began, and he didn't like the idea of wasting precious energy that way. Upon entering the bar area once again, he immediately caught Epithany's scent, as well as Satomi's and Tali's at the bar. With his back to the wall and leaning on it, the werewolf regarded the three of them with a wry smirk present on his bestial face. "Anyone fancy a spar tonight?"

*Wes grins slightly, closing his eye as he tilts his head down, shaking his head. He quickly regains his composure, however, standing up from the kitchen counter and walking between Epithany and Satomi towards the center of the room. Just as he passes then, he sends Satomi a sideways glance, as if telling her something unheard by anyone else.
After reaching the elevator, Tali stops, turning back and giving Epithany a silent glance. He also peers over his right shoulder at the huge werewolf leaning against the wall, as he issues a challenge. Any other day, and Tali may have accepted, but he has better things to do. He smirks slightly before responding, stepping forward into the elevator as the doors begin to close.*
Another time, wolf-boy.
*Folding his arms across his chest and turning around, the doors shut slowly as he ateks a seat on the seat inside the pod, doing nothing else for the moment.*
