Cobra requires proof.
(Not that I don't believe you, but I can't be playing favorites here... you guys go through characters like they are friggin PAPER TOWELS.)
Otokage is a big job... and it would be nice if there was a consistent Kage of the village so that the shinobi there have a competent leader.
I would also remind you that you already have 2 other characters as well... one of them has to die (though I'm guessing I know which one that is...)

Demonic Slayer:
1. I need Tenshi to send me a PM with the reasons why you are starting as a Chuunin rather then a Genin... just for confirmation and to make sure there is a valid reason why you get to skip the Genin phase that everyone else is required to start at.
2. I think you might want to completely look over your profile and adapt it to match your new bloodline so that the character concept flows with your ninja class. (Genjutsu doesn't seem right for this one, and Im pretty sure that was what you selected fro Ranmaru... which you are obviously no longer using)
3. Your strengths and weaknesses need to be selected from the lists available under the Genjutsu class. (if you are actually still the Genjutsu class...)
4. So i take it you meant to say you are applying for your OTHER bloodline? You'll need to apply for it in the thread (you know where it is)
5. If you are starting as a Chuunin, you can start with the appropriate number of Genin ranked abilities in your Primary element. (Any techniques beyond that need to be posted for as normal)

1. Yes, you start as a Genin. xd
2. You need to enter a weapon of choice (the one you'd normally use)
3. You need to choose a Ninja Class for your character.
4. Your Strengths and Weaknesses have to be derived from the lists provided within the Ninja class you select.
5. Shinobi skills need to be filled out, (a combination of the special abilities granted by your Ninja class and Bloodline)
6. If you are an Uchiha...(I'm assuming you want the Sharingan) ... which you need to apply for in the Bloodline requests thread. Here

...if you would prefer, show up and explain how much you fail as an Akatsuki and Sai will kill you himself. ( I approve of this option highly... since then I get to re-obtain your ring.)
[Let it be known that I am sighing highly at the nonsensical-ness of all the Akatsuki, excepting myself and Aug]
I swear the Bijuu hosts need to ACTUALLY BE ACTIVE... becasue this s**t is literally killin me.

2. Agility is only a tertiary strength choice for the Medical class. You need to switch Agility and Intelligence.
3. Increased healing factor?... by what merit?
4. rofl I do believe YOUR primary element has to be Suiton, as YOU mentioned in the rules of YOUR Custom bloodline... heart

1) lol I will, but of course first thing was first I need to know if the profile will be accepted otherwise. I hate wasting my time heart
2) Wow....I never knew that would even make a difference when its the same thing...it'll be changed but wow
3) Increased healing factor as in healing faster then others naturally, though I'll change it to something a bit more...well you know
4) While you USED to be correct, I altered it because I looked at it, and looked at it. And i was like wait a flippin moment there isn't even a single water technique or benefactor aside from learning it quicker! So what the hells the point! So I changed it....I mean really....there's no point at all having the requirement water when there is nothing for it in the entire bloodline am I right? Thats like having sharingan but no reading movements, it would make it pointless. Of course we could go round and round with it, but if you seriously think about it, it defeats the purpose becaus, well, it has no purpose. I originally had it a requirement because I meant to put some jutsu with water and spice it up some, but then when all was said and done, i was like wait a moment.......?????? No water techniques at ALL. Hmmmm.....so I altered it from the rules. I should of informed you, but in all in all, why would I have it a requirement when it does NOTHING for it? Kinda like...diedara bloodline chakra mouth requires katon. Yeah explosions are firey but really....katon? Theres nothing in it that would do anything for it. See my meaning?
5) XD well I know that you and aug (btw I cannot help but laugh at you two) are like the only one that are serious rpers and are really active, more to say aug is more active then you. Cody is like hardly on now because he's in trouble irl, and Minty is liike wondering so you should really contact her and see what gives. As for my rpc's death, your more then welcome to come out of nowhere and we could make a scene and fight for death, the only irony i see is if you were to accidently die......well that wouldn't be any good. Not saying its gonna happen, but when it comes to fighting I tend not to let myself die. heart And I mean of course....we can do that so you can get your ring back....but I also need this profile approved so I can get sound on its feet again...and me and someone else were considering fighting to the death to rid ourselves of the rpcs....which if that happens the ring is more then likely to be lost forever
6) I should say, there is about more then five people waiting for the profile to be approved, which I will fix if need to be, however until its done sound will not be active, which delays all of them including the new people who just joined. I'm fine with how this all goes, but I also am keeping in mind the people who joined and those who may leave because of impatience. I rather keep them. Sooo.....XD
7) DSW is to be my chunin because he's a good rper. He's rped in NUR and was one of the very good ones that wasn't an a*****e. He has used the Renmaru's bloodline there and did one hell of a job. Plus, aside from myself whenever my profile is approved he'll be the highest rank. He didn't want to start too high or anything. Also, if he were to start as a genin, I would have no high ranked shinoibi aside from myself, and if we were attacked I'd be the only one capable of defending the village. So with him as my chunin, our chances of being atacked is lowered a pinch. We'll bring in more members for sound so we can grow and expand and they'll be trained from scratch. However I really need a shinobi higher then genin in sound so Im not the only one.
cool Anyways, I guess I'll apply for...my own kekki genkai I just made....kinda odd really. The suiton part was dumb to have in there but w/e it can be changed if its TRUELY needed....I mean I dont want people scared of me mrgreen But until its approved though Sound cannot start, and people will unfortunately be delayed. Since as soon as I'm done, meaning getting approved, I'll whip sound into better shape village wise and shinobi wise. But cannot do that without a kage no?

1) You'll be approved, don't worry. I'm just picking at things in your profile for logistical reasons. Feel free to start doing your thing as Otokage, but we need to keep hammering your profile till it's ship shape. You are an Otokage and a Guild VC... you above all people should understand that following the rules we force everyone else to follow is not only required, but expected (even more so by those in high ranking position)
2) It makes a difference in determining what fair, and in determining your agility vs someone else's. If I have Agility at level 2 and you have it at 3 ... well then, I'm more dexterous then you and I am more likely to dodge an attack then you are by merit.
3) It doesn't matter what you change it to, unless you have a good reason why your bloodline or otherwise gives you this ability, then you can't have it. Feel free to make your argument, but it needs to make sense and you can't simply have it, just to have it... otherwise, everyone could.
4) That's fine. I always imagined the water being a part of the healing factor, kind of like how the moon was reflected in the people, via their spirits of water, but I guess I just made that up in my head.
6) Coddling to people who have no patience is not in my character. If they leave because they had to wait a day or two for their profiles to be approved, then where was their dedication in the first place? whatever though, the point is moot as I've already cleared you to start RPing with the character. (it took me a week to create Sai's profile, but ya know what, all that work meant I barely ever had to edit it afterwards... and no one has ever questioned my characters abilities.)
7) Approved. It makes perfect sense. I only want people to do this so that their reason isn't "Cause he is my cuz" ...to everyone that starts at Genin, such promotions are unfair when given without an express purpose which makes sense within the RP. (which yours absolutely does)
8 ) It's not odd... its holding the VCs up to the standards I hold everyone else up to. You've already been cleared to RP, but trust me when I say that I'm only covering your *ss here. Anything less then the scrutiny I give everyone else would show undue favor, and possibly poison people against you... (as it has in the past). As you invented the clan, you should be able to show a model for how this clan acts and uses their skills in combat or otherwise. (I'll even attach the RP Sample you come up with as an example within the Bloodline Post itself to help show people what it's all about.)

1. So are you going for the Ranmaru clan, or for your new Kamisama clan?
2. A scythe is a two-handed weapon. dual-wielding scythes would require a level of expertise a genjutsu user would never have.
3. Your shinobi skills are just confusing, it lists both Flying and Ranmaru's abilities... which bloodline are you going for? (because I haven't seen you submit a request for your own bloodline.)
4. Even though you don't have a custom weapon, the details of your scythe should be mentioned in the weapons section
5. As a chuunin, you should probably fill out a few D and C rank missions that you have completed at the bottom of your profile. (just the numbers... for flavor)
6. If you are starting as a Chuunin, you can start with the appropriate number of Genin ranked abilities in your Primary element. (Any techniques beyond that need to be posted for as normal)
