"Not to sound too full of myself, but she must have said quite a bit if you can identify me on a first meeting." He wasn't smiling just yet, but seeing as this girl knew Jade, she probably wasn't someone he should be wary of. Who knows though. Friends of friends can be enemies.
"They haven't killed each other yet because self defense is a secondary component to war. They destroy 'others' to protect themselves. That way at least once civilization will continue and prosper." He really wished he could use less words at time, but this woman wasn't from Earth, so maybe a few extra details would help.
"Now if you'll pardon my rudeness, I'd like to know formally who it is I'm talking to."

The girl pressed a finger to her lips in thoughtfulness.
"Well, I wouldn't say first meeting....I knew a lot about you myself but Jade clarifed a lot as well....."
There was a soft laugh under her words as she nodded slightly at Keno's explaination of the human's will to survive.
"And doubtlessly, there would be a faction within that civilization that would start it all over again. Peace, rebellion, war.....they're always in an endless waltz around each other...."
Then she laughed a little more as the young man asked for her name.
"Honestly, perhaps you should come out and see me for yourself if you don't recognize my voice or face. It is exactly the same as your....imotou's, if I said that correctly."
She blinked her green eyes slowly, and it would only take a moment to realize she looked just like Jade, even down to the gold locket around her neck.
"I've come to call myself 'Kirra'....but perhaps you would remember me as....'Dark Jade'...? It didn't seem very fitting to me."

"That would explain a lot." He left anything he might have been thinking prior to that moment unsaid. So she had given herself, or received, a new name. Not a bad idea really since the term "dark" was too cliche these days. Everyone had a dark side...even the Force thing Valin was talking about.
"So tell me something. Perhaps I've gotten the wrong idea of you, but aren't you supposed to be a bit more aggressive, violent, and all in all destructive. Calmly sitting in a lounge reading a book doesn't suit the image I'm used to. Why all the civility all of a sudden?"
He wasn't going to beat around the bush with this one. He also didn't geel like moving. The shift in personality should have been obvious when the girl didn't react to his presence. Obviously they shared a body, but not the same instincts.
"Where does Jade go when you're in control?"

Arriving on the main floor with a light ding which reverberated throughout the large chamber the doors to the elevator slid open. Stepping into view the emerald tressed mage made her way into the corridor. She had once again taken another hiatus from the establishment.
Gazing about the primarily empty area she smirked seeing little had changed during her short absence. After several failed attempts at the revival of her own building she had shouldered the experience as a loss. All that remained for her to do was to return home. Adjusting her glasses on the bridge her nose she raised an eyebrow actually hearing conversation wafting from the direction of the lounge. Apparently some level of life had returned to the club.
Shouldering the staff she carried with her she made a bee line towards the voices in order to make note of who was present. It would have been just as easy to just track their mana signatures, but she felts as though she had become too dependent on such abilities in the passing days.
Pausing at the entrance she tilted her head making note of the man she had not seen in great deal of time.
"My goodness...look what the cat dragged in....or should I rephrase as you are the cat."
Shrugging she raised her hand to wave to Jade only finding that despite all appearence this person wasn't whom she intially percieved them to be.
"Uhh greetings, I hope I'm not interrupting anything?"
Leaning her weight upon her staff she blinked at the others feeling out of place.

"I suppose I was at one time...."
The girl folded down her current page in the corner and closed her book in her lap, leaning back into the couch slightly. A soft smile still played at her lips.
"But I was mostly fighting against Jade's will to control me. We've come to an agreement recently, so we're working with each other now, sharing control of the body, instead of stuggling with each other. After all, fighting eachother was getting us nowhere."
She sat for a few minutes in silence as she thought on Keno's second question, no doubt worrying about Jade when the other wasn't in the forefront. Finally, Kirra spoke again.
"Well....I guess you could call it another realm, or something of the like. It's like a void and you're floating in it, but you can change the enviroment to suit your pleasures or needs. Great for meditation really....and she can still watch us if she wishes."
She smirked lightly, in a manner unlike what Jade would normally express. She turned towards the entrance of the lounge and nodded in the direction of the green-haired mage.
"Good evening..."

Keno beckoned for the mage to enter and join them in conversation by extending his palm outward and waving his fingers at the digits back and forth. The only sign of acknowledging her response was a light playful smile unfortunately veiled by the thick scarf over his face.
"Sounds to me like you two are working like Tygre and I used to. Save the transformation I supposed. What an interesting element to add into battle." He spoke off hand, but in honest opinion of the situation. Kirra and Jade were not the same person and did not fight the same either. They could switch styles unexpectedly in the middle of any fight without clear warning. A dangerous advantage to have indeed.
"You know Epithany if I'm not mistaken. It seems her hair is back to normal? How ever did you come to fix it?" He had switched the addressing party somewhere in the middle, but didn't pause for a moment with his speech.
"I trust the married life is still treating you well?"

Smiling weakly in return the mage bit her lower lip not sure what else to say when her attention rested on the book the other woman had in her possession.
"Oh is that the 6th volume. Oh I believe the alterations they amended on the chapter about the crusades was better in the 5th. You would think that they would add onto a work but removing information. Thats appalling. I suppose they wished to make more space for the more contemporary discussions on page 72..."
Blinking she laughed sheepishly realizing that Keno was addressing her. Tilting her head in confusion her gaze moved to the green bangs that framed her face.
"Oh yes....I concocted a neutralizing agent. Unks seemed to enjoy the color change thus I went with it for period of time, but it seemed the color was starting to fade thus I decided to return to my natural hues."
Settling upon a nearby seat she mumbles an undiscernable phrase her staff vanishing in a hiss of sparks.
"Married life is the norm I suppose....I can't say that we are quite newlyweds anymore, then again I suppose we are the only married couple in the Orion now that I think about it."
Furrowing her brow she grew silent for a brief moment.
"I seem to have derailed your conversational track...go on."

((Epithany is the resident mage of the Orion. She might teach someone if they ask her in character. Either that or they could be a trainee from her mage's guild come to visit.))
