Reya started to panic internally, but if there was something she mastered, it was never to show her emotions unintentionally.
"Well...I'm not really capable of much right now... I mean you..you have a reputation around here... Whereas I, I just sorta...started..."

He rose immediately, suddenly, and very abruptly. However he was smiling...well you couldn't see it so nevermind.
"You're capable than you believe I assure you. A bit more practice and some real experience and you'll be a competitor in no time. I would suggest taking some of the patrons of the club on. They're the most interesting and useful people I've come across. They can give better pointers than I."
A short pause to let it sink in and he resumed his seat calmly. He was a bit theatric at times perhaps, but it couldn't be helped. "Everyone starts somewhere. Better to have begun than to be spending your time thinking about it eh? Just don't quit."

Reya looked up at Keno and let what he said sink into her mind. She then realized she has not gotten up this whole time either. With that in mind, she stretched both legs out in front of her and bent towards her feet and grasped them with her hands. After holding that position for a few seconds, she returned back to sitting down on her bar stool.
"Yeah, you're right. I just need to be determined!"
She stood up abruptly, much like Keno, and looked blankly off into the distance.

Should he do it? Come on he had to do it. She stood up and now she wasn't paying any attention to him. It was inevitable, a sin not to. Okay he would do it...
And he did. He flicked her on the nose with his index finger. Very lightly, but a flick nonetheless. His extended finger was hovering just below her line of sight, his wrist bent slightly from the quick jerk it had made. He had no idea why that was a good idea. He was very proud of himself though.
"Determination can get people very far in life. Sometimes a fight can be won on sheer will alone. Not often, but sometimes. You just have to want it so much more than the other guy."

With one flick, Reya concentration was all but destroyed. She scrunched her face up and fell back onto her bar stool. She then glared back at Keno, nothing personal, but she had to get revenge somehow now. It would have to wait now, though; he would be expecting something now. So instead, Reya just laughed off the flick heard around the world and secretly schemed in her mind. A cornucopia of ideas flooded her head, but that would have to wait for now. Instead, Reya just nodded as if she was paying attention to Keno's lecture and smiled.
"Uh-huuuh, you're sooo right."

For a ninja she wasn't very discreet. She sounded too sarcastic to actually be sarcastic. She was plotting something, though why evaded him. What would she try to do? Who cares? He's KenoTao.
One ego trip and a confidence boost later and he was paying attention once more. "It seems to me we won't be having any company. Such a shame. I've run out of things to talk about. So unless you have anything you would like to say, I'm afraid we'll be stuck in awkward silence."

She started to cackle a little, which turned into a lot. Reya finally maintained her composure and combed the hair away from her eyes.
"Well, it was nice catching up. Thanks for all the confidence."
With that said, Reya placed her hands together and, after a few hand seals later, vanished in a cloud of smoke.

"I'm expecting great things of you." She was already gone so he didn't really speak up, but merely watched the smoke rise to the ceiling before clearing away. There was nothing to worry about. She'd be fine and more than a welcome member of the Pantheon.
Since he had no other business to attend to, he figured it best to leave as well. No point in sitting around a place like this bored out of your mind. In a similar fashion to Reya, he was gone, though less flashy and much slower, as he liked his image to linger a bit after his absence.
