Silent, empty, desolate. This is the way Orion has been recently and the air tells himself so. What a boring place to return to. Not even any company to be kept, not that anyone would actually talk to him. No Jade, no User, no Ichi. Ichi.
He missed his woman, that was for sure. He was almost sure she would hate him after what happened before he left last time. Never occurred to him that it would upset her so. The fact that he could step foot in this place was shy of a miracle actually. Best to count your blessings one at a time though.
His left eye caught the elevator shaft, a sense of longing and fear...sorrow even. No he wouldn't go up. It would be easier to leave if he were down here. Upsetting her would get nothing done. Maybe he was better off a memory to her. Still.
His hat, scarf, and various weapons and armor vanished, revealing more tame hair than he left with. It was obvious that he had to style and comb it to keep it down, and despite all of that there was a deviance right above his forehead; a set of spikes that wouldn't conform. He sighed as he took a seat at the bar and waited, letting his mind wander aimlessly.

The sound of the elevator descending sounded so calming to Ichi. Lately, she's been sleeping during the day, and staying up at night. Mostly, to walk around, go to the hot springs, or have a drink byherself at the bar.
It was already the beginning of March, but it was still chilly up north. She had on a simple outfit, black sneakers, flared blue jeans, a screened, gold t-shirt, and a closed, plain black hoody over that.
Her pets weren't with her, they were probably sleepng by now. She moved her tail in circles as she waited patiently for the elevator doors to open. Her grey ears perked up from her short, blonde hair as she smelled a familiar scent that almost disappeared from her room.
She turned, and lo and behold, the person in which the scent belonged to was in front of her. She didn't hesidate, she just ran to Keno with open arms, wrapping them around his waist as she reached him. She buried her head in his chest and rubbed her cheek against him.
"Keno, I missed you."

Keno caught Ichi almost instinctually. He was rather surprised that she has come over so quickly. With her cheek to his chest though, all he could do his smile, his eyes glossing over a bit with a calm resolve as his loosened up a bit and relaxed his muscles. She missed him. Regardless of what he did, she still missed him. Truth be told he missed her too, but his mind was too cluttered most of the time to realize it.
His eyes fell upon the mass of golden silk pouring out of her head now. His girlfriend has gone blonde apparently. Hopefully it wouldn't run through into her brain he mused. Blondes were hot, but the stereotype wasn't always too far off. Idiocy wasn't something you could take medicine for or fix so hopefully...
"Hey love." It was about all he could say for the time. Nothing else really came to mind and for the moment all he wanted was to feel human again. Too far from society for too long. Not a single visitor...

Ichi stayed in that position for a while, she didn't want to move. It felt so good to stay like that, but she had to move anyway. She pulled away from him a bit, her arms still around her waist. She looked up, Keno being about half a foot taller than him. She was smiling, her ears standing upright on her blonde, little head, her tail, swinging happily from side to side like a playful puppy.
"How you doin'?

Almost as soon as, maybe a bit before, she finished talking his lips were planted to hers, his embrace tightening with a passion and a longing like nothing ever before. One thing he could grant these long absences. His homecoming left him loving her like the first time all over again. He pulled back and looked at her with a look of self pride and playfulness.
"Better now. I hope you haven't been to lonely. These walls have damn near no stories to tell after three months." Effortlessly he sat back and somehow lifted Ichi into his lap to cradle her against his body. Nothing would be getting to her without his consent it seemed.
"Thirsty?"

Her eyes closed as she felt his lips on hers. She loved it when Keno kissed her. It sent chills of looooove down her spine and back up. When Keno pulled away, she just kept smiling, bigger than before, too. She closed her eyes when he lifted her up, her ears flattening against her blonde hair, her tail was relaxed, and gravity did it's work by pulling it toward the ground. She didn't even bother to open her eyes in her response to Keno.
"A CapriSun would be nice right now."

By the gods above she was beautiful. How he resolved to ever leave her side was beyond him. Her voice, her body, her touch: everything about her from the clothes she wore to the food she ate drove him crazy. At the same time though, he was too long too single to show it and so with ever present grace he produced in his hand a silvery packet of CapriSun. It reminded him of images of milk that was somehow packaged in clear, tiny plastic bags. This design was a bit more practical, but he always wondered why someone would want such a flimsy container to hold their drinks in.
"Here you go love."
