Caught off guard by the missing of his tackle he soon found himself being whipped about and thrown. Slowing himself as he regained his sense of direction he stopped himself in mid air hover in place a few feet from the building.
"Enough!!"
Outstretching his palm as his opponent as he approached, black Ki flare violently about his hand. Exploding forth in a intense burst a body engulfing Ki beam similar to a Kamehameha fired forth.
HELL CAST!!

(well they are on the outskirts of the forest so there are still buildings near the forest. .they never really entered it.)
::Furor watched as the black Ki came at him. He kicked his energy up and and energy field surrounded his body. He right hand still covered with the Chidori attack. His energy field and the jutsu cutting through this attack causing it to explode and send him back in recoil.
As he was flung back he pushed his hand forward to the chidori became a lightning quick perjectile attack moving torwards the guys heart as he intened to in the begining.
Furor lnaded on the ground and lowered his energy field when it was safe and then his power level completely. He was breathing somewhat heavy, he was getting tired::

Forming a Blade of ki extending from his hand he disappated the attack with a swipe of his hand. Retracting the Ki blade he crossed his arms over his chest floating over head, the sounds of the ragged fabric that was once his sleeve revealing an odd green patch of skin on his forearm.
"Recognize how futile this is...Or should I actually try to kill you now?"
Lowering himself to the ground the mysteryman once again resumed his calm expression.
"Remember you are marked..."
His eyes narrowed as he said this.
