Edit: I dont have the form because I don't 'do' mates anymore. @_@ The shop's just too big for it anymore and often times I have a super hard time finding the cert in question to update, both in my files and the photobucket. It's one of the reasons there isnt even a spot for it in my certs. Sorry for the inconvenience. If I do go in and add it it'd be like a familiars name and just sort of wedged in there and given an alt cert rather than the official one so you may want to post whether or not you still want it.(Didn't see a form for adding a mate, so I grabbed Neza's everything else form - hope that's okay ; o; ) Need some assistance please!
