Name of weapon: The Mad Hat(s)
Who owns the weapon: JinTaki Hatsu
Where it was found/Who made it:JinTaki made it in their basement.
The Range of the weapon: senbon range, could be farther if flying with the wind.
Weakness: Easy to avoid, katon can destroy it, a blunt force blow can wreck it, finally the wind can blow it off course if it blows suddenly..
Description:At first glance this looks to be a simple, straw hat. But it is actually a bladed weapon fitted specifically to fit over the twin's head. It is as sharp as a well sharpened katana, and should be treated as such. An example of the weapon, would be it's ability to decapitate a human head. Another feature is that the twins, or anyone else who can handle it is ((are?)) able to make it curve to get around corners or other forward facing obstacles. The curving is limited to wide arcs, and any user would need knowledge of math to get angles correect, meaning simpler minds couldn't really use it. It's light weight means that winds can easily throw it off course.
Rp Sample:
The duo were engaged in the heat of battle yet again, holding their hat's down as they jumped at high speeds to avoid attacks. Jin's head was also covered by a hat, which he held down as well. "Alright... it appears they are hiding in the tree line exactly forty meters from our position," Taki said. "IF we throw it with the wind at a..." he said as he went through calculations and Jin comically made a sketch of it with a notepad he pulled frmo his pocket. Taki looked it over and threw his hat. It curved, a silent deadly curve, and slashed through the tree line. A bloody head fell off suddenly... ((Should be good enough right?))

Name of weapon: Tree's blade Who owns the weapon: Masaki Where it was found/Who made it: Made (with great difficulty) by Masaki after discovering his mokuton element and before managing to unleash it. The Range of the weapon: Can be changed from 5 foot blade to nothing but the handle. Normally it is only 3 feet. Weakness: can only be used by Mokuton users, to anyone else it is merely a bokuto (wooden training sword) fire jutsu force it back to it's bokuto state where it can no longer be used. If hit again it will act like wood and burn forcing the user to put it out with a suiton jutsu on their next turn. This will both cost their turn and their chakra. The sword reverts shortly after it loses contact with the mokuton user. It takes the place of a turn to activate the sword. Description: The tree's blade was designed only for Mokuton users. When activated by a mokuton user it changes from bokuto into a sword and sheath. Masaki also has a sleeve for the bokuto form to protect it from low end katon jutsu. The sword itself is only slightly sharper than a normal blade, but its size can be changed from 5 foot blade to nothing but the handle. This change is not instant however. Rp Sample: Masaki held the sword in his dominant hand uneasily. Somehow the sword had actually worked! He had designed it for Mokuton, and now that he knew how to use his Mokuton he could wield his sword! It was more than a bokuto now, it was a weapon that would save his life. He looked at his aggressor and smiled. He was indeed thankful for his attack, because it apparently made him much stronger. He held the sword at ready, and the man backed away. “You were tricking me?” He stammered pathetically. “No, I could not properly use it until you attacked me. Now I will return the favor.” He stepped forward. “I wonder, will you get stronger too?” He then launched at the man, and pierced the sword through his heart. The man stumbled into Masaki's burning home and caught fire. The sword turned back to the bokuto and caught fire, Masaki snatched it and dumped it into a puddle from the mornin rain. That was close! Lose his weapon as soon as he could wield it! Note: I will have Masaki design and build this sword before he earns his mokuton element. Until then it will be nothing more than a bokuto. Name of weapon: Storm Who owns the weapon: Damien Oweno (Character waiting approval) Where it was found/Who made it: Made by his father. Given to him upon his father's death The Range of the weapon: 6 ft when extended. With bladed tip, 6½ ft. Retracts to 2½ feet for carrying. Weakness: Is a normal staff in the hands of all but a Suiton fighter. This staff will evaporate temporarily (5 posts) if directly hit with Raiton or Katon jutsu. If words aren't spoken, the staff won't transform. The transformations cost chakra to perform. first transformation is -1 chakra point. Second transformation is -10 cp. Third Transformation is -25 cp meaning that to transform straight to the third stage costs 36 cp. Description: This staff was given to Damien by his father, who was a sea fisherman. The staff was imbibed with the essence of the sea which is why it is slightly bluish in color. This staff also has 3 transformations, the first of which activates the staff, the second of which is minor, and the third being much more profound. Upon speaking the words "Storm's coming" , the staff with grow to a length of 6 ft. This is a fully functional, steel staff, the only unique thing being that is produces and holds a small amount of seawater within it. Upon saying "calm before the storm" The staff will grow small spikes (3 in.) on each end, both of which remain at a constant temperature of -330° F (liquid nitrogen, anyone?) but remain strong despite this. Split second contact with these spike will leave nothing but a bit of cold, but anything longer will cause the slow freezing of anything it comes into contact with (including user). Things frozen by it can be broken with direct physical impact. Upon saying "Raging Tempest" The staff grows slightly and becomes a double bladed weapon each blade being 3 feet in length.The blades are wide and form a sort of waved pattern Sort of like this except more....water style. The ends of the blades are still at liquid nitrogen temperatures, however the majority of each blade is hollowed steel. At this stage, feeding chakra into the sword at a constant rate (-2cp per post) allows sea salt to pour in a mist, from the sword. The weapon is reverted to its natural stage simply by letting go of it for longer than ten seconds. Rp Sample: Damien pulled out his staff and stretched his shoulders and back. He spoke softly "Raging Tempest" He felt a sudden and large drain of chakra from his reserves as his staff stretched in his hands. It reached its full length, and then a spike shot out on each end. The spikes were a deep blue and gave off steam as their extreme cold made contact with the warmer air. Then the tips thickened and formed wide, flowing blades. Steam still lifted from the tips of the double bladed staff. He stabbed into the pool of water with the blade, and watched curiously as the surface began to freeze right before his eyes. He pulled the blade out and touched a nearby rock, freezing it as well. He then smashed the flat of the blade against the rock, shattering it into small pieces. To end his demonstration, he whipped the blade around his body. He speed it up, faster and faster until it was barely visible. He then poured more chakra into the weapon willing the sea from it. A mist sprayed from the edges of each blade, soaking Damien, and covering him in the salty water. He whipped the blade from side to side, launching water towards the left or right with each swing. Suddenly, he stopped with his movements, discontinuing the mist and standing perfectly still with his blade at his side. He strapped the blade to his back and began to walk away, feeling the blade become a staff, and once again a small baton. "I am the eye of the storm" He said quietly

Where it was found/Who made it:
It was found in Kenji's parents chest, which they could never open. Kenji accidentally Spilled water on it one day, and tried to dry it by fanning it, and it opened.

The Fan's cloth is extremely easy to cut, although winds do not affect it.
Description:
These are a pair of Tonfa, but they have a very, VERY special quality. on the part of the Tonfa that you are capable of holding onto, there is a button on the tip. When the button is pressed, a Pressurized seal opens on the back of the Tonfa { Where the user's elbow rests } And a Fan is produced. There are three variations as to how the Fans and Tonfa can be used.
1. The fans turn, so that they are vertical, and then spread so that at the end of the tonfa they are spread. { This is the fans spreading parallel to the user's body } This allows the user to not only use the tonfa still, but be able to swing the Tonfa to make a powerful gust of wind with the fans.
2. The Fan expands to the point that it reaches the tip of the Tonfa, and locks into place. Then a thin peice of metal slides along the fan tip, and locks into place, holding the Fan taunt, and helping to shield it from damage.{ The Fan is spread Perpendicular on the tonfa's outside part, so that it seems that the user has a bladed forearm. } { The Fan can now block weapon attacks from someone without weapon master type, or Taijutsu user strength. } However the winds made from this are weaker, and harder to aim, but it gives the Tonfas a Blade like quality. Also in one of the tonfa, a hole opens up, large enough for the other one's handle to fit into it.
3. The Fans detach, and can be used separately. { That's it, Nothing more nothing less. }
Rules for set up 1:
The User can not block/attack with the end of the tonfa. { Meaning that where the elbow normally rests, the user can not block or attack in close combat. }
the user doesn't have the reach benefits of the tonfa.
The User allows the tonfa to be easier to break under severe pressure. { About 20 hits from a blunt object will break the tonfa. }
Fans detach from the Tonfa upon breaking.
2 post cool down in between skill usage. { AT LEAST }
When tonfa break, they must be repaired out of battle.
Rules for set up 2:
Fan's can't withstand heavy damage, or pin point accuracy going though their cloth.
The winds created by this set up are thin and hard to aim, because even a slight breeze out of order and it can send the wind slash spiralling off.
Three post cool down between skill usage. { AT LEAST }
When Fans break they must be repaired out of battle.
Skills for Set up 1:
Wind Wave:
It roughly does the same thing as the projectile deflection jutsu, but it only halts it for a minute, causing the thrown object to stay inplace due to it's surrounding moving. { It doesn't stop the object all together, just pauses it's motion momentarily. }
Wind Tsunami:
This skill in addition to the two post cool down has a limit to how many times it can be used in a battle. { It can only be used three times. } This attack makes use of a single wind wave, followed up by another wind wave, causing it to be twice as strong. But this one also uses the user's Fuuton chakra to amplify the effect. By using a D Rank of chakra the user can repel an opponent who is lunging at them. This knocks the opponent off balance, and forces them into the air, which unless they have Fuuton jutsu might not end well for them.
Skills for Set up 2:
Gale Slash:
This technique is basically a way of slashing people with a blade of wind at a distance. Although this ability can reach a far distance, it takes time to aim well. The user can take two posts { Or one post if Combo user } To aim, then attack, or they can use a D rank of chakra to auto aim the Technique. { However if they use their own chakra twice, it rips the fan's cloth. }
Gale Ring:
This technique is a mystery unsolvable by physics. The User swings the blade, exactly like how one would for Gale slash, but instead it creates a ring of rapidly spinning winds. The Winds resemble a tornado's spin, but they don't shape like a cone. The easiest way to put it is it spins like a chakram would. This technique is by far one of th hardest techniques to aim in the ninja world. A user would have to spend two entire posts to aim it, reguardless of shinobi type. Putting Wind chakra into this specific attack would Devestate the fans, and cause the ring to go balistic, and quite possibly BACKFIRE.
Gale Sphere:
This technique is by far the oddest technique in the Ninja world. This technique is only acheiveable at Sannin/Kage rank, unless you have the Fuuton chakra type, in which case you can learn it at Jounin. The User seems to just use EXACTLY one hundred eighty Gale slashes, however upon contact with the target, a portion of the ground disappears, and the target floats in the air. only those who can see chakra will know what happens next. The Gale slashes were actually Gale rings, which shrink and expand thousands of times, rotating as they do so, causing every cell in the opponent's body to be slashed through. Yet this happens at such a speed that it doesn't physically affect the target. However the Target if under Chunnin rank, will die. Chunnin and above merely feel an extreme pain, as every cell in their body was destroyed, and reconstructed at speeds that could never be expressed. { This technique takes 2, count them, 2 S ranks worth of chakra just to launch. To aim it in one turn would take 4 S ranks [ or 3 for combo users ] }
Skills for set up 3:
Tempest:
The user swings the fan blade, and creates a strong wind capable of knock an opponent off balance { Or knocking an off balance opponent over}, or deflecting Kunai and Shuriken. { Not senbon because they lack the needed surface area. }
Dual Tempest:
The user swings both fans, which causes the Tempest to be far more severe. This wind can send an opponent { Who isn't securely Balanced/ Attached to the ground } flying for about ten meters. It can completely Redirect Kunai and shuriken, and can now deflect Senbon.
Half Tempest, Or Tem:
This skill is the result of the user closing the fan mid tempest. It results in a sort of pushing wind that doesn't push an opponent or object backwards, yet to one of the sides. { Such as right or left, dependent upon user's usage. }

Using First Set up:
Kenji smiled and got into a pose, in which he could block some attacks, or attack, depending on what the situation called for. ' Damn... I can't keep blocking forever... ' Kenji thought sighing. He knew what he had to do, and he knew exactly which form to use. " Unlock, Set up one! " Kenji said, pulsing a single point of Fuuton chakra through his weapon he smiled as it made the Tonfa begin to give off mechanical clicks and whirrs. " Now, Let's see what you've got! " Kenji said, his confidence fully restored. The ends of his Tonfa opened up, where his elbow rested, and out came a Fan, perpendicular to his elbow. The fan twisted quickly and snapped open, a loud thunk noise like when you open a umbrella too quickly being heard. " Let's end this game! " Kenji said, twisting his right one around and swinging it. " Wind wave! " Kenji said, stalling his opponent's dozens and dozens of Kunai that fired from his puppets.
~ Some time later ~
' Damn... How many times can he fire those kunai? ' Kenji thought breathing heavily. He has cuts and bruises all over his body, but the most horrifying thing is that his Tonfa had taken a severe beating, Cracks lined them as if they were ancient relics. I'll Have to end this now... " Kenji said smiling, turning his head slightly and spitting out some blood. Kenji ran foreward and stopped just infront of the Puppet user's puppet. " Here, Have your Puppet back! " Kenji said smiling, swinging bothe tonfa harshly he let out a giant Wind wave. " Wind Tsunami! " Kenji yelled, Smiling as the puppet flew into it's weilder. " Now it is time to finish this! " Kenji said jumping into the air above the Puppet user and spiraling downwards, hitting it with his tonfa ends and his fists. As the dust cleared from Kenji's impact Kenji stumbled out of the dust could carrying under his arm a bundle of broken peices of his tonfa. " Heh, Atleast they survived long enough to help me... " Kenji said laughing walking back to Iwagakure.
Using Second Set up:
" Heh, Come on is that all you've got? " Kenji said blocking and dodging the Weapon user's blade. " Heh, you're going to have to get faster than that! Gale Slash! " Kenji said, blocking and raising his opponent's sword and using his technique up close to avoid missing. The Clone opponent took a hefty blow and dispersed. Kenji turned and blocked a second clones sword and smiled, repeating the process.
~ Many many MANY Clones later ~
" Holy crap... How many clones can you make? " Kenji said breathing hard, dispatching clones and stopping to catch his breath. " Ok, I'm pissed now! " Kenji said, Jumping behind all of them, and latting out a disgruntled noise Kenji swung his Tonfa and smiled " Gale Ring! " He said laughing as it shot forwards and arced to the left taking out half of the clones. The opponent lost focus and all of the clones dispersed. " s**t! " The Opponent said, beninning his handsigns again. " Gale Sphere! " Kenji yelled, sending the sphere of Gale rings directly at his opponent. The Sphere latched around him, and suddenly picked him up into the air. As soon as it hit, it dispersed and left Kenji's opponent screaming bloody murder at the top of his lungs. " Now time to finish this! Gale Slash! " He said, focusing a D ranks worth of chakra into the slash Kenji auto aimed it due to the fact it was a fairly long ranged attack. It hit dead on, killing Kenji's opponent instantly.
Using Third Set up:
Kenji smiled at his student. " You are lucky that I am using this style of this particular weapon." Kenji said smiling, clicking a few buttons on his tonfa and making the fans slide out. kenji put the tonfa trhough their loops on his belt and grabbed the fans in mid air, smiling he took up a stance. " Now! Come at me! " He said smiling.
His student let out a short yell and ran forwards, brandishing two kunai, holding onto one, and throwing the other.
Kenji swung his fan smiling. " Tempest. " He said laughing as the kunai turned as it was hit with the air blast, and it shot off to the right of Kenji, sinking into a tree. " Now, Let's see how you fare against this technique! Dual Tempest! " He said smiling, swinging both of his fans up, so that it would have maximum lift on his student. " you are a doton and fuuton user, So learn to be able to use both in a moment's notice! " He said smiling as his student flew up into the air and began to shoot backwards. " Tem! " Kenji said smiling swinging his fan to the right and closing it half way through, sending his Stundent flying in that direction into a tree's canopy. " We'll work more on this tommorrow. " Kenji said smiling as he turned to walk away. suddenly a could of Kunai shot from the tree, mixed inside was shuriken. " Tempest! " Kenji said swinging one of his fans to the right, sending all of the kunai and shuriken that way. He jumped back a bit as he noticed the Senbon that had been obscured by the larger projectiles. " Dual Tempest! " Kenji said swinging his fans across, so the winds would completely cancel the senbon's movement, causing them to fall to the ground.

Name of Weapon: Akuma no Yoma ( Demon Binder )
Who owns this weapon: Akura Bashirou
Where was it found: It was originally the demon bind that Akura got from the marketplace, but a series of deaths got Akura to release to much chakra, making the elemental purifier on the weapon to shatter, giving it more capabilities.
Range: 4 feet while in Axe mode, 3 feet while in Sword mode.
Weakness:
Axe mode: If the body of the weapon is hit by a C rank taijutsu it will close.
Sword Mode: While the weapon is coated by the users chakra, if it is hit or if it hits a chakra nature that is it's opposite the weapon will close.
Abilities:
Axe Mode:
-Wild Slash: By swinging the weapon around wildly in a 180 degree area infront of the user. By adding chakra on to the weapon the user can turn that field into a inferno or hurricane. If fire chakra is added to the slashes the weapon heats ups and it begins to emit small sparks in the first few slashes ( first three slashes ), afterward the user's chakra envails the weapon and it egnites in flames, turning the field the weapon is being swung on into flames. If wind chakra is added the edges of the weapon becomes envailed with chakra and to spin rapidly as if it where a chainsaw slashing the wind around the field, turning it into hurricane forse winds. If earth chakra is added the weapon becomes sturdy and thick, losing the ability to slash, and to cut, instead, it gains the forse of a 4.6 earthquake.
If no chakra is added this technique takes no chakra, if chakra is added, this costs B rank chakra.
-Chakra Bash: By placing chakra on the front part of the weapon Akura is able to stab his weapon to the front sending a blast of chakra two feet toward where ever the weapon was aiming. D rank if no elemental chakra is used, C rank if elemental chakra is used.
Sword Mode:
-Elemental Discharge: By putting chakra on to the weapon and passing it trough the insides of the weapon making it begin to sprew chakra all around. The chakra is focused around the weapon and attacks the enemy with small explosions. Only the elements that the user has can be used with the attack, if the user has fire chakra, a variation of the attack can be with ashes, if the user has earth chakra the user can attack with dust.
Depending on how much chakra is put on to the attack is the chakra cost.
Note: If to much chakra is added the chakra will have a rebound and explosion effect on everything that is around the user.

Name of weapon: Saisei(Rebirth)
Who owns the weapon:
Who Made It: The Father of Yamaguchi Masao.
The Range of the weapon:
Scythe Mode: 67 in
Spear Mode: 16 feet.
Sickle Mode: The sickle is about 2.5 feet. and the chain is 15 feet.
Short Sword Mode: The short Swords are 25 in.
Claymore Mode: The Claymore is 55 in
Weakness: When in far range, the middle of the chain is the weakest part.
Description:
The Scythe looks like a regular scythe. Once Mao says Saisei, it will alter its form and turn into a spear like weapon. The spear is longer than most and is lighter.
After he says Saisei The Scythe will change into two sickles connected by a chain. The chain is very long. It is meant to extend to a great distance. But the problem with the long range is that the middle of the chain is wide open for attacking. But if the chain breaks, he will be able to transform it back to a scythe.
After he Says Saisei, the scythe will change into two short swords. The two swords are meant for close combat and can be used as a throwing weapon. He is most skilled with using this form of the weapon.
After he says Saisei, his sword will turn into a giant Claymore. The claymore is long and is wide. It is meant for close range. It is very hard to use and takes alot of energy.
Rp Sample:
Mao lifted his scythe up in order to block the incoming attack. The masked ninja had sent a kick towards him. Mao saw that his kick was coming towards the middle of the scythe which was bad for him. "Saisei." He said as the ninjas foot came into contact with his scythe. A giant claymore was there now. "This is harder to hold up than i thought." He said as the ninja did a backflip of the claymore. Mao took threw steps forward and swung the claymore. The swing looked like it pained him. The weight of the sword was going to crash down on him. "Saisei." He said as sweat rolled down his face. The claymore turned into a spear. "Lets go." He said as he jumped forward. The ninja looked at the spear in surprise as it came crashing down on his shoulder. "Missed." Mao said. He was aiming for the head but instead his the should. He threw the spear at the ninja."Saisei." he said as it turned into a sickle with a chain attached to it and another sickle on the other end. The chain wrapped around the ninja and then the sickles pierced the body holding the chains in place.

Name of weapon: Kokushibyo (Black Death)
Who owns the weapon: Tsubame Itsuki
Where it was found/Who made it: The Kokushibyo was made as a special request for the founder of the Tsubame family several generations ago and since then has been continously passed down from one head of the family to the next as a sacred family heirloom.
The Range of the weapon: Melee
Weakness: User can't use the special ability of the blade for more than 5 times before a rest cycle of 10 posts (2 for every use) or it'll destroy the foundation of the rapier. Like with most rapiers, the debole (center middle to tip of blade) is the most weakest part of the blade because of how far it is from the hilt and how thinned out the blade is at this point.
Description: The Kokushibyo is a dark black rapier made purely of iron and weighs approximately 0.9 kilograms. The blade is 1.5 centimetres (0.59 inches) in width and 1 metre (39 inches) in lenght, ending in a sharply pointed tip. The Kokushibyo was made with flexiblity and swift movements in mind so it's design is fairly plain. The hilt is weaved out of two long pieces of metal forming a simple guard for the hand and a mini dome of protection for the area where the blade connects with the hilt. When infused with chakra, the user is able to warp the shape/form of the blade providing the user the ability to direct his/her blade around certain objects/obstacles that might be in the way during an attack(wrapping around an enemy's weapon).
Ability: Shifuto (Shift)
Cost: D-rank worth of chakra
Limit(s):
• Maximum additional 30 centimeteres stretch in length and .5 centimeteres in width allowed or risk breaking the foundation of the blade
• Minimum shrink size of 30 centimetres in length or .75 centimeteres in width can be allowed before destruction in the blade's foundation occurs
• Manipulation of the blade to have miniature blades sticking out along the side cannot extend over 2 centimeteres and no more than 10 minature blades can be created
• Can be manipulated to loop around in circles but if knot is formed, blade will be unable to revert back to original state
• Ability can't be used over a 5 time limit per 10 post resting cycle (2 per usage)
Rp Sample:
Itsuki stood in the middle of an open field, eyes portrying nothing as she got ready to face her opponent. Reaching for the hilt of her rapier, Itsuki comptemplated just killing off the man with a jutsu but decided not to since that might gather too much attention on how the man died. 'Afterall, those would impure intentions only help to taint the purity of the world, so, I'm just assisting in getting rid of useless trash.' Unshelthing her rapier, sunlight reflected off the blade's iron coating as Itsuki held it firmly in her right hand anticipating her opponent's first move.
Getting the hint to strike first, the man smirked as he charged towards Itsuki with a long sword aiming for a strike to her chest. Shaking her head at the man's foolishness, Itsuki simply took a step back and raised her elbow to position her rapier diagonally in front of her intercepting the man's attack. The two blades clashed together and Itsuki whinced surprised at the strength of the man, no wanting to give in, Itsuki kept to her position as she tried to push back his sword. This action only caused the man to smirk even wider as he pushed his blade closer towards Itsuki's body. "It's no use little missy, everyone know's a longsword weighs more then a rapier, what you're doing is only going to result in a broken blade." At this Haruko smiled knowingly, "True, but you don't know my blade. Kokushibyo's much more special than any old rapier still being sold in towns. Within a second, Itsuki used her chakra to mold the foundation of her rapier and easily manipulated it so that the bottom half of her blade would extend and bend around her opponent's sword to quickly stab the man's chest.
Smiling devilishly as she watched her opponent's eyes widen in shock, Itsuki returned Kokushibyo to it's original form thus allowing for blood to flow freely down the man's wound. The man, who was still in shock, could only release a weak, surprised gasp before letting go of his sword and dropping to his knees while clutching at his new chest wound. Not giving the man a chance to recover from his sudden state of shock, Itsuki fluently manuvered herself behind the man and pierced him in the heart. Retracting her rapier, Itsuki snapped her right wrist once to rid her blade of the blood, 'Sheesh, to think I had to taint Kokushi for such a small matter. Hmph, better clean off the excess blood before it really stains the blade.' As she walked away from the scene, Itsuki reached into one of her pouches and took out an old wash cloth and began cleaning her blade. 'Last time I'm using you to deal with low life scums, you're best used when facing a more worthy opponent...'

Name of weapon: Nekura, The Sword that Pierces the Heavens

Description:
A beautiful Koto styled Katana, hand forged from a chakra conducting metal. The tsuka (handle) is wrapped in a Japanese white silk (with matching sageo) and features copper/silver antique style Fuchi (Sleeve), Kashira and silver menuki, seppa and silver Habaki, with a black swirling tsuba. The scabbard is finished with a rich black gloss lacquer, with buffalo horn koiguchi, Japanese white silk sageo and silver kurikata. The overall length of this sword is 44”, the blade is 30” long and the grip is 14” long. The sword weighs overall 2 ½ pounds. The sword is worn on Kiyoshi’s left side by his waist so he may grab it with his right hand, since he is right handed.
This sword is Kiyoshi’s pride and joy, it is a katana made from a special chakra channeling metal that is extremely sharp, durable, and wind resistant. But its true power is when it is infused with Kiyoshi’s Lightning Chakra which makes the sword sharp enough that it can pierce through stone or steel as easily as flesh. (This works in a similar manner as electrical arcing would, Kiyoshi’s sword acting as a sort of electrode, delivering an electrical current to whatever it comes in contact with and using the heat created by resistance to melt through steel or any of this types of metal with ease. Due to the lightning chakra being focused tightly along the blade, it makes for extremely precise smooth and clean cuts.)
An opponent attempting to block against this sword will find their weapon cut though. In addition, any metal within a blade reach of this sword such as headbands, swords, kunai, wires, ect, will conduct the lightning right towards the metal source and give a painful electric shock and numb the area affected. The same would occur if the opponent was cut or pierced, as long as contact is maintained, the opponent will continued to be shocked and will cause the area to numb and depending on the voltage, unable to respond due to their muscles spasm from the shock. Kiyoshi can control how powerful the lightning infused in the blade is, but unless stated otherwise should be considered standard and maximum at the rank of the user in power and threat. Custom Weapons may not be cut through, though they are more conductive so if Nekura is blocked by a customs it sends an electric shock as strong as the sword down their weapon and shock them.
It addition to its cutting ability, by channeling a C rank amount of chakra into the scabbard, and running the charged blade across the scabbard mouth (such as drawing the sword). The user can release charged particles up into the air causing an upward movement of air currents, which in turn give rise to thunder clouds and causing a thunderstorm complete with rain, thunder, and lightning. While this does nothing to do with the swords power, Kiyoshi uses this thunderstorm in conjunction with his sword for powerful combination attacks.
Weakness:
Though powerful the weapon can be blocked, a strong enough chakra shield or mass could block it’s attack. The proper wind jutsu at one rank lower and higher would cancel out its effect. Though Earth jutsu can, they would need to be one rank higher or more than the rank of the sword to be able to block it.
Rp Sample:
Kiyoshi walked down a quiet road heading out of the village. It was a cold winter night, the moon was full and was the only light that guided him. As he walked a shadowy figure rested in the corner of his eye, but every time he turned they vanished. He then activated his Byakugan as he walked, and the corners of his eyse could now be seen clear as day as the figure crept closer to him. Kiyoshi waited till he was within range and swung his body around facing his attacker. His eyes focused solely on his target as his hand rushed to his side as he gripped his blade.
Kiyoshi drew his sword and as he did sparks flew into the air making the air glow with his power. As he pointed his sword at his foe the sword began to hum and glow, surging with energy. Kiyoshi then dashed forward with great speed as he swung his blade as it glided though the air. The opponent made a few seals and brought up a wall of earth in order to block Kiyoshi’s attack, sadly he didn’t know what Kiyoshi`s sword could do. Kiyoshi gave a horizontal swing at the 1 foot thick wall and slide clean though it like butter.
As Kiyoshi continued his attack towards the opponent, he released a wind jutsu right at Kiyoshi which he blocked with his sword, and the lightning faded. Kiyoshi jumped back as he defended waiting for his blade to return to full power. As he did the opponent pulled out his own sword and charged Kiyoshi. Kiyoshi sword returned and he blocked the sword, but it wouldn’t cut, it seemed to be special probley custom made. Though Kiyoshi was not done as he sent a surge of lightning down the blade and right at the opponent shocking his arm, and causing him to drop his sword and grip his arm.
Kiyoshi took advantage of this and stabbed the sword right into the opponents shoulder and sent wave after wave of shock into his body. As he did the opponent fell to the ground and screamed in pain as his body began to go numb, he then pulled out the sword and stabbed it into his heart and with a burst of lightning chakra he was no more. Kiyoshi took his sword and sheathed it as he left the body on the ground and continued heading out on his journey.

This seems like a pretty powerful weapon... You might wanna consider, attempting to make this as a weapon style for fans/the weapon your currently applying for. ^^ Any case, lets get started:
-) About # 2 of Description: About it absorbing the damage... How would this equate to Taijutsu-styles that have great strength? Or Bukijutsu Styles that are likewise? Or lets say there is a higher ranked Nin, utilizing a higher ranked attack. How would the Tonfa's in-fact be able to absorb something of a higher magnitude?

-) With Gale Slash... How about the aim increases the closer the opponent is, and decreases the further the opponent is. Because I sorta understand the 'aiming wih chakra' deal, but... it would make more sense if you gauge it by distance instead.

-) Make sure to add with these 'specialized' wind moves, that chakra is needed. Not Fuuton Chakra persay, but just regular chakra to influence some of these moves.

-) With some of these jutsus that enable the user to blow back the opponent... why not have it gauged also to what rank the opponent is. Because say the user is a Chuunin or so, and blows this wind at a Jounin or Sannin. I doubt they will be blown so easily into the air.

@Golden: There's a big problem with this: You're using wind techniques without the fuuton element. If you had the fuuton element, then I would have probably two other critiques to make on this weapon, and they aren't really big because it's actually an interesting concept to me. But I cannot allow you to basically make up for not having the wind element by creating a weapon that can without any reason as to why and how it does so. I'd suggest either waiting until you get the wind element to reapply for this weapon, or switching an element you have that you haven't done too much work in to fuuton. Perhaps if you asked gregar if that was possible, he may even allow you to switch your secondary element (if you have one) to fuuton and allow you to retain as many jutsu in it as you had in the previous element. So for now, DENIED.
@Black&Silver: DENIED. This weapon has too many forms! Not only that, but the weakness you gave it isn't really a weakness because in the end it just resorts to its original state instead of actually hindering you from using the weapon.
