Gorash twisted in the air as he fell and managed to land with his knees bent, one arm acting as a spring so that he didn't fall flat on his face. His eyes blazed as he glanced quickly from Demios to Strider, to the seal, and then Demios again. He probably wouldn't be able to escape in time, Rore looked determined, though frightened, to stop him if he tried. "Thin-blooded whelp!" He yelled back at Demios, his eyes blazing. "Your station means nothing to me; I, who have made your predecessors tremble with only the mention of my name, Eon'byurainskarda."
Elistral began to feel light-headed as she tried to keep pace with the dragon, who was lumbering ahead with an increased pace. She was breathing hard and eventually slowed, resorting to a fast walk. There was only a few feet to go but she wasn't sure if she'd make it in time to see what was happening.
"Where are we going?" Crow was panting and holding his side, thankfully ignored by the crowds. "Where everything's happening," Fenrir replied. Then he slid to a stop and pivoted. "Now, you fly." "What--?" Crow began to ask, only to jump backwards when the wolf lunged at him, teeth bared. He was almost sure that if he was bitten by those jaws, bones would be crushed. "Alright, alright!" With a quick hop and flap of his wings he rose up. And was pursued by a chasing Fenrir and Ezekiel, snapping at his heels when they dropped too low, his wings pumping frantically to get away.

Demios landed and growled deeply at the man. "Your time is long past, elder. Go back to the hole you dug for yourself a mellenia ago." As Demios finished as did the seal. The magic whirred to life as a light grew in the center, a barrier forming to hold back the nergy from affecting others outside the circle.
Jake covered his eyes as the circle completed. "I always liked this circle."

"If you had half the sense of an elder, you would show respect, wyrm." Goroash snarled back defensively while backing away warily from the center. Though the younger dragon made his blood boil, he knew that he was only losing his temper because of the damned human body. Human emotions had always aggravated him and bodies with their different chemicals affected even his personality.
Elistral was gasping for breath, her gut burning, by the time she made it to the healer's tent. She hazily saw what was going on but wasn't able to ask what was really happening. The dragon had beaten her there and jumped over Strider and Jake, ramming headfirst into the barrier it hadn't known about, but continuing to do so after it found out, as if it was trying to break through.

"Why should I respect an elder who betrayed their oath?" Demios watched as one of his soldiers rammed into the barrier. After several failed atempts the dragon transformed. "You! Stand down, soldier!" The drgon raised a claw, ready to beat at the barrier, and Demios lunged at it, pinning it down with his claw on the dragon's neck, roaring loudly. "I said stand down."
Strider stepped close to the barrier, where Gorash now stood. "The body you have now is going to be purged of you. I swear that wherever you're hiding, mortal or not, I will find you."

Gorash scowled, largely ignoring Demios's comment. He hated being trapped. "I suppose that this body has been through enough, without my direct influence," He mused. "However the...effects will remain." His options were limited; without his actual presence there he was subject to the ritual. The dragon eyes looked out of place of Gorash's face as he looked over to Strider, a slight smile on his face. "Who said I was going to hide?"

"Whater you do doesn't matter. I'll find you. Good bye for now, Eon." Strider watched as the cirlce erupted in a column of energy expanding to the width of the circle, purging every evil entity within it.

"Very well, then the head of your elf mate will suffice." Gorash muttered loudly before the ground below him lit up, the intensity of the brightness threatening to blind him unless he closed his eyes.
Rore cried out in alarm and started to go forward and help his friend, who he feared could have been incinerated. But he held his ground, forcing himself to remember that Strider had to know what he was doing otherwise he wouldn't have done anything at all. Plus, he didn't know much about magic, save the offensive kind.
"There." "Why are you chasing me?!" Crow yelled down at Fenrir, even though he was a good few feet above him by now. He'd turned his gaze away from the sudden column stabbing into the sky. "To give you your compensation," Fenrir jumped half-heartedly at the end of his sentence, making Crow angle just a bit higher. "Now follow it." "It? What is "it"?" "That link that'll pop up right about...now." Crow looked ahead again and, for a split-second, saw what could have been an aura a grass blade thick and like a thread, break off from the circle. His darker nature told him to follow it even as it began to fade quickly. He flew higher, Fenrir sitting down on his haunches to watch, his eyes already having figured out the direction his body needed to go.

((Ty, where you be? I misses you. crying ))
Strider looked up at the sky, the light easily reaching through the atmosphere. He looked back towrds the circle as the light began to recede and then fade, leaving a collapsed Gorash on the ground. Strider stepped across the threshold of the circle and bent over the large man, tapping him with his staff. "Hey, time to wake up and smell the freedom. Your blood rite has been nullified and now your mind is your own. So wake up. You're worrying people."

((Why do you keep calling him large? He's just a bit shorter and more slender than Rore, his armor makes him look big. XD))
Gorash gave a low groan, blinking groggily. His body ached somewhat, probably from the impact of him hitting the ground hard, and he struggled to push himself up into a sitting position. "...What?" He stared confusedly up at Strider, feeling small.
"Gorash, are you okay...er, now?" Rore rushed over to his friend, sheathing his sword and tucking his chest plate under one arm. He settling into a crouch next to him, staring intently at his face.
Gorash frowned. He certainly felt worse physically, like he'd been beaten up. Although, maybe that was just an effect of whatever the man had done. The dragon had disappeared he assumed, however presence of the other him was still there. But it wasn't bothering him at all, in fact, he was able to push it back to where it's words were muted. He let Rore help him to his feet slowly. "I think so. I can ignore it now, Rore, I can ignore it now!" Gorash's face brightened even though he wore a tired smile. He turned to Strider, bowing his head in respect. "I...I thank you."

((Both Rore and Gorash are large compared to Strider. Strider is only tall, not bulky like them.))
Strider chuckled. "Well i'm flattered but i'm not a god anymore. No need to bow before me. Stand up. Breathe the free air. I on the other hand need to go and rest. All that worked my arm and leg too much." Strider turned, handing Jake his staff, and hobbling back to the tent.
Jake smiled at Gorash, making Strider's staff disappear in a flash of light. "He doesn't mean to be so anti-social. He's got a lot on his mind at the moment.

((Well they're not buff bulky, then.))
"What?" Gorash asked as he raised his head up in time to see Strider turn and walk awkwardly away.
"His daughter's courting." Rore mumbled under his breath, leaning closer to Gorash in case he could be heard.
"Oh." Gorash saw the knowing look in his friend's eyes, and he nodded at Jake's words. They'd gone through that separately, before, and it was easy to figure out what was going on. Then the confusion found it's way to his face again. "Wait, a...god?"
"I'll explain that later," Rore laughed, patting his shoulder. "I have to see how many guards made it through the fight to...count how many were lost. And you should probably stay low for a bit, or at least take your armor off. I'm betting people will start to recognize you if you stay in it."
((Oh you buttface!))

((X3))
"Not to mention Eon. I've heard ancient tales of him. The most ancient of ancient dragons. The first and only dragon gifted with true ever lasting life. Dragons now do eventually grow old and die, I myself included, though I am one of the few pure blooded dragons left that live longer. Dragons of Eon's brood lived for thousands and thousands of years before death, most larger and more powerful. I would dread meeting one of those. Eon himself was said to blot out the very sky with his size and he was granted dominion over the elements to better help the evolution of life. He would fly across the world, changing the environment depending on the race and situation. But it is said that after watching these 'lesser' races fight, argue, and die he began to see them as inferior and undeserving creatures. So in his loathing and malice he stopped serving as their overseer and guide and started to change the terrain to something rough and grotesque. This was the first account of valcanoes on Eon, this planet. But after a time even this wasn't enough for the now disgusted dragon for even at the face of such diverse and drastic environments the lesser beings survived and adapted, this enraged him. So he decided that if he could not erase them using natural selection he'd erase them by force. He raised an army of his brood to eradicate all other life on the planet. Complete genocide." Demios looked over at Strider as he limped into the tent escorted by Sylvia. "This was when the gods descended upon Eon for the first time since the Great Creation. When they did they looked on in horror at their planet, destroyed and burnt. There have been three great wars of Eon beyond the one we just fought. The first being the Eon Wars. The second being the God Wars when Malgeor broke away from the other gods. The third being the Great Elven Wars, there being three phases to that. But after many years of almost non-stop fighting the war came to a critical point. Eon had came close to his goal. Even with all the forces of the gods united on one front victory seemed slim. But when Eon's victory seemed certain he died. When he did all of his forces scattered to the four corners of the world. Allowing dragons like me to still exist." Demios ended with a nod. "Sorry for the long story but if Eon hadn't been defeated, or supposedly defeated life as we know it would have been eradicated. So you can see how this would be a point of great contention for Strider."
"Yeah, every time I asked him to tell me stories of what happened he never said a word saying that it was forbidden for him to mention it. Most of the stories from that far back are only around today because of the dragons of older generations. Desdion decreed that Eon's very name be erased from existance." Jake looked at Gorash. "Though Elistral loving Demios is also on his mind too."
((Is this okay? Seeing as it is your story line I didn't know if this would be acceptable. I'll edit if you want me to.))

((I didn't really have a back story for Eon besides the First End War and that he wanted to make people forget the world's name, for some reason. Never refined it.That and he was the one who made the world's name disappear from everyone's knowledge somehow. I thought it would provide an explanation as to why it didn't have one because I never made one for it. =3))
"Uh...kay." Gorash looked as if a ghost had passed through him, blood draining from his face and shocked.
Rore was just a little more composed than him, though he'd dropped his armor with a clatter and bent quickly to retrieve it during the speech. "That's...wonderful. But I think the thing about love would have worked as a starter for catching him up..." He chuckled nervously as patted Gorash's shoulder.

Demios chuckled and layed down on his stomach, laying his head on his hands. "Well i'm not really used to people outside of the know. Sorry if I over loaded you." Demios was about to close his eyes when he noticed Elistral, slightly wobbly as she stood near the healing tent. "Elistral?" Demios quickly turned human, and ran over to her. "Are you okay?" He saw that she was sweating and could see the delerious look in her eyes. "You've over worked your stomach. Come on, let's get you to a healer. Can you walk?"
