After a few hours on the road, the Hebi-prince started to get closer towards his prime destination. Excited to get his hands on his new puppet, Zin hastened the pace a little, wanting to get to train with his puppet a little before putting it towards combat testing. He wondered if, absently, if the bones of his enemies crunched as delightfully within the intended bear's mouth, as Zin's beloved treats crunch in his own? Oh the idea was far too thrilling to wait, an with a hiss to Nagi, Zin started to hasten the pace foward from a walk to a more accelerated trot.

__ As the young Genin took in the sights at the crossroads of the world towards Takumi he noticed Bast greatly speed up. As she flew past him she gave him instructions not to get too lost in the sights. Suddenly, the seven-foot tall Goliath of solid iron and steel that was Caesar began to enter a full sprint. As Tetsuhiko sat comfortably within his puppet he manipulated the strings in such a way to increase the puppet's speed from a walk to a sprint. Granted, the heavy puppet would not be able to outrun Bastet, it would at least be able to follow behind effectively. One upside was that the marionette would never tire. "I hope she doesn't leave us behind." The artisan thought as Caesar ran through the global highway towards Takumi.

__ Tetsuhiko walked through the roads again headed towards Takumi. His boots tapped on the street as he walked up the way. He only hoped he could remember where to go. He was suddenly relieved when he saw ample signs to indicate where to go to get back to the gates. "These merchants really want to make sure we get there. Probably to make sure they get their money." The bard thought as he continued his walk until he reached the gates.

As Bast and her students left the area around Takumi, she was silently going over plans in her head. Her pace was steady at a speed that the boys would be able to keep up with, but she still made sure to check they were following every once in a while. It wouldn't do to get ambushed on their way back. Up ahead, the dry air and golden dunes of the Wind Country stretched out for miles.

__ Tetsuhiko behind right behind Bastet-sensei at a steady pace. Walking around without being inside of a puppet was getting tiresome. It turned out that being inside of Caesar was the way to go. He began to approach the Land of Wind, home sweet home.

Roxas walked at his normal pace now. The damage he received from the bear hadn't healed, but he was a resistant man deriving from a life of hardship. He kept silent as usual while the two walked while keeping his eye out for any potential threat.
The cart had finally reached the crossroads after a long and bumpy journey and Houou successfully completed his first mission. While he was overjoyed, he knew this was no time for celebrations. The real mission was about to begin now that they had made to their destination. Houou spoke up to the merchant "Sir it looks like we have arrived safely. You made mention of another mission? I would like to formally accept and receive a briefing." (4)

The man looked around at the crossroads and, upon seeing nobody, hopped down from the cart. He flipped up the tarp covering the goods and started to rummage through a crate, leaving a few bundles of paper exposed, seemingly uncaring.
"Alright, here's what's gonna happen," he said as he pulled out a few kunai with explosive notes wrapped around the handle. He handed them to Houou as he spoke. "You're gonna use those to blow this cart to smithereens. Afterward you'll take me back to Takumi and drop me off with the guards while telling them we got ambushed and had to run. I'll pay you now since I'll need some medical attention afterward."
The man fished a Field Medic's Kit out of the crate and handed it over to Houou along with 250 Ryou. He then backed away, motioned for Houou to blow the cart up, and then stabbed himself in the gut with a kunai. He left the blade in and slumped over on the ground, awaiting completion of the mission.

Houou registered everything the merchant had said however, he couldn't get his mouth to convey his thoughts. He was in utter shock. Then all of a sudden the merchant had stabbed himself in the gut and collapsed to the floor writhing in pain. Houou stored the Kunai in his carrying case and rushed over to the merchant as fast as humanly possible. Sliding across the dirt covers path, Houou ripped open the field medical kit and turned the merchant in his back. Carefully pulling out the Kunai, Houou would immediately taking a sanitary cloth and place pressure on the wound. To stop the bleeding. As he instructed the merchant to apply pressure to his own wound, he would prepare a needle and thread. Carefully Houou began to stitch the gash in the merchants gut. Luckily the merchsnt didn't cut too deeply. Houou successful stopped the bleeding and dressed the wound, now the matter of the cart remained. Houou had no choice but to follow through with the plan. He hated that this was the kind of work we was doing but there were few options for the young Rogue. Houou detached the Mule, hoisted the merchant up onto its back and cleared the area around the cart. As he climbed atop the mule and returned to the village gates, he chucked the Kunai at the cart. Feeling the heat of the explosion Houou quickened his pace so that he could get the merchant to some proper medical treatment.
