I didn't want to go overboard in the post. I mean, there's a fine line between a good plan and an a**-pull, and I hate a**-pulls.

Lament_of_the_lonely Evergreen: Denied - The RP was not good enough. Of the 30+ Jutsu there, you only used like....3...also, there is a whole other stage, which has its own weaknessess and what not as well. On top of that, the RP was not ling enough.
Theiceangel of darkness: Denied - First thing, what is it that drives people to kill me and Zane all the time D;? Not that thats actually why you are denied. It was because you used Hyouton Techniques, but you were applying for the Ushio clan...?
Zetsubou: Approved, though I'm not really too sure what you were doing in the rp e.e'. Also, despite the fact that it says you could possess people, there aren't any clan jutsu...perhaps you should create some in the custom area, and we could add them in.
Nejitentenluv: Denied. I'm like, 100% sure you simply copied and pasted all the information in the What You Know section...Also, in your RP sample...you didn't use any of the jutsu written down there. It seems you used the jutsu from...idk wikipedia or something!
Anon: Denied....simply because you are you...jk xP Well, it is a very nice RP, and you seem to show a good understanding of things. The only thing I have something against, is the lack of jutsu. Though, you are approved.
Remedy: Denied. The RP sample was fine, though the what you know section was a bit weak. You didn't really say anything about the weaknessess.

lolz, they were trying to use a jutsu using Yuu's arms, and legs as lightning rods, it was to give them a perfect charge, and allow them you expell the lightning with minimal chakra . ;p O.o i was the only one approved... luck...ee...

What you know about the clan/bl: The Hatake clan emits white chakra as a reserve which is mostly used for theatrics but commonly is used for weapons to extend there cutting length and efficiency. In some owners of this bloodline are blessed with having a huge chakra reserve, though every member of this bloodline is blessed with white or silverish hard and increased speed.
Rp Sample:
Ray also known as White Lightning for his extreme speed and lightning jutsus was on a simple scouting mission, one that was ordered by the kage himself. The mission was simple, obtain information about a enemy caravan without being seen. This seemed easy enough when he took on the mission but when he arrived at a cliff that hung over a corner of the caravan he quickly noticed that every shinobi in the caravan was twice as big as him. He quickly shook off that detail and began analyzing the caravan searching for weakness's, how much weaponry and shinobi and other important things. After a few minutes Ray slowly began to inch backwards to get off of the cliff but stopped when he bumped into something he knew wasn't there when he got there. "Look what we have here! A little spy trying to figure us out!" Ray instantly got up and turned around to see 4 large guys with huge blunt weapons standing there. "Crud..." As soon as he spoke the large shinobi in the front swung a large maul at Ray. Ray quickly ducked around of the way and moved to the side of the group before jumping back a few feet to get some room. "you sure like big weapons.. Is that to make up for something else?" Ray said with a grin and readied his next move. All four of the other shinobi instantly became enraged by this comment and charge at Ray, when clsoe enough the all swung their weapons down at him. Ray had thought quickly about what would happen after the comment and he was right. He had quickly used his Shiro Chakra Kouyou jutsu to apply white chakra to his sword when he readied himself. Now that the 4 shinobi had begun their attack he took his speed as a advantage and dashed forward as they were swinging down at him, when he got close enough he did a horizontal slice at the first one's stomach.
If you do need more of a sample just say so.

What you know about the clan/bl: (If you put everything it will be denied on the spot) The Hyuuga's are famed for both the Byakuugan and the Jyuuken. The Byakuugan enables the user to see the targets chakra points, while the Jyuuken allows the user to effectively disable or stop the flow of chakra. Jyuuken is also known as the 'Gentle Fist' for only glancing blows are needed for this effect. The Gentle Fist technique just as well causes internal injury that may last a long time. The Hyuuga Clan is split into two parts, the Main Branch and then the Branch. The Main Branch is the head family, and generally treats the Branch with contempt or no emotion. The Branch's only purpose is to protect the Main Branch. Yet the weakness in the Byakuugan is both the limit and the blind spot, near the third vertebrate. The limit however, increases as the user becomes better with the Byakuugan.
Rp Sample: (at least 2 paragraphs of at least 10 lines using said BL or Clan)The sky was a cloudy gray, with the clouds looking tattered and heavy. Kokirii frowned. She didn’t like it when the weather was indecisive. She trailed her sandal around in the mud for a few moments before snapping to terrified attention at the harsh bark of her older cousin, Tetsuo. “Alright! If you’re going to be a Hyuuga, you’re going to use our jutsu. This is our pride, so it’s too dangerous to leave in the hands of amateurs! So let’s see what you can do!” Kokirii felt herself stiffening and she closed her pale eyes almost daintily. ‘Byakuugan!’ and her veins stood out with startling clarity. She opened her eyes, and her pupils were more noticeable. Tetsuo noted that her transition was quite smooth and nearly elegant. Kokirii felt she could see everything in the world now. She could see the delicate inner workings of Tetsuo’s chakra paths, the way his power flowed through his veins with a silvery-blue color that was quite amazing.
Tetsuo snapped her out of her reverie with a harsh command. “Alright, so you can do Byakuugan! I’m hardly impressed! Now show me what you can do with Jyuuken!” and Kokirii hiccupped with fear. She slowly went into a fighting stance and Tetsuo nodded. "Eight Tri-grams! Sixty Four Palms!" she cried out, and launched herself at him, chakra in her palms, in her fingers, in her fists. She reached out to the pretty silvery chakra and brushed her palms against it with deftness. Her hands darted out, brushing against the little knotting where the networks interlaced. She moved fast, shutting them down as quick as she could. She could see the chakra points shutting down and smiled a little. She felt almost surprised that Tetsuo could not see his own weakness. Then her targets were gone, for a moment, she blinked, stupefied, and then was down on the dirt, spitting her own blood. Tetsuo had moved with blinding quickness and immobilized her. But he noted that she had gotten in a few strikes as well. He smiled. He could now teach her the ways and learnings of the Hyuuga.
