Caine merely shrugged as both replied with a 'no' to his question and picked up his bottle to rejoin the group. Even if he didn't have much to say or anything, better than being alone over at the bar. As he returned he grabbed a chair from one of the tables he passed and swung it aorund, sitting on it backwards and leaning on the top of it with his scared arms, his tail unwrapping and swinging idly behind him.
He still didn't know the girl's name, but waited until he needed to know.

Ren flinches ever so slightly as Keno reaches up to pet her, but quickly calms, her eyes falling as she drops her straw from her lips. Though she has no personal reason to think ill of Keno, and knows that he and her mother are very close, she feels she must get to know him better. That in mind, that's what the man seems to be trying to do right this moment.
"I've wanted to meet my uncle and grandfather for some time now. Papa seems to be against it, but my mom said it would be fine if I did."
Able to hear the conversation, Wesley decides that he feels like hearing no more. He leans to his right, his shoulder touching Ren's as he turns his head, his one eye looking up at her. Looking away from Keno and down at her father, she raises her eyebrows expectantly.
"I'll be waiting outside, Ren. When you're ready to leave, come get me. All right?"
Giving him a nod, Ren smiles, lifting a hand to shift her dad's hat out of the way and planting a little kiss on his forehead. He returns the smile and stands straight, patting her lightly on her head before turning and starting on his way out. Ren bringing her attention back to Keno, Taliman motions with his left hand to Caine, folding his right behind his waist as he heads for the door.
"I'd like a word with you."
Before allowing the Saiya-jin to respond, the doors swing obediently open, and Wesley exits.

Lifting his right eyebrow slightly in curiosity, Caine's dual colored eyes followed the fox demon as he headed for the door. Shrugging slightly, Caine back hopped off of his chair, taking a light pull from his bottle as he started walking and put the chair back where it belonged. Without turning around, Caine gave a slight salute to the girl and Keno, figuring that he probably wouldn't be going back inside. Those Mooniteswere probably gone from his house by now anyways.
He was pretty sure he hadn't done anything to piss off Taliman, but one couldn't be too sure. So he followed after the Orinian, walking through the open door with another pull from his bottle of Jack.
(And, that's me and Jade being off for the night, as the laptops batteries are dying out here in Ohio. rolleyes So goodnight all.

He takes a moment as he watches the father-daughter moment, and then sees Wesley off. He seemed to want Ren to have little to do with the side of her family that was, more or less, human. Not that Tali wasn't human, but he was definitely militant, a tyrant, a ruler. He saw the world as a dot beneath his foot, or at least, that's how Keno saw him most of the time. However, from that dot emerged his woman so...maybe not.
Anyway, seeing as the lord of Orion and the Moon Monkey were going to be keeping each other company, that left him and his niece time to talk in peace. He smiled at her again, happy that she had an interest in the people her mother had to leave back on Earth. She had pride it seemed in her roots and he could not help but love that about her.
"Well I'm not too surprised your dad was against it, though I can't say why myself. I'm glad you came though. I'd have been rather upset if my little niece grew up without knowing me and I'm sure Sir Aaron feels the same. A shame he isn't here at the moment, but don't worry. You'll see him soon I'm sure." His arms reached for the counter and crossed over one another. Sitting up straight wasn't exactly comfortable, but he had to try to keep good posture for at least a little.
"Tell me though why you wanted to meet us? I can't say I'm able to offer you much more than my love to you as your uncle. Your father is in charge of an entire planet after all. Anything you want is yours for the taking there."
