Upon realizing he is being looked over by the superior curious gazes of Ren, Keno rises from his seat to approach a stool nearer to her. He has one of those smiles that adults only wear for children in their family. She's not yet old enough to cause him nothing but joy when he sees her. Quite a blessing if you asked him.

Something seems to have caught your eye young one. He wanted to speak with the girl privately it seemed. Hopefully she was familiar with telepathy and wouldn't freak out and startle her father. Tell me, how is your mother today? Why didn't she come with you guys to Orion?

He indeed was curious about this. He was already sure that it had something to do with her own personal affairs. Just because she and Tali were together didn't mean she had to come to Earth every time he did. Obviously she visited last week without him so why not the other way around?

He passed by Caine without a word. It wasn't because he was ignoring the man, but he was so intent with establishing some relationship with his niece that all else was ignored for that particular moment. If something caught his attention though, he'd rectify that.

Caine countered Ren's intense blue and green gaze with a blue and gold one of his own, quickly assessing the girl. Very much like her father. Not one to piss off. After she had dropped her gaze, Caine pulled his away, watching Taliman in silence as he waited for the Orinian to finish settling his girl down.

"Those nobles from the Moon. They've been wanting me to show their pathetic Knights how to fight, but I really don't care about them...."

He grumbled something along the lines of 'being with their Princess doesn't mean I give a damn about the rest of 'em...' under his breath.

"They figured out where my house is on Earth, so I had to run here....."

Caine looked down at the girl again, nodding slightly at her in an official greeting this time before turning and heading for the bar. Walking behind it, he quickly grabbed his usual bottle of Jack Daniels and placed it on the counter.

"Want something to drink?" He glanced back at Keno. "You want anything Keno?"

For a brief moment his glance shot over to Caine. Yup! That brought him back. With a casual smile he shook his head, rejecting the Saiya-jin's offer. He wasn't often in need of anything, and when he was, he rarely voiced it to anyone. Odd though that Caine seemed to respect him enough to offer a drink. He would think that being closer to Jade than her real brother that the two would very well not be on such friendly terms. Good to know though that the sibling rivalry didn't branch out and demand sides.

He looked back to the little one, to see her now with a cup of chocolate milk in her lap. She was a fan of certain earth drinks then. That was good to know. He wanted to pet her, but chose not to as her father too his place beside her. Then he thought 'what the hell' to himself and did so anyway.

So you're here because you wanted to visit huh? Tell me what about Club Orion intrigued you so much little one?

He had no idea what to expect from this child. He also didn't quite understand why she would want to come to a place like this. There wasn't much worth seeing unless these types of places in general were interesting to her. It was full of many comforts though and in all actuality one didn't really have to leave the place, save maybe for grocery shopping or something.

Why did she grow up so fast? His thoughts always went back to that.
