How odd that the Saiya-jin were actually cold. It hadn't occurred to Keno until just then that not everyone could resist the elements like he did, but it was so hard when most that came this way could. Whether they ignored it or not, none seemed to be bothered by it. At least they were smart enough to know there limits though. No point in getting sick to fail to prove a point.

As far as knowing their limits, Unks seemed to be on edge on account of Tali. Either Keno had forgotten just how tough the tiny fox was, or he had always just been himself and didn't care how passive or aggressive his company was. To either end, he was always entertained by the tension the ruler of Orion created. He was tempted to jokingly call out to the man, but knowing his luck he'd be heard and that might not settle well. He wanted to fight yes, but only for recreation for now. No need getting someone pissed off just to relieve a minor itch.

"The mage..." he said intriguingly as his neck craned to face towards Orion. She was always good company to keep in the past and he hadn't spoken with her much when he met her those couple of weeks ago. It might have been worth it to see her if he weren't so comfortable already. Very little was gonna get him out of that branch. Hopefully User wouldn't be around. He had developed a separate sixth sense for Keno now. He'd never have any peace so long as the princeling was looking for him.

Jade nodded at Unks, holding her waiting cup in hand. Probably when the water was ready, she'd take it up to her room, so that she could settle down and get in some warm, dry clothing and curl up for the night.

Her attention was diverted thoguh when a cloud of blue ashy smoke billowed out of the elevator, bringing with it the mage Epithany, whom she also hadn't seen in a while. The girl's hair seemed to have been changed from an emerald color, to an almost ocean blue. It even looked like water at points witht eh way the light shined on it. Curious, yet silent, Jade watched, wondering what else might happen before she goes to bed.

::Unks' ears perked up hearing the water kettle wistle to show it was ready to be poured into the cups of those waiting for a drink. He was about to go into the kitchen until he heard the elevator. He stopped for a second to see who it was only to see the blue smoke.

He laughed lightly when his wife walked through the blue smoke, her hair also blue in color which was new to him. When did she do that? He wondered to himself. With a quick shrug he went and fetched the water and a towel and poured it into Jade's cup, then his own. He laid the kettle on the towel so not to ruin the counter.

He grabbed milk, sugar, and cream so Jade could use what she wanted for her tea. He poured some milk into his mug to make his hot chocolate more creamy. He got to spoons and handed one to Jade. With a soft smile he got another cup for Pith::

"Here you go Jade, I hope it helps warm you up. Would you like anything my oh so wonderful blue wife?"

The girl nodded her thanks as Unks poured the hot water into her mug. It was piping hot, steam obviously rising fromt eh container. But it smelt good and relaxing, and just holding the mug helped warm her up a little.

She took the spoon and measured out a bit of sugar and stired it into her tea, needing nothing else for it. Smiling a little, the super Saiya-jin woman stood with her mug, deciding to go and head upstairs for the night. At first, she headed towards the elevator, but seeing as there was still blue ash spilling from it, she thought better of it.

Jade nodded a slightly greeting and goodnight to everyone, sipping lighlty at her hot tea before heading in the direction of the kitchen. On the farther side was a doorway just beyond a couch against the wall. She twisted a knob on teh wall and the steel door slid to the side into the wall, revealing the Tower's staircase beyond it. Jade stepped inside and started up the 20 flights of stairs to the top where she shared her room with Deity, the hidden door closing shut behind her.

((And....it's bedtime. Goodnight folks!! *leaps into her Lair*))

Mop and bucket in hand she blinked offhandedly at her husband.

"Haha...very funny. I was just trying a new alchemic formula I just read about in this monthly journal I subscribed to. Sadly it seems that some of the ingredients were too potent. Thus the blue smoke. "

Shrugging she smiled

"So whats going on? Did I miss something?"

Spying her reflection in the bucket before she shrieked out in Dutch staring at the odd hue her hair had taken.

"OH MY GOD I LOOK LIKE A FREAKING SMURF!!!"
