"Of course Ichi! Comeing up!"

Jade put on more water to heat, while pulling down mugs with ehr tail carefully and placing four so far on the counter. As she pulled out the tea bags, Jade turned to see Merena walk through the front doors....holding a tiny bundle. It took her only a second to realize it was a child.

"Merena!!!"

Jade's face practically glowed at the sight of her old friend with a baby, and the happiness didn't fade for once when Caine entered as well with a second one. She would have run over to them, but the water was boiling behind her. She quickly put in the tea bags and poured the water into the mugs, looking over as Samayou joined them as well. There was a sudden crowd coming out of nowhere now.

Jade held two mugs in her left hand, two carefully in her tail, and the sugar craft in her right hand, bringing all of them over to the bar. She placed two mugs in front of Keno and Ichi, and one jsut a bit further down for Deity, putting the sugar out for everyone.

Then she finally put her mug down, hopped over the bar, and rand over to Merena to greet her friend and see the babe in her arms.

"Oh nonsense," Keno chirped happily as he made his way to Caine's back. "Troublesome children are only a matter of perspective aren't they little Shaina?" He was oddly, though to him naturally, speaking in that god awful baby talk that outsiders found odd and creepy. Shaina didn't seem to mind though and for at least a little while she was distracted by the happy man with the orange kitty-cat eyes waving his finger in her face and letting her tug on it if she could catch it. He honestly wanted to hold the child, but he felt that if anyone was to hold them first, it should rightly be Jade.

He left Caine to his misery to welcome the monkey and Jedi to the little celebration. "Yeah who woulda thought you two would end up having deep conversations...albeit a bit primal still." He was still all smiles as he nodded to Valin and cast User that brief, but all too serious look of recognition that always went from him to his rival before the beginning of any interaction.

"Excellent timing as always Tama, but rather than apologize sadly, make it up to them by making the children happy. They have to get accustomed to you as well as anyone else in here right." What he wouldn't give for a battle royale right about now. Of course not with the children, but some of the most powerful warriors had just shown up. The itch was almost too much.

When he realized what was happening to Tama though, his heading turning to face him, his gaze became grim for a moment as he approached him readily. What is it?

::Having shut the door and made his way across the building, giving the couple a brief nod on the way, Deity now finds himself seated on a table chair at the kitchen counter. He's patiently waiting for Jade to get some tea ready, shrugging off the coat she lended him and letting it fall down over the back of the chair.

Within the next few minutes, Tama, Mere, Caine, User, and Valin all make their entrances. Though not to be rude, Deity produces little more than a single upward nod to all of them at once, letting his breathing settle down. He doesn't feel like getting up and walking all the way across the room anyway. It is strange, of course, seeing Caine with a child. A child that's his, anyway. He knew he and Merena were lovers, but was unaware that she was pregnant. Then again, Caine is rarely around, and Mere's present even less. Knowing her, she likely came by now on purpose, not to show herself again for quite a while. That in mind, Deity begins thinking about his brother, and his friend Satomi. Though he misses her so, her current trip through his conscious is focused on the fact that she's a mother now. More than that, Tali's a dad.

The thought alone brings a smile and a light chuckle to his lips, his head shaking as it tilts down. Not too hard to picture him as a father, the boy thinks to himself. He leans forward, resting his elbows on his knees as he again bows his head forward, the expression fading. Using his right middle finger to hold his glasses on his head, he closes his soft vermillion orbs, staying silent and to himself as he thinks. He looks up at the sound of footsteps, watching as Jade hurries off to greet her friends. He merely watches for a few seconds, turning his head away again moments later.::

He would feel the ghostly memories fade, the warmth of his daughter holding his hand fading, the gentle touch of his wife's lips no longer on his own. He would feel empty, but the animal side of him blocked it out, instinct taking over heart and feelings once more. He regained his posture, standing tall and seeming to be fine, but inside...he was falling apart at the sight of two mere happy children.

He was weary not to stray to close to the children, but he managed to address Merena as best he could.

"Congratulations on the birth of new life. May fate guide them with wings of protection and hope."

His eyes stayed locked on the little girl, only see the image of his own sweet child, he dared not think her name. It would rip his heart in half for sure. he would refuse to cause a scene over his grief os his loss, how ever unfair it was, however bitter he felt or rage inside of him built, this was about Merena and her new children, he would refuse to ruin that joy.

"Primal? Well, he is a monkey-man after all," Said Valin, a joke that never got old with User - only because he hated it so much. Nonetheless, the Jedi managed to slip away from the Saiya-jin's wrath before he even made a comeback or threat.

He then noticed Merena and Caine - and their baby. A memory popped up, from when he was in his own galaxy during the war. Kalee had mentioned wanting kids during their run through a broken, destroyed Coruscant, directly after the invasion of the city-planet. During one of the nights on the planet, she had mentioned it then... broke down, saying that she would never get that chance now, that the Yuuzhan Vong were going to catch them and kill them or they would die on Coruscant like millions others. Valin had... promised that she would live, that they would find a way off world, and survive the war. He hadn't been right - they had gotten off world as prisoners but she ultimately died after he got her off the prison ship.

He suddenly felt very cold inside, his heart felt like ice.

Tama seemed to be fine, but there was definitely a skeleton in his closet that Merena's kids were bringing out. He decided to return to the fun while keeping a loose eye on the devil. His smile returned almost immediately as he got back to the kids. He kinda wished he had his own, but that was quickly countered reality that he actually didn't. At least not yet. He and Ichigo hadn't even been together an entire year and both seemed to have things they wanted to do before thoughts of a family would surface. They had all the time in the word though. Neither was gonna be inept any time soon.

And oh boy how his face brightened as Merena offered to let him hold one of the tiny creatures. He decided to pick up Shaina, since Caine more or less seemed like he would rather not keep having parts of him tugged, no matter how cute it was. Slowly he reached his arms out to the child, smiling at Caine as though they were close friends. Sure he would still kill the guy without thinking should he ever try to so much as cripple Jade, but that didn't mean they couldn't have a decent relationship so long as that didn't happen. "May I?"

Jade grinned as she was greeted by Merena, looking down at the little boy in her friends' arms. Then she was offered one of the children to hold. Smiling brightly, Jade turned to look back at Deity, sitting at a table away from the crowd, for a moment. Then she realized that she had put his tea on the bar.

"Just a moment hun!"

The girl dashed back to the bar and picked up the still hot tea, poured the sugar into the mug for him, and walked it over to his table. As she put it down on the table in front of him, Jade leaned over and kissed him softly on the forehead.

"Sorry about that Love....I got distracted....come join us if you want...."

She smiled and kissed him again before heading back over to Merena, holding her arms out to hold Vincent.

Caine glanced over at Merena as she offered to let Keno hold one of the children. Obviously, even with the babes around, Jade still prefered to be near Merena and not him, so it was the silver-haired one that came over. He knew the ki signature was Keno's, but the person before him wasn't anywhere near the Keno he remembered.

Smirking a little, Caine decided to hand over Shaina for now, the little girl in the purple bundle waving around his ragged black bandana like a banner. Now he really had the chance to look around.

Tybron was sitting away from the rest, back in his human form. The last time he saw the Orinian, he still had red hair and has smacked him across the room in a semi-berserk state....

Then there was User, still the same as always. Caine nodded slightly to the Princeling, a smirk on his face. Somethings would never change. For now, the warrior remained silent, looking around and watching his children play with everyone.
