TeaDidikai I am officially planning on driving down and back, Madrona can fit between five and six without batting an eyelash. As such, I have no problem picking you up as long as someone comes with me to play navigator. Buggy: Yey! Hmm my parents intend to go on vacation next summer to Washington. Hope it isn't then.

The Great and Powerful Styskel... will be traveling cross country to get there. After talking to my dad tonight, it seems that it is very likely I will be in attendance. And then going right from this to Europe! Woo!

Okay.
Ignoring travel expenses for a moment, what are we looking at for projected individual costs? What rates are we getting for single and double rooms? Are meals included? How much should we bring (or set aside) for entertainment expenses?

I'm currently negotiating that...
As things stand, it's looking like about $100/room/day for lodging, including a single meal.
As far as entertainment expenses, Monterey isn't the cheapest area, but it isn't terribly bad... expect about $20.00 to get a good meal, Entertainment... Sailing is about $30/person.
Most of the other distractions I have in mind don't carry costs beyound the travel time.

Okay, so that's $100 a day, or $100 a night? Because we'll be there for five nights, I believe, and $100 is a lot of money if it's per day, since we'll be there for six days.

From what I've got so far, it's /room/night double occupancy is allowed, but should not be overly flaunted, as I'm getting party rates... standard occupancy is per person per room per night, and the management hates dealing with people who are staying at the Conference Grounds singley whining about their less favoured status. rolleyes
So, how many rooms are we looking like we'll need?

Depending on if my college roommate ends up taking to Gaia as well as Buggy did, I might bring her. But Kyraa and I wanted to room together for a long while now.
