Sessrumnir didn’t bother taking too long to look around the room, nor did he spend much time shaking his head at Metis and Fenrir’s conversation with each other. Instead he was more interested in finding the next challenge so he could move on to the next room and be one step closer to going home. He didn’t think he was needy, but he did feel more and more miserable the longer he stayed away from Caspian if he wasn’t sufficiently distracted.
It was pretty sad, because he doubted Caspian had that same problem. And he was a thirty (one) year old man who had lived an independent life until less than a year ago. And now he was stupidly head over heels for someone who was ten years his junior.
He glanced up to give the cat a once over and let out a small snort of mock amusement.
”A chest of gold. Expensive things. Nice cars. That’s what treasure means to me,” Sessrumnir responded quickly with a shrug and turned to head towards the peach door. That was easy. Everyone else was laying their heart out and saying ridiculously sappy things. Besides, it wasn’t as though anyone would ever know how he really felt, nor did he want anyone to know. That wasn’t part of the game.
So why did he feel like he was cheating?
He slowed as he passed the cat, although he didn’t look at him, instead glancing away from everyone that might be close enough to overhear, because it wasn’t any of their business. He just couldn’t quite get over the fact that he was obviously just making something up (even though he was sure he could get away with it).
”My relationship with my fiance. And my brothers,” he mumbled, stood there for just a moment longer, before making the rest of his way towards the door.

Super Sailor Oberon / Blue > Forest > Orange > Silver > Peach / With Oort and Skadi
The room was nice, from what he could tell from not really looking at it. Instead he was trying not to be too obvious as he watched Skadi, thinking she was super cute walking around without her fancy shoes on. But then again, he was a dude, and he thought a lot of girls were cute. But there was nothing wrong with that, right?
He didn’t look towards the voice asking them about treasure. In fact, if he was asked later, he probably couldn’t even tell anyone it was actually a cat talking. Instead, he grinned at Skadi, and Oort by extension as he answered.
”Hanging out with friends is treasure enough for me,” he answered, wondering if he was just being a little too much with everything. Probably. It wasn’t as tough he tried flirting very often. And yeah, he could admit that was what he was trying to do. Just a little. At first Skadi didn’t seem too receptive to it, but then she whispered that she was glad to have met him too, so he figured why not?
“Right, Oort?” he asked and reached out an arm to throw over his friend’s shoulders, even though he was still grinning in Skadi’s direction.
He tried not to look up when he saw Sessrumnir stop and mentioned how his relationship with his brothers and fiance was what he considered treasure, although Oberon grimaced and let out a frustrated sigh.
“That old guy is my brother,” he said, nodding in Sessrumnir’s direction, finally answering Skadi’s original question about who the knight was. “He’s not a creep. He’s just…” There wasn’t any way Oberon could think of to describe him, so he just lifted his hand and waved it in a dismissive sort of way.
“I’m gonna head towards the same door he’s going to, okay? You don’t have to come with me if you’d rather not,” Oberon said as he pulled his arm away from Oort. As much as he would like to hang out with him and Skadi until the end, he realized they might not want to head in the same direction he was going.

"It's been fun" Oort said, agreeing quietly withOberon'sstatement and whilst he didn't grin like the older boy, he did give a small nod.
He found himself glancing over in the direction of the older guy from before (Sessrumnir) after Oberon pointed out that he was his brother and a part of him couldn't help but wonder if that was why he was doing the fuss thing about the running in the super long room.
"Peach's fine with me" he said as Oberon mentioned that he was going to head that way with a small smile, glancing towardsSkadito see if she was going to decide to go for the same door too.
He glanced back towards the star cat - maybe he'd mention him to Tomlin when he saw the ginger star cat next and see if he knew him.

Valhalla of Jupiter / Pink > Peru > Green > Gold > Peach / Talking to Emrys and Themi
The gold room was quite elegant, and Valhalla smiled as he looked around, taking in the sight of the books and chandelier and everything that seemed to dazzle and shine. And then his eyes fell on the rather nervous looking young man standing in front of them, and his smile faded.
He looked familiar, but also not familiar, as though there was a piece of the puzzle missing. His heart ached as he listened to the young man read off the page, but tried to put a smile back on his face for him. This Neptune knight named Emrys seemed so uncomfortable that it was almost cruel to stick him in front of a crowd like this.
And then Valhalla overheard a woman mention something about his ‘brother’.
“Celsus is your brother?” he guessed, staring at the man with the red hair and the freckles and wondering if that could possibly be it. The same brother Celsus had been so worried about a year ago, kidnapped by the Negaverse and…
And Valhalla suddenly realized Celsus had spoken very little about what happened after that. But if this was his brother, then that would make sense for Emrys to be there.
“You’re doing great, just breathe,” Valhalla tried to encourage with a smile, keeping his voice down so as not to draw even more attention to the man in blues and aquas. There were others who had offered quiet words of encouragement as well, so Valhalla made sure to take a few steps back so as to give Emrys some room.
”I would like the power to heal. Wounds, heartache, broken trust, confidence. Whatever I can do to help someone,” he said quietly, feeling a little silly for it because it was a lot to ask for. Of course, this was all hypothetical, and as much as he would like the power to heal, including the power to heal wounded starseeds, it was just a dream.
He turned to smile at Themiscyra, waiting to hear her response, before glancing towards the doors. "I think I'll try the peach door. You can come with me if you'd like, but I won't be upset if you go through the other. I'll just see you at the end."

Sailor Skadi // Blue > Forest > Orange > Silver > ??? // with Oberon & Oort, unsure where to goooooo~
Skadi wandered on into the Silver room, which was right up her alley. Everything was shiny and spacey and absolutely perfect. If her eyes could sparkle anime-style, they would right at that exact moment. She was pulled out of the magical moment by a talking cat asking about treasure- and of course everyone was saying super mushy things.
But even so, Skadi couldn't help but grin right back at Oberon, because something about his ridiculous cheesiness and over-the-top flirting (which to be honest Skadi was pretty oblivious to) was somehow charming.
"I consider photographs treasure," she thought about it and nodded as if she needed to reassure herself of her own answer. "They're forever and can capture anything, and any moment."
She glanced back over at the old dude from earlier and actually took a good look at him- now that Oberon had mentioned it, they definitely looked related. "It's okay, I have an older brother too. I get it," she couldn't help but laugh. She probably would've said Brodie was weird and creepy too if he had been a Senshi (which he was) and following her around (which he did).
At the mention of going separate ways, Skadi's heart sank. But she didn't wanna be the weird needy girl that had to follow him around everywhere... So did she go through the raspberry door on her own, or the peach door with the boys she'd spent her entire adventure with? She chewed her bottom lip for a moment as she considered her options.
The knight was so clearly nervous and uneasy about standing in front of the group that Themiscyra winced and immediately felt the need to escort the guy on out of there. But others--who actually knew him--stepped forward, and she was relieved by it.
Hearing what the Eternal and Valhalla said, she lifted a brow, confused why Celsus would leave his own brother in such a clearly uncomfortable situation. Frowning a bit, she listened to the powers people spoke of wishing they had, trying to consider for herself what... her own vote would even be.
Valhalla's got a small smile from her, wistful and wishing, for the moment, that he could just spontaneously gain such an ability. The guy was a bleeding heart, and she would gripe about it forever but adore him for it nonetheless.
"I guess, I wish I could act as an invincible shield for others. I don't really care if I get hurt, so long as the people I'm trying to protect aren't impacted or hurt in the process."
Leaving the matter at that, she looked between the two doors and grinned to Valhalla with a shrug, stepping towards the peach door. "Might as well follow you. Why not?"
She knew she'd screwed up, but it didn't matter. What lay in front of her was cake and even though there was carrot inside of it, the sweetness flushed down nicely with a tall glass of milk. Awaiting the others, she found a corner to lounge in, plate in one hand while the milk jostled against the arm she'd attempted to cradle it in. The fork was poised in her other hand, busily digging away at the creamy, potentially healthy?? cake.

Metis | Silver > Raspberry | Chilling with Fenrir?
Metis gave a small, helpless shrug. "I've no idea. I mean... there are some plants? But everything feels so... empty. Just cold stone buildings, and remnants of whatever life used to be there. I... do need to talk to others who have spent more time with their worlds, perhaps they've experienced this, too?" Certainly, the more time she could spend with her world, the more answers she could yet uncover but... it wasn't exactly the easiest time spent up there.
It just... She felt so alone there.
"You have time to learn, I promise. It doesn't always seem that way, but you'll find your path. I mean... well, I suppose I'm no expert, I'm still searching for my own way in things," she amended with a bit of a laugh, hoping to keep the mood light. "But I've learned more than I thought possible through it all."
Hearing Fenrir's concerns about bothering Sessrumnir, and about being unsure on what she would encounter on her world, Metis went silent for a moment, mulling over words in her head. "Everyone starts somewhere. Even Sessrumnir did," she said with a grin. Not that she was familiar with him when he started off as a Page, but since she'd yet to hear of someone just... awakening as a full-fledged Knight right out of the gate... "Going to your world for the first time... I won't lie to you, it can be very intense. I had rather... strange visions--memories, I later learned--and it was... it was hard to go back. It can be very scary. But others have had much more pleasant times, and I have come to love the moments of seeing... whatever it is my world wishes to show me. I can go with you when you go, if you'd like? Or I can go with you another time, after you first visit."
It wasn't like she could offer to screen the memories for her, explore her world first, so the information was given and the offers made on the best she could think of for alternatives.
When they entered the next room, Metis lifted a brow to energy of a guardian, amused but intrigued. It'd been some time since she'd spent time with a guardian. His question though... hm... treasure? Others gave their answers, and she knew she would be repeating someone's idea or concept but...
"When I hear 'treasure,' I think of that old... saying? Poem? I'm not sure it's origin, but, Today is a gift, that's why we call it the present. We have no promise tomorrow will come, and we cannot return to the past. Each moment we have is a treasure we must cherish and protect."
She didn't know the colors of the doors, but as she stepped towards one (the raspberry door), she pointed towards it and looked Fenrir with a smile. "I believe Sessrumnir went through the other door, but I'll be going through this one. You can join me if you wish, otherwise we can speak more after?"
Megumi's mouth opened into an "o" of awe and delight when she entered the gold room. A ballroom, straight out of a fairy tale! All shiny wood floor and giant windows and a big, sparking chandelier. She twirled around, starting to imagine herself dancing in it, but then she noticed the nervous-looking guy standing by a bookshelf. People were gathering around him, so she went to listen to what he had to say.
Then she had to consider his request. She knew she had some kind of magic, like all senshi did, but she hadn't found out what it was yet. But anyway, he wanted to know what magic she wished she had, not what she really had. Since she hadn't seen many of examples of magic, her mind went to things like fairy tales, magic tricks and the Harry Potter books. She didn't want to make potions, or turn stuff into other stuff, or make things disappear. Flying would be cool, but she could jump so high now that she could practically fly already, so there had to be a better idea.Then her face lit up as she hit on an idea.
"Oh, I know! If I could have any magical power, I'd want to grant wishes! And not just three wishes, like a genie from a story. Lots of wishes! I bet I could make a lot of people happy that way," she said to the nervous knight.
Then she went to find her friend Lepus. "Hey Lepus! What door are you thinking of picking this time?"

Sailor Fenrir | Blue > Magenta > Orange > Silver > Firebrick | Hangin' with Metis
She was quieter then was typical as she slowly processed everything that Metis was saying. It was... sort of nice to know that she wasn't the only one that had felt fears or thought certain things. But at the same time, it only made her more hesitant. Especially where battles and factions were concerned. None of which were things she really should be focusing on while on this little venture!
"Time. That seems to be a word that keeps haunting me as of lately." She said with a small smile to Metis. "But I know what you say is true. And I do believe it." Still, it sucked.
Hearing about Metis' first trip to her homeworld was both reassuring and unnerving. So, it would be a little frightening? And... memories? That was something she wasn't sure how to take. Would they be good? Bad? Both? "Those visions... memories, you say? Were they helpful in any way?" Fenrir asked curiously, taking note of the cat again. And what Metis had offered. She'd... be willing to visit her homeworld with her? That was most definitely something worth considering.
It was much more difficult then it should have been to process what was being asked of them but the talking cat. But thankfully, she managed to do so and frowned slightly at his question.
"Treasure? To me, that word means something more precious and priceless then there are any real labels to place on it. Like the love I have for my brother. Or the friendships I've gained."
Glancing towards the doorway that Metis indicated, Fenrir felt herself torn. She felt sort of obligated to follow after Sessrumnir... but she also felt the same for Metis. "Ah..." Which to choose!
"I think I'd really enjoy having you visit my homeworld with me. Though... I feel that my first trip might be better done alone..." Especially since she had no idea what to really expect. Except possible visions. And freaking out. Then again, it might also be nice having someone else there with her. She also hoped Sessrumnir would understand the nature of needing to have 'Girl Talk'. So, Fenrir kept pace with Metis and headed through the firebrick door.

Whatever, it totally wasn't being a stage 5 clinger (as her brother would say) if you were just friends hanging out in space 'n' what-not. With a shrug of her shoulders, Skadi decided that since they started this together, they should finish it together.
Like the three muskateers or something!
"Wait up!," she called after the boys and ran to catch up to them. "If I won this thing without you guys I'd feel bad about ditchin' ya," she said with a grin as she sauntered up and fell into pace with them. "Plus, we said we'd go together and you've been good luck so far."

Alphubel felt better. At least she wasn’t blaming him for picking the wrong room. It was sad that they couldn’t see more of the wonder due to his bad luck, but she seemed to forgive him for it. “Yeah… it was during the Christmas season. It was these new scientifically engineered poinsettias that suddenly attacked everyone. Luckily though I wasn’t hurt that badly, but with the bat incident I landed in the hospital for a bit.” Even if he had been awakened at that point, he still wouldn’t have been able to power up in such a crowded place.
He shook his head a little. “Unfortunately no. I’ve heard that you can find the ring at one’s Wonder, however I haven’t been there yet.” He had been too nervous to go yet. He wasn’t sure if he wanted to go by himself until he knew what the heck it was. He gladly took the pen and paper however, along with the information she had already given him. He put the latter in his pocket and put his regular email address on there and his powered name too. He looked a bit sheepish as he handed them back. “It’s not much, but I’ll try and get a new email address for this side as soon as possible! It seems to be a good idea. And once I get my signet ring, I’ll contact you through that too!”
He was glad he had finally gotten to know someone else to exchange some information with. He had already talked to a few senshi and a few knights, but he had mostly just gotten names and… that was it. No way to contact them later, until he got his ring at least. But for now Altair was the only one he could really contact again soon. “Thanks so much! Glad we got to talking to each other.” And he was, it was more fun to do something like this maze with someone else, even if he felt like he was holding her back a little since she definitely seemed to want to talk to some of the others.
Aquila found the silver room to be all sleek with dark curtains. She was raring to get to whatever challenge they had this time and started looking around for a note, but instead she found a cat. One of the talking cats, and a sleek one that kind of matched the room. She eyed him as he hopped up on a chair and delivered the challenge.
Treasure, huh? Well, pirates and treasure chests came to mind, especially considering the cat's eye patch. (Or was it a bandanna? It was a bit hard to tell.) But it sounded like everyone was thinking past the general gold and gems idea. So she considered some more. Treasure...would be whatever means the most to you, wouldn't it? She wasn't inclined to go with the cliched answer of "my family." Instead she was thinking more of the times when she was clinging to the top branches of a tree, with the wind in her hair and the whole world spread out before her. She wouldn't say "freedom" would fit that, though it was close. It was more just climbing and enjoying the view.
"Well, I guess that treasure is doing whatever you like most," she finally said. "And doing it well," she added, as her competitive streak reminded her of not only being good at climbing, but joining archery contests.
With her answer given, she considered the doors. Dark pink and light pink this time? Or at least, dark pink-red and light pink-peach. She shrugged and headed for the Peach door.

The Grape door and the Raspberry door both lead to the same room: a long, rectangular place that's oddly decorated with one wall in red-pink and another in a medium purple. It feels like it should contrast, but the muted shelving and the simple decorations make it work somehow.
There are no other adjoining doors. Wendell and Emrys have both followed through, with Emrys holding onto the hem of Corvus's back bow as though clinging to a lifeline.
Wendell leaps up onto a low bookshelves, beaming at everyone.
"Sorry, folks!" he says brightly. "This is the end for you. But there are treats, should you want them!"
He gestures with a sleek brown paw to the table in the middle, which houses a vast selection of cookies, along with a jug of milk, some juice, and a bag of Hershey's Kisses.
OOC: Unfortunately this is a dead end! : ( But Celsus wishes for everyone to stick around, because even those who do not make it to the end will receive prizes! So please stay tuned and keep an eye out for the ending!

The Peach Room is a very small, quiet room. Everything is soft and lovely, quiet and gentle, with only a single bookshelf beside a single window that allows magical sunlight to stream through, basking the room in a golden, peachy glow. A comfortable looking armchair sits beside the bookshelf, along with a little side table and a silken throw blanket.
There is once again no note. Celsus himself stands between the two doors that lead out, hands tucked against the small of his back, his expression one of glowing pride as he surveys all who are left.
"Congratulations on nearly making it to the end!" he says brightly. "This your last choice, so make it wisely."
Celsus takes a small breath.
"Years from now, when you look back at yourself, what do you want to be remembered for?"
OOC: IN ORDER TO MAKE A CHOICE YOU MUST ALL FIRST ANSWER CELSUS'S QUESTION! He is asking your character seriously, so please answer him seriously!
Valhalla looked around in surprise as he stepped through to the Peach Room, because not only did he see Celsus, but Sessrumnir and Oberon were there as well. They’d made it all the way until their paths crossed again. It was just a matter of luck, Valhalla knew. Picking one door over the other based on color preference, but it was always good to be able to see his family, even though they had their own set of struggles.
And as Celsus asked his question, Valhalla had to wonder if they would soon be looking back and remembering him. He still knew so little about what was going on with his starseed, and yet being in this place, at Celsus’s wonder - it was enough to settle his otherwise troubled heart. At least for a little while.
He smiled and nodded in greeting to the other three who had come in from the other rooms with him and Themiscyra, senshi he didn’t know but he was still glad to see, just as he was glad to see anyone regardless of the room they might have been in.
“Did you really leave your brother to fend for himself in that last room?” Valhalla asked Celsus, a smile still there even if it was a bit exasperated. “He did a good job playing his part. Just so you know,” he offered, knowing that any bit of encouragement should help, but also because he really did do a good job. He was lucky with the group they had in that room, because some senshi and knights weren’t as easy to get along with as others.
Then he turned, and before he could think better of it, Valhalla stepped forward towards his brothers, reaching out to place one arm around Oberon’s shoulders, and the other around Sessrumnir’s back, pulling them both close so he could hug them.
“I’m sorry. I keep making up excuses to not be around,” he quietly told them, his head lowered somewhat in shame, but he kept his arms around them, gripping his fingers into the fabric of their clothing to keep them from pulling away too easily, knowing they were probably both uncomfortable with the sudden contact.
“You both mean so much to me, and I’m truly thankful I can share - all of this with you,” he said, looking from one brother to the other, his golden eyes swirling with emotion that he tried holding back. “I want to stay with you both. With the rest of our family and friends. I want to see you married,” he paused, looking at Sessrumnir with a brighter smile, “And our kids growing up together. And I want to see you finish college,” he said looking down at Oberon, who was only somewhat shorter than he and Sessrumnir by now, “And get however many PhDs you can manage before you’re bored of them. I’m not giving up on - everything going on with me and my starseed. I’ll fix it. I’ll find a way. Whatever it takes,” he promised.
Slowly he released his hold on his brothers and turned to smile at Celsus and gave him a small nod.
“I want to be remembered for never giving up. No matter what happens, I will always look for a way. I won’t give up on what’s going on with myself and my starseed. I won’t give up on working towards peace and balance between all of us. I won’t give up living my life as I want to live it. That’s what I’d like to be remembered for.”
He knew his time was running out as energy continued to leak from his starseed, but he was going to do his damnedest to try and stop it. One way or another, he would find a way to stop it and live a full, long life with his family and friends.
