"Shouldn't that be my line? I'm the one who left remember?" His voice was a bit different now. It was still indifferent and casual, but there was a hint of deviance to it now. A sense of mischief had invaded his sound as he sat there, his right eye unable to look at either of them unless he turned his head, which his body was too lazy to do at the moment.
"So how exactly have things been going? I trust Deity isn't the only one coming to terms with his demons..." This was perhaps a bit too harsh and abrupt, but beating around the bush sometimes had the nasty side effect of never getting to the point. He didn't want to waste time.

Blinking dumbly at Keno she smiled waving at the warrior.
"Hey Keno, long time no see. Nah, I don't think so that was just one of those spur of the moment things."
Taking another drink from her glass she reached blindly for her glasses knocking them roughly onto the floor.
"Heh, should have worn contacts tonight."
Blinking at Keno's comment about inner demons she smirked.
"Some are more inward than others. Dark Unks is still out there somewhere. Though he's been fairly quiet since we last dealt with him.
"Whats going on with you Keno?"

"I've come upon a few new affairs that need to be taken care of. Apparently being gone for long, whatever the reason, has had quite the impact on my responsibilities here. As I tie one loose end, another seems to unravel before me. It's been keeping me rather busy seeing that everything is in order, I've yet to catch up with affairs here or satisfy the eager ears that have been burning since my return."
That was a bit more than he intended to say. He thought he could perhaps have used less words, but it couldn't be helped now.
"I do have a better story to tell, but I fear Jade would be rather upset with me if I didn't tell her first."

Squinting at the man she nodded though not quite understanding what he was going on about.
"Well regardless its good to have you back. The Orion is not the same without having you around."
Taking another drink she smiled.
"So have you seen Ichi yet? Or is she one of the loose ends you came back for?"
Wondering if she was being too forward she began to laugh a little sheepishly.
"Errr don't mind me.."

He merely chuckled at Epithany's inquiry. Partially because she asked, but moreso because she seemed to feel so socially awkward about it. In his own mind, such things among friends could be talked about with taste, so there was no reason to be so dodgy about the subject. However, that didn't change the answer he had.
"Unfortunately, I've not been able to successfully run into her yet. I intended to see her upon my homecoming, but it appears my timing was off. Sooner or later though I'll see her. I won't be busy forever."
He grew deathly silent after that as his head seemed to bob a bit to a mysterious beat in his head. He wasn't all that educated with modern music, but he knew a handful of nice melodies that he would humor himself with while sitting alone in a tree somewhere. Before long though his body simply faded like a memory, an illusion, a ghost of a person that one desperately wanted to talk to, only to find that their mind wasn't strong enough to maintain the image. He had probably fallen asleep, though he showed no symptoms of drowsiness that entire time.
