Tariel let out a breathe. "Yes, I can't help but have a feeling that it isn't actually that simple. Though their tests aren't allowed to be life threatening, it doesn't mean that they'll be easy for either side. Mental and emotional states are just as important as physical." He turned to the Demon kings. "I like you two. But I know that won't matter when it comes to your laws. So, let me verify something, if the these will be emotional or mental tests of some sort, they aren't allowed to leave our fae in a state where they'll never be the same afterward." He looked them in the eyes. "If they are changed for the worse, and not in a way to benefit the relationship they are fighting for then it isn't allowed to happen."

He knew as a Fae general, that he was being out of line speaking like this, when it was a king or queens job, but Amiera had a lot to think about now, this being something that concerned her family members. "My dear," he said taking her hand gently, "I don't mean to rush things along, but I think we should get going and let the others in on the situation. She may approve now, but being the high queen she could change her mind at any time so the sooner we get started the better or this may not happen at all." he smiled at the demons "And gentlemen I would like to congratulate you on being allowed to accept three of us into your clan."

Tariel could feel nervousness coming off of Amiera. He knew what she was thinking, and he knew he would only be helpful if he listened when she talked and not when he talked and tried to give advice. He could see it in her eyes she was concerned with the exact same things as he was, but she had the hard job of dealing with it because she was their queen. Fae Royals needed caps or everything would be a power struggle. Mikal was terrifying even before he became Dark King, now the thought of him being completely free of any limitation on his power, that made Tariel shiver.

He looked at Toma and Raiden. They seemed to notice something wasn't right with Amiera too, but he was sure they didn't know exactly why she seemed off. He tugged her hand gently and started to lead her and the others from the room with the high queen. Once the door was closed he sighed in relief, it was enough pressure being the mate of the summer queen and having her power pressure on him, but with the high queen and Amiera it was hard to breathe. He lead them back to the dining hall where the rest of the guests were still waiting.

Torra and Mikal had moved to a love seat and were sitting shoulder to shoulder, holding hands and laughing. It was good to see him laugh, this demon girl would be good for him. Terra was standing near Jesse, it looked like they were making awkward small talk. Her cheeks a light shade of pink. Remonee had moved to the window again and was drawing snowflakes. They were beautiful for being so tiny. Though being the winter queen, he would except nothing short of perfect snowflakes.

He cleared his throat, everyone looked up at them, waiting.

Torra squeezed Mikals hand. "Don't worry. My father and uncle are tough, you won't kill them. It's nearly impossible. And I'm not worried about you going too far. You're strong enough to keep control of yourself." She smiled such a loving smile at him it made her face hurt. She didn't care though. She was happy and they were going to stay that way, whether or not the tests went according to plan or not. If she had to hide the relationship to be with him she would. Though she really hoped she wouldn't.

She had been to these tests, she knew the laws of her people. She didn't like either, and now she was the reason for one. It made her feel terrible that her friends had to do this. "Honestly, I don't see why this even has to happen. But I can't change it."

"We can't undo angel magic, you know that. You need your sisters. So quit doing what ever it is you're doing to uncle and call them here." Torra scolded her father.

Terra closed her eyes, *Chaliste we need you to help us contact Rava and Ambrosia. It's concerning the seals they helped place on uncle.* Chalistes soft voice spoke to her mind, "I will try dear one, but they are high up angels and are often difficult to contact. Give me an hour to a day to try. I can't do better than that on such short notice."

"I asked my mentor angel to contact our aunts, unfortunatly she said she would need an hour at the least and a day at the most. So what do we do until she gets back to us?"

The news took Tariel by surprise, "Who is this mentor? And how does she have contact with angels?"

Terra looked at him, "She is Chaliste, my mentor angel. Surely a fae of your rank should know about the angel to demon and demon to angel mentors? But regardless, she said she needs time. So we don't really have any other choice but to wait."

He scoled himself. He did know that. He had made a fool of himself for asking such questions. He looked at Amiera, "My love, I think that means we could have our wedding now." He smiled, "It's as good of time as any. You need my summer to help yours come through fully, and if we are to have these tests I believe it would help you a great deal keeping them all in line if we were married before it happens." he looked sad "I would like to not have to rush, but it'll benefit you if we do it now."

Terra began to pace. She hated waiting for such important news. She had only ever spoken to her aunts one time in her life. The awful day they took her mother.

*Child.*
She looked around. Chaliste stood in the corner behind her. "What are you doing here?! You're supposed to be helping us get word to my aunts." She whispered.
*Terra. I don't come to bring good news.*
"Then why are you here?"
*Child, your aunts have gotten back to me faster than I would have ever imagined. They will be here in the morning. At five am. They are not happy. And they aren't at all excited to see their brothers.*
"But they're coming, so that is good news. And they'll be here a lot sooner than we thought so we won't have to wait, that is also good news. What is the issue?"
*They have decided that they don't want to completely release Toma from his binds. He would be uncontrollable, which is why they bound him in the first place. Your father is the same way. Though he isn't as hard to control as Toma he is still a terrifying thing to let loose.*
"But the deal was everyone would be at their very strongest and no serious harm is allowed to become of either side."
*My dear, though you got permission from the high queen of the fae, she has no control over what angels of such high rank do with their demon counterparts. It's completely different laws and dictates for our sides than it is theirs. She can give the go ahead for her fae, but again she can't give any commands on our turf. So to speak.*
Terra felt her face whiten, "What are we supposed to do then? Just wait until morning? I guess we have no choice but to go with what they have decided. Thank you for your help Chaliste."
With that she was gone. She turned back to her friends and family. "Well, it looks as though I have some news."

Torra looked at her sister, she seemed shocked and worried. "I'll be right back." she kissed Mikals cheek and went to Terra. "What?"

Terra raised her gaze to meet her sisters eyes. "We got our answer way faster than expected. We've only been standing here what, like fifteen minutes? Rava and Ambrosia are coming in the morning. But Chaliste said they're going to do this their way. We don't have much choice."

"We have to find a happy medium, Fae have strict laws just like everyone else. They're being kind by letting us follow ours! How can they be so high and mighty?!"
She hadn't meant to shout but she did and now everyone was looking at her. She cleared her throat and composed herself. "Looks like we have family coming in the morning."
