Hey T. If I were to assume you'll be making your character on DQ9 a paladin or gladiator, I'd be correct, yes?
Whatever can use those Hammer-like weapons.

Whatever can use those Hammer-like weapons.
Those are the only 2 classes that can, but you have to unlock either.
Paladins can use healing spells, and Gladiators have brute strength.

Ok so I'm doing a Lulu-only playthrough on FFX. I just got 2 Black Magic Spheres, and I want to use them to get Drain and Osmose because Ethers are hard to come by. Would you guys consider it cheating if I moved Wakka to those abilities and unlocked them so she can use the Spheres to learn them?
I mean technically the only rule is I'm not allowed to use anyone else in battle, but I haven't been upgrading them so far.

I'd say kill off three people if you're doing Carl (just in case you hit an autokill event), and don't starve people off at all if you're doing anyone else. Especially Louie; I got several possible autokill events with him. @Montiqueue: Start with no food and max bullets. Take both shortcuts. Don't shoot elk at all or you'll lose.

I killed off 2 people for Carl and got 4 potential autokill events. xd Good thing 3/4 of the time they were vegetarians.
EDIT: @Tota: Use the red or blue ship. Don't take the desert shortcut - instead take the forest and fill your ship before Carl eats all your bullets. Then set the pace to Fast and coast off your stocked-up food through the volcano. You should have 10-15 bullets and 700+ food by the time you get to the second crossroads.
