Sirea Angelie Will a peanut butter bacon milkshake cheer you up? xd *not sure if awesome or also terrifying* I think awesome wins out in this case, indeed. Anyway, I won't be needing any cheering up on the needles front for a while, it seems, but it sounds like the dreaded wisdom-teeth bit is coming up. It was inevitable, really. Crazy-Franky101 Omfg why would I shoot you I love it XD *poses like Batman* "I'm Franky... Your worst logic-defying nightmare." I'm not even sure how one would pose like Batman without an ominous cape... Perhaps kneel on a gargoyle?

Whoa, now it's a party. Hiyooo! Sirea Angelie Wisdom teeth bit? You getting your wisdom teeth removed or something? Possibly. Please tell me that they can use anesthetic gas and not injections. On the bright side, I just went in for a job interview at a Goodwill store. Here's hoping I get that second interview... I must construct additional monies.

Here's hoping I get that second interview... I must construct additional monies. When I went to have mine removed, they used the gas on me. I was about konked out by the time the doctor came in. It feel like nothing happened at all. After they were done, they woke me up and helped me get to my grandad's truck. The pain didn't start kicking in until hours later, and I've been in bed for about 3 days. I would have some home-made milkshakes too. xd Luckily throughout the whole thing, I had spring break so I didn't have to worry about missing classes and such. And that was my senior year of high school.

Wow, I've been seeing that a handful of people are getting their wisdom teeth removed lately. O:
Mine was pretty awful. I could only get my anesthetic by injection and mine were so stuck in there that the dentist needed to use a LOT of force to yank it out. As in, one hand keeping my head pressed against the headrest, the other using...whatever that pliers-like instrument is called. Man was my jaw sore from having to keep it wide open for quite a while. And then my gums had to be stitched up a bit!
Well, on the bright side, the pain after the anesthetic wore off wasn't too bad. Just a very sore-itchy feeling. But I guess that's also because I also took pain meds and copious amounts of ice cream to help me along.
...That said, I hope my story doesn't scare you, Evil. lol

After the doctor told me to make a fist, I konk'd out. xd Though during my recovery days, I didn't really eat any soup. I mostly had home-made milkshakes, and at one point I had German pancakes. I was also mostly in bed, though on and off with getting up and going back to sleep.

I would kind of rate that as just as worse, but then again you were conked out. lol I've been hooked up to an IV once, and I hope to never experience it again. It's just...the feeling of a needle stuck in for a long period of time, and that pull in your skin you feel whenever you move your hand. Augh.
Strange...the anesthetic I had didn't even make me that tired. I only napped a few hours after I had the operation, then I was back up to snuff. To be honest I wish I got the kind that'd make me high as a kite, if only to see what kind of ridiculous I'd produce. For example... rofl
German...pancakes? I'm curious. I gotta look that up.

Though if anything, I didn't get that feeling even after the anesthetic wore off. rofl If I remembered right, they were still inside the gums so they had to cut it open to get them. I've once had braces during my middle school years, and I definitely don't want to experience it again....especially that bar they put on me. xp I was so happy when I got them off during my freshman year of high school. Oh wow, that is pretty funny. xd When I was a kid, they had to knock me out in order for them to take my glass eye out to clean it or whatever they were gonna do with it. I wouldn't let anyone take it out until this one time where my grandma tricked me. I ended up spending a day in school (sixth grade) with my right eye covered while the glass eye was being cleaned. xd Though everybody was all like 'What in the world happened to you?' I also had an appointment with the eye doctor that day too so he was the one who put my eye back in. Since then, he was the only one I would allow to take it out....as long as he numb me so I wouldn't feel the eye being taken out. I don't like that feeling. I don't even let myself take it out mostly due to not liking to see my socket. The only downside was that he didn't have the equipment to polish my glass eye so it wasn't until a couple years ago I had to go to this glasses place. Not only do they polish lenses, but they could polish my eye there. German pancakes....My grandad once found a recipe for it and decided to give it a try. From the way he made them, they look kinda like crepes though not exactly. We also put powered sugar on them, yet we do use syrup on them like any other pancake. xd My cousin loved it so much that every time he came over to spend the night, he'd want German pancakes for breakfast.

...That said, I hope my story doesn't scare you, Evil. lol My case doesn't seem to be too bad from what I've heard, so it hopefully won't require that much force. Having no gas would be just my (medical) luck, though. I swear, I'm going to get one of those diabeetus-esque things that requires daily self-stabbing (be honest! Injections mean getting stabbed!)... Ice cream? That's an idea. Perhaps with the additional soothing quality of mint...Also, that twitter bit was hilarious. Sirea Angelie When I went to have mine removed, they used the gas on me. And that was my senior year of high school. Okay, that sounds slightly more tolerable. Anyway, it's not scheduled. Just a recommendation by ze dentiste. It's a good thing that you didn't abandon your milkshakes. Sirea Angelie I've been hooked up to an IV once, and I hope to never experience it again. It's just...the feeling of a needle stuck in for a long period of time, and that pull in your skin you feel whenever you move your hand. Augh. eek *gets in needle-free bunker*I bet just looking at it is bad enough.

I had to get mine removed cuz they would've messed up my teeth from the direction they were growing at. And I sure didn't want to go through having braces again. xp
