It was nice to know that there were other knights of Cosmos around. It made for four of them just up here in this crazy little maze. Irkalla wondered if Erytheria had seen Hvermelgir and the other knight earlier before the first choice of doors had been made. Giving herself a mental shrug the page looked over to Corvus and Aegir and gave each of the senshi a friendly smile. As Aegir began speaking of meeting Cosmos Irkalla tried to hide the brief shiver that wracked her body. She had met the senshi that she served but it was not in the best situation.
Her gaze went to the floor before she tried to inject a bit of forced cheerfulness into her voice. "I have met Cosmos before. Although it was a very hectic time for her and for the others so I didn't really have a chance to really talk with her."
Thinking about that rushed meeting and introduction wasn't pleasant as it was the time when her sovereign had nearly killed herself rescuing those that had gone into the Rift.

She nodded her head absently, looking out the windows again. It really was kind of cool, she would admit. She had to wonder how it was accomplished. "I'd love to know how Celsus managed that."
Fenrir considered what Metis said. "Actually, I think it would be pretty cool. It's just... hard to grasp at the same time, y'know?" And okay she definitely gave Metis points there. They were proof of life existing outside Earth. And, okay. It would be so freaking cool for werewolves and other creatures to exist. How many times had she wished there was a way to discover Middle Earth?!
She sighed at herself, shaking her head with a smile. "Maybe trying to understand spheres is a bit more complicated then I gave it credit for." Fenrir laughed a little. "Baby steps. That's where I should concentrate." Like learning more about herself and where she came from, perhaps?

"We might be able to ask later? My world... seems nothing like this. This place actually feels alive... I'm curious why that is, and why my world... doesn't." She frowned a bit, but pushed the growing self-concious unease and silent question of did I do something wrong? away for the time being.
Metis lifted a hand to Fenrir's shoulder, giving a small squeeze of encouragement--and slightly amused to feel a fur-like texture under her gloves. "It is a lot to take in. I've been doing this for... goodness, seven years? Eight years towards mid-October." She suddenly felt a bit old for saying that, but shook her head with a laugh. "Most of it still baffled me in many ways, and it seems like there's always something new to learn."
Well, no one could say it wasn't interesting to be among the soldiers of this war... perhaps that was the one bonus to being a senshi or knight?
"I hardly know everything, but if you ever have questions, or just want to talk to someone, I'd be happy to talk whenever. But certainly, starting with small bites will very much help when it comes to tackling... all of this," she finished with a general wave to the countless worlds beyond the windows.
She hated when she got sort of preachy but at the same time, she hoped something she said could be of help. Even if she just prattled on, if even a word or two helped out, it was better than nothing right?

When they entered the bright orange room, Skadi nearly had to squint against the color and the sun shining through the giant windows. When she finally read the note and listened to the boys talk about running and choosing a door, she sighed. And she sighed loudly and heavily and dramatically.
Figuring out boys was hard when you were 16 --
But running in heels that looked like they were made of ice and would shatter at any moment was even harder. The sooner they got started, the sooner it would be over-with.
Shrugging her shoulders, she looked at the two boys and then at the two doors at the other end of the room.
"Both doors look good to me, they match my outfit either way!" She laughed and mentally hyped herself up for the run. "Better keep up, you two," she yelled over her shoulder before running as best as she could in her dumb shoes.

Unfortunately for Skadi, she lost momentum rather quickly even if she had been off to a great start originally. Deciding that this would be way easier without heels on (and that the boys both had a huge advantage over her), she took her shoes off because yolo or whatever.

By the time she reached the end of the long dumb bright orange room, Skadi was out of breath and her braid was all out of place and that was super embarrassing but at least she made it and she would never run again in the history of ever.
With a huff she blew a few stray strands of hair away from over her eyes and put her shoes back on. She put hair hands on her hips and looked between the two doors while she waited for the slowpokes to catch up.
"Take a risk and try silver, or go with blue like we started with?"

Morgan had to keep herself from laughing outright at Caia's mishaps. She bit her lower lip, wincing and cringing a bit as the poor guy ran into bookcases and toppled books. Sure she might have had an edge with her flexibility but wow. Poor guy. Shitty luck was... really shitty.
"Take your time," she called, keeping her voice light. "No rush!" There really wasn't one, so far as she could tell. But she kinda was tempted to go back and drag him along with her to make sure he landed where he should to get through. She was definitely thinking she'd be giving him some lessons in balance and stuff...
When he got through the room, she cheered, clapping and giving him a quick half-hug again. "Jeeze, was starting to wonder if I'd have to go get ya," she teased, before snorting at his question. "Kinda. Burlesque dancer. Flexibility kinda comes with the gig." Or well. Her rendition. Everyone was different.
"Might have to teach you some stuff to limber up a little."

Chibi Super Sailor Oort - With Skadi and Oberon - in the room beyond the orange door - suggesting the silver door.
"Either door is fine with me" Oort admitted in answer toSkadi'squestion as he caught up to her.
He pointed towards the silver door, shrugging slim shoulders slightly as he added "But that one looks a little closer to where we are."
Not that he was necessarily saying pick silver.
"I'm okay with blue if you guys want to stick with blue and go through that one though" he continued as he pointed towards the second of the two doors.
Oberon lifted a hand and waved Sessrumnir off, turning back to Skadi and Oort with a grin. “We should totally run -- Hey!” he called after Skadi as she took off in her heels. Alright. More power to her.
Oort was off to a good start as well, so all Oberon had to do was trot behind the both of them.
“Silver sounds good to me,” he said with a shrug.

Sessrumnir took it slow, walking silently along with Metis and Fenrir. It wa a long room, after all. Vaguely he wondered what Caspian was doing and if he was going to be upset that he missed this. Sessrumnir decided he would just lie and say it was a waste of time, even though he was enjoying himself somewhat.
See? A little jog and they were able to get to the other side in no time.
“Coming, old man?” he cupped his hands over his mouth to call to his brother, showing him a thumbs up because he was clearly just taking his sweet time. “You’re not getting any younger you know.”

The Gold Room is perhaps one of Celsus's most elegant rooms. It is essentially a ballroom, the floor a glossy hardwood that shines and glows under the rays of the magical sunlight streaming through floor to ceiling windows. A crystal chandelier hangs from the ceiling, sending sparkling, dazzling patterns onto the walls and floor, reflecting everywhere.
The twin brother of Celsus looks unbelievably nervous as he stands beside the two doors at the other end of the room, his expression one of almost terror as he resides everyone in front of him. He holds his staff in one white gloved hand, and a piece of paper in the other.
As one approaches him, Emrys clears his throat and reads aloud in a soft, accented voice that sounds almost exactly like Celsus, except perhaps an octave or two higher:
"In order t-to pass t-through the n-next door, please c-consult my b-brother upon m-matters of magic."
He fumbles the paper, hastily grabs it again, and, blushing furiously, drags it to his freckled face.
"If y-you would b-be so kind as to t-tell Emrys your ideal s-sort of m-magic, then you m-may pass."
Emrys clears his throat again.
"U-um, so, just - just t-tell me...what sort of m-magical p-power you wish you had," he stammers, clutching his staff protectively in front of him.

Senshi Caliban Royal Blue Door Caliban just nodded to her in agreement and followed her through the door. However, it seemed that they were now at the end, as there were no other doors to go through. He was slightly disappointed, but this was practically a maze after all, it should be expected that there were dead ends.
He looked at the table with the cake on it and mentally passed. He liked cake, but after all of this exercising he wanted something more green. He would probably go and get some sort of salad or something after they were back on Earth. But for now they could at least continue to converse. "Unfortunately that was the wrong door. But oh well, the journey here was interesting." There were once again more books in this room. Caliban looked at all of them. "I wonder if there is a theme to these rooms. I mean do the books fit the room's theme, are they in numerical or alphabetical order? Or is it just an order only Celsus understands?" He said, wondering to himself though accidentally catching himself laugh a bit at the last question.
He turned back to Dallol. "Well, now that we're here, you want to see if there's something up with all of these books?"
