@Golden & Shayera: DENIED. This isn't because anything about these in particular were bad, but a few pages back (tops three I think), I distinctly stated that I was tired of seeing weapons that basically take every element and give it an effect outside of just normal jutsu. I have 2-3 of these weapons floating around as is, and I don't want anymore than that. Having too many weapons with basically the same effects would be VERY annoying for everyone. Sorry guys, and sorry I took so long just to deny your applications. Feel free to apply again though.

I just figured that as long as I was making a custom weapon, I might as well have it do something special. If I take that part out, will it be okay?

Who owns the weapon: Zaiaku Orochi
Where it was found/Who made it: you can choose one or the other, you can use both if you want) It was found in the ruins of one of the lost temples scattered throughout the Land of Earth. It was said to be made by clan elders who held the Crystal Release Kekki Genkai for purposes of unique swordplay.
The Range of the weapon: short version's blade is about 2 1/2ft long, handle 1ft. Long version's blade is about 4ft long, handle 1ft. (gues standard size of a short katana and a long katana)
Weakness: Being the blades made of crystal, the same rules apply for them as well. Should they be struck by someone stronger then the user several times the blades will eventually shatter. They can be rebuilt but the process takes about 6 posts total, and C rank chakra for each post so the blades can be fully restored.
Description:
Shishou comes in two different versions. A short and a long one. The short version is for quick, reflexive strikes against a non-armed target while the longer version is for sword fighting. Both blades have the same capabilities, only its easier to use it with the shorter version. The blades are made of crystal, particularly ruby due to diamonds' rarity. Being the second hardest material, it is harder to break then the average crystal release clans member though not impossible. The handle has several special seals on it which allows the user to do a few things.
Only one sword can be held at a time, not both of these. While weilding this sword, the user can now utalize crystal release techniques with only one hand, but only crystal release. Also, should the user apply D ranked chakra, they can charge the blade with an element. Zaiaku's elements are Doton, Raiton, and Fuuton.
Doton
If doton is applied, the blade is more stronger then before, and weighs alittle more then previous. Also, thin crystal spikes grow on the flate side of the blade giving it a shredding effect. Can be held for five posts before each post drains E rank chakra from the user.
Raiton
If raiton is applied, the blade becomes eletrically charged. Becoming sharper and having eletrical properties, this can have a sawing effect, similar to how Killer Bee's sword charged with eletricity "sawed" through Zabuza's sword. Can be held for five posts before each post drains E rank chakra from the user.
Fuuton
If fuuton is applied, the blade is surrounded by galing winds. This increases the blade's cutting effects and increases the speed. Even if the blade barely misses, the wind around it will still cut. Can be held for five posts before each post drains E rank chakra from the user.
Rp Sample:
The lone figure merely stood there, his long black hair swaying in the wind as he looked upon his opponent. His opponent held in one hand a short sword. His body build was decent, not too much on swords since his stance was improper and he held the blade wrong. None the less, the pale-skinned man reached behind his back, long fingers wrapping around the hilt as the short version of Suishou was drawn, the blade scattering purplish light beautifully as the sunlight struck the crystal blade.
Holding the blade in his right hand, Orochi watched the man run at him, sword held high as he was charging. Weaving single handed handsigns Zaiaku slammed his hand onto the ground, crystal spikes ripping the ground before him towards the man to impale him. As expected, the swordsman leaped over the crystal, bringing the sword down with all his might. Eletrical sparks was heard as eletricity was dancing along Suishou, transfering through the sword that was blocked by Zaiaku and eletricuted the man, his muscles spazzing not enabling him to release the sword. Being quick Orochi balanced himself on one foot as his other leg extended delivering a quick blow to the man's gut, making him fall back into the crystal spikes killing him. Zaiaku watched the blood run over the purple colored crystals as his blade stopped chirping from the raiton chakra. A wonderful sound of blade meeting its sheath was heard as Zaiaku returned the sword to its carrier and proceeded down the road.

@Shayera: APPROVED! I'd use my approval banner, but I'm honestly too tired.
@Shurikan: DENIED. This isn't because it isn't a good concept, because quite frankly I think more people should use the crystal release and in interesting ways. It's because the weapon contradicts itself. It says that the sword can only use crystal releases. However, you go back and say that not only can you charge it with an element that isn't even part of the two that make up the crystal release, but you can even use both elements that create the crystal release in separate manners. I've grown a short tolerance for weapons that let anyone use multiple elements separately to create a desired effect, even if they are just powering up the kekkei genkai in question. Which brings me to another point: The crystal release does not need to be powered up by any means. So, unless this weapon truly and ONLY uses crystal release techniques, and you can even create a crystal release specific to the weapon itself, I'll have to pass on this. Sorry for being such a hardass about it Shurikan. By the way.....WHERE THE HELL HAVE YOU BEEN!?

Ah, I can do that. If it helps I'll make an exclusive technique for it. Gotta hand it to bleach for the one in mind, but I totally understand my good friend.
XD I've been everywhere honestly. I decided to come back here, so any recommendations for the weapon??? Just take out the elemental power-ups? throw in some crystal release skills only for the sword?

The sword has a unique trait though, it would seem that whenever it cuts something it'll morph and crystalize the molecules of the cut object, in short, crystals will grow where the cut was apply. If the slice is made on the ground or other objects (inorganic) the crystals will grow up to 4ft tall. If the damage was made on a human, the crystals will stand 6inches tall. Also, very slowly, the body will begin to crystalize. Depending on where the cut is made, it'll slowly render the body useless until 100% crystalization is complete. Every post will make the body 10% closer to full crystalization. Once a limb is fully crystalized, it'll be rendered useless completely. The only way to reverse the process is by having a medical shinobi heal it, though a certain number of post will be needed. A genin/chunin will need to be healing the target a total of 10 posts constantly to cure the target, 5 posts if jonin or higher. During the healing process, the crystalization rate slows down and slowly reverses. For every post a genin/chunin heals, 10% of the body is restored, 20% if jonin and higher. However, if interrupted the healing process will have to start all over again, the crystls continuing its growth. If the crystalization process reaches 100% the host dies without any chance of healing. If the cut is made on the head/neck, the target will only have a total of 5 posts to get medical help before their head is crystalized and the living functions cease. (meaning each of your posts will count)). However, if the target was impaled, say the heart, they'll still die like they would if stabbed by any other sword, only the body will crystalize at a faster rate.

((I changed the description, so its alittle more unique. If you ever watched the lost empire of atlantas or w/e the disney movie was called, and that one guy who was cut by the crystal glass how his body crystalized? Thats what this does kinda. I figured with an effect like this, the sword shouldn't have any techniques unless tis ok . And also multiple stabs do not stack, to prevent op ya know?))

Who owns the Weapon: Hatsuharu Cambrien
Who made it: Hatsuharu's Father
Range: 4ft Blade
Weakness: Can only use the blade for 5 posts before the user needs to drink from a water source. To activate the blade, it must come in contact with any bit of water.
Description: This blade was made to respond to blood of anyone with Suigetsu's Bloodline. Until it comes in contact with water and is manipulated by someone with Suigetsu's Bloodline, it is just a sword hilt. (CAN ONLY BE USED IF YOU HAVE SUIGETSU'S BLOODLINE) When activated, it sprouts a 4ft blade of water that instantly will harden as if it froze into a blade of ice, but is still water (It is as durable as ice basically). This quality gives the blade the ability to reform itself if broken if water manipulation is used. It also has better cutting power than most steel blades. To be able to use this cutting power, the water of the blade spins at a VERY rapid rate and rips through many materials. If it comes into contact with a steel blade and grinds against a single point long enough, Brotherhood can probably grind through it. Most would think that this blade has no special ability beside being made of water, but they'd be wrong. It has one other ability called Extension Blade. For the Chakra Cost of a D-Rank Jutsu, the blade can extend to 8ft for up to 10 posts. This technique isn't best to use at a constant rate to to the fact that it'd be hard to swing. When using this technique, it is best to do a quick lunge with the blade. Also, when activating the blade, it can be activated at any time in Mist Village or Rain Village or wherever there is a lot of mist around. If hit by a fire jutsu of C or B-Rank, then the blade will shrink to 2ft long. If hit by a fire jutsu of A or S rank, it will become useless for 10 posts. If hit by a lightning jutsu, the shock will instantly be redirected to the user.
Rp Sample
Hatsuharu was in a heated battle with his enemy in the Mist Village Outskirts. As Hatsuharu pulled out nothing but a hilt, the enemy laughed. Suddenly, a blade of pure water sprouted out and Hatsuharu charged and swung the blade at the enemy. The enemy then pulled out a blade of his own and blocked the strike. Each fighter held their blade viscously up against the other's. They began to grind together and Hatsuharu's Brotherhood began to tear through the metal of the enemy's blade. "WHAT THE!?" he yelled as his blade was ripped in half and the Brotherhood came across and slashed his chest. Hatsuharu then quickly lunged, but the enemy jumped a few inches back and avoided it. Hatsuharu focused a bit of Chakra into blade and suddenly, it extended to twice its length and shot right through the enemy's abdomen, killing him.
[I can make it better, but that was all I had time to make before fixing up whatever may need fixing up. I'm on a tight schedule today.]

Because it is made of water, could another ninja using a water manipulation technique take control of the blade. Also your description mentions it high cutting/grinding ability, does this mean the water is constantly moving at high speeds?
How durable is the blade? As hard as ice? How well would it compete with a Fire Jutsu or Lightning jutsu? Can the blade be manipulated into other forms?

I will make the following edits:
Only those with the Water Manipulation Abilities of Suigetsu's Bloodline can control the blade.
High Cutting/Grinding power is cause by water that is moving at an incredible speed as if it were a chainsaw.
This blade is made only of water, but it is very dense and compact. It is like hitting a block of ice. But the fact that it is still water allows it to reform if broken.
Against a Fire Jutsu, this blade is completely unaffected, but a Lightning Jutsu will use this as a powerful conductor and link the shock to the user. (That's a MAJOR weakness.)
It cannot change forms YET. That will be an upgrade I make later on when I'm a higher rank.

I think a chakra cost should be implimented if it is reformed or mabye a jutsu that makes it either malleable or durable.
Also I think higher ranked Fire jutsu should AT LEAST make the blade smaller or at little weaker. I mean A-S ranked fire jutsu are pretty powerful, not including the shockwave that accompanies most of them.

Okay, well let's not worry about malleability. I don't need that yet and I think it may OP for an ALMOST Genin to use so9mething with that level of power. For Fire Jutsu, C or B-Rank would decrease the speed the the water moves and cause it to shrink by half it's length. A or S-Rank will cause it to be useless for 10 posts.
