Kara looked at Core. Laughing. "Maybe. Its up to you. I really don't need the money. Not really." Kara told Core. She looked down at the two deer she drained. Not a mark on them. "Maybe mine are better. Nothing wrong with the corpse. But then again I don't know these things." She told Core.

Core pursed her lips as she thought about how much one would pay for deer hide . It wouldn`t be worth the search of finding a buying . " Lets leave it here , as a gift to mother nature , " she decided aloud , letting go of the game to stand up , smiling .
" Where to ? " asked Core , swiftly approaching Kara , wiping the blood off her mouth and onto her hand .

"Yeah, I've been in a situation like this before but I feel I can probably be successful this time. I have an idea." Desik tapped his chin. "I'll keep you updated and let you know when I'll need you. Also, if you could find me a human, that would be great. I gotta go but we'll be in touch." Desik strolled away, making his way down the paths in the direction of home.

The sound of metal against flesh and bone sounded throughout the south end of the park. It was originating from the cover of a few trees, where three dark shadowy figures were. One was slumped against the base of a tree, it's head placed rather sloppily in it's left hand. Blood oozed from it's open neck, it's body sliced up and blown to shreds. The other was agaisnt a tree standing up. Well, rather, it was being held up by a knife that was stabbed through it's neck. It's hands lay limply at its sides, shuddering now and then due to the impact of the third shadow. The third figure was covered in a little blood, but very little his own. He was chopping away at the head of the pinned down body, slicing through flesh and bone, ripping through it with much aggression. The third figure, eyes and face covered by abyss black hair, moved like slightly worn silk while winding back for another swing.
.....
This proceeded for at least another four minutes. Finally satisfied that the damned vamps were dead, Kashkin grinned, a sadisticly happy and twisted smile. He had caught one of these vampires off guard and slaughtered him, filling him full of lead, while narrowly dodging the other's embrace. He had gotton slugged in the face, but retaliated with a nice two bullets to the knee-caps. From there, it was re-load, shoot, repeat, then kill. Easy enough. The night was young.
The reason he was out was due to the fact he heard his commander, the Mon' Capitan, was out herself, ready and willing to kill. So why not go join the fun? It was a little walk, but he could make it to Las' Noches. After tonight, bloodlust was filling his veins, and he knew that it was time to bring down more of the accursed souls that were moving about.
"What a night.... Rouge, are you watching? I killed one of yours. He had used shadows to rip some poor soul to pieces, sneaking around like a thug.... I blew him up from behind..... I'm curious..... How strong are you? Let's see what kind of honor you have...."
He licked his lips, finally deciding to have one of his much-awaited battles. He was completely suited up, ready to fight, ready to kill. He started treking towards Las' Noches, the most popular club in town....

From the darkness came a sound that, oddly, a dentist would know all too well. It was the sound of a tooth being pulled from a mouth, more specifically a canine. This was before Kashkin started to leave.
It was tradition for him to rip a vampire's tooth out of it's mouth after he killed it, a keepsake and killcount as to how many he has killed. It was close to becomming an unreal number, for as he wiped his bloody hands on the few non-bloody spots of the recently slaughtered undead, he took out his neclace, which was almost completely full now. It was in his pocket, strewn about with different length and colored canines, all belonging to the supernatural. They were all vampire teeth, and with the knowledge that there was a single tooth added per kill, there were a total of eighty-two teeth there. Kashkin had killed legitimately eighty-eight vampires, but it was after the initial few that he began this hobby.
Upon stringing on the two new teeth, he began walking towards the lamp post, stretching and checking the arsenal he had equipped at the moment. He had actually brought his bag along, which was full of fun tools and explosives. He had come in heavy tonight for he was going to try something he had never done before. A test run of a true battle.
He wanted a duel with Rouge.
With that single thought in mind, he began gearing up on his walk towards Las' Noches.

He entered the Park and began walking around. He was so new to the area but he could still tell friend from foe. After he was changed his whole life had been about nothing but vampires. The urge to spread his undead race was all he thought about. Anyone could tell he was a vampire just by the way he looked and his style, except Humans that did not know about the races. As he completely entered the Park he crossed the paths of a few that he knew were not vampire by their scent. Being cautious he continued forward, although ready for a fight or for a retreat.

As soon as he figured the coast was clear he left the park and headed towards the vast city.

[[I suppose this would be a comeback post after a few months away.]]
Elyan found himself gazing into the stars that particular night. This particular night happened to be just perfect for such an occasion; there were few clouds to obscure his unnaturally perfect vision nor were there many planes flying between cities. This particular trip was the third he had made this week. Each time, he had gone to feed but he couldn't bring himself to do it. His vampiric nature was ripping at his throat, trying to force him to do what he must to survive, like a starving man eying an unattended hotdog stand.
Elyan had not been the same since he re-encountered Ellie and subsequently, drank her entire being. He cursed himself, that he wasn't strong enough to fight against her command, but sires tend to be able to control those whom they have turned. He knew he was angry at himself, but he wasn't sad. Rather, some part of him felt relief, knowing that she was forever a part of him and that no one could take her from him ever again.
"I need to stop acting like such a child and straighten myself out," Elyan said to himself. "After all, an eternity of misery and sadness would be rather dull. Well, at least I get the chance to view such a beautiful night's sky..."

It had been some time since Travis had shown his face, he had been off the thoughts and minds of others for months now. It was by choice that tonight he would appear again under the stars of central park, he missed his late night walks so very much. His disappearances were not only for clearing his mind but avoiding the ever changing drama throughout the city. It was a time for change, the only thing that made him feel alive, metaphorically. His appearance changed too, it was easier for him to reappear looking different and "starting over". His hair was shorter and he wore clothes that looked as if he was a new orleans witch doctor, dressy clothes with a mask over his eyes, skulls and hints of gold. His clothes provoked peoples attention and interest but also provided the dark mysterious thoughts and speculations. He walked by a vampire, like himself, one who struggled with reality...
"I wish you werent the only one thinking like that...truth be told that there are a lot of other......creatures of the night..that should be straightening themselves out." Travis stopped behind the vampire who gazed at the stars...
"The worries of vampires are entertaining, no? We worry about our thirst and hunger, yet we dont seek alternatives. You killed one you loved, but she doesnt hold it against you and thats why you feel relief, yet you still think of it and curse it. Shes the reason that it happened, she accepts and takes responsibility for the consequences of her actions. Its no curse, its something we learn to adapt to, we can alter it." Travis smirked at the thoughts racing around the vampires head and walked up behind him, placing a hand on his shoulder.
"Your driving yourself mad over thirst, we are already dead, we need no nutrients to keep us alive. We just need a minimal amount of blood to sustain us. I see your struggling so iv stopped to tell you that you dont have to struggle with it. Im just like you, because we are the kind of vampires that we are we can feed off more than just blood...we can survive better than others...you dont have to suffer." Travis turned and continued walking...

"You're an awfully colourful individual," Elyan commented aloud, turning his attention to the other vampire. It was rather careless to let his surface thoughts be so easy to read. Then again, it really didn't matter... not to anyone else at least. Elyan lifted himself off of the park bench which he had been situated on for quite some time and began to follow the other vampire.
"Although, it is nice to see that someone has a rather positive outlook on things," he continued. Elyan began to focus on communicating telepathically, as humans were getting close and information concerning vampires had the potential to fall upon the ears of a hunter.
"So, what's your story? From what I can gather, you seem to at least know of some other unnatural creatures which exist in this city."

Travis smirked and continued his walk, slowing his pace so the vampire could catch up...
"I dont consider it positive outlook, just alternative ways of thinking...you see every creature has a specific mind set, it seems humans are the only ones who have more than one mind set. Granted there are.....exceptions.. to every species, such as you and I. We are ones that think outside of the species box. You have given into the thirst, but with that you now resist the thirst. Every vampire gives into the thirst, it becomes an everyday habit to feed. We are dead, no need for habitual feeding..." Travis paused as they walked by a human couple...
"Did you feel that?" Travis asked the vampire with a smirk when they were past the couple...
"We are unlike any other type of vampire...we are different. With that being said we have abilities that others do not. We feed on blood to sustain ourselves, but we only need a little. We have alternatives, we can sustain ourselves off of energies of others. We walked by a couple, they were in love, a strong emotion thus resulting in strong energy. In just walking by them i can take their energy to sustain myself, only enough so that they dont notice. I dont drain them til they are sad and depressed, i drain them because they have surplus energy... in that, i have sustained myself to a point where i really dont need blood." Travis smiled at the vampire talking to him telepathically...
"I understand your worries, but we can speak vocally, the way society is...people tend to not think too much of this talk...to them its..."outcast talk" or something for attention. Its the one downfall of the human race, the human mind....ignorance and naivety. As for hunters, they need to think before they attack something like a vampire, in thinking they give us the advantage to read everything before it happens thus making it impossible to kill us...nothing to worry about." Travis chuckled...
"As for my story, id have to talk more, im sure my talking so much is a bit much....i must admit its been a long time since ive talked this much, but the other unnatural creatures that lurk these streets are none out of the ordinary.....you know, the typical demons and lycans." Travis chuckled again...

"I must say, your theories are interesting. Brilliant, even. Although, I doubt I could go too much longer without feeding on blood, a substantial amount at that. I, unfortunately, have not had much exposure with other vampires, so I do not know if the amount of blood needed varies by vampire."
This unfortunately is the result of how Elyan was raised. The only vampire he had ever truly been exposed to was Ellie, who was now a part of him. Since effectively drinking from her, it is as if she one with him. He couldn't quite describe the feeling, but it must be related to his powers. After all, his vampiric nature used to manifest itself in the form of his childhood self, although vampiric.
"Regardless, I feel you have a rather interesting view on things. If you'd be willing to allow me to accompany you, I'd be most grateful. I haven't had much direction lately, so I guess this would be a great way to begin."

"You may indeed accompany me, although I must warn you ahead of time that I have not much more direction than you do. I havent been one to have company, im more of a wandering loner you might say..." Travis chuckled.

"I can relate. But, I could potentially learn a lot from someone such as yourself, so I figure that it is worth the risk. So, were you headed to any particular place or were you merely wandering?"

Travis smirked and never slowed his stride...
"It is both of us that will learn alot, as knowledgeable as i may be im always seeking to learn more, this experience will prove to be a learning experience. As for where im going, I told you I have not much direction...i just...go. I wander and find adventure or ways to get involved with other people or happenings... of course this can also lead to trouble, just so your aware." Travis chuckled as they continued to walk in the shadows of the trees in central park.
