Kara heard the sound of fighting and slowly woke up. When she woke up she pounced on the vampire in the tree knocking her out. She then ran at the other vampire attacking her leader. *STOP HURTING HIM YOU STUPID BLOODSUCKER!!!* She screamed while she roared.
Kenile saw that the vamp was faster. He sighed. He hated using his full speed cause sometimes its hard to control. He did it anyway. He got faster. He ended up clawing the vamp badly on her back. Out of the corner of his eye he saw Hazel and Shade appear along with a few other members of the gang. *You might as well stop this fight vampire. We out-number you.* He told the vampire.
Kile looked around him. Including Kara there was ten of them against just him, Core and Sarah. "Core..... maybe you should stop. After all there is ten of them and only two of us since Sarah's out cold." He said carefully not wanting to anger her.

" NO ! " shouted Core , she screamed at the top of her lungs , which caused the gang members to cover their ears . Sadly , this included Kara , and Kile as well . While everyone was distracted , Core punched Kenile right in the face , knocking him out . She picked up Kara , who had shifted back to human form . Kile , who eyes were wide with pain , looked at her . She motioned for him to pick up Sarah and follow . He did so , and they were back into the City within a minute .

When the vamp screamed she covered her ears. Then for some reason the vampire picked her up. While the vamp was running she struggled to get away from her. "LET ME GO!!!!!!" She screamed at the top of her lungs.
Kile did as Core told him to. He grabbed Sarah and ran.
When Kenile recovered from the punch he got up. "Go after them. Get Kara back. She seems to have forgotten them and i want to keep it that way. We need her back." He told his gang when he went back to human form. They quickly scattered and ran after the vamps and Kara.

Armand walked on his way and was gone as soon as he had came, but if there was any recollection of who Armand used to be in Cossettes eyes, she would know he was back, no matter how long it took to click.

((Sorry it took so long! Got busy with work.))

There was just the slightest hint of a disappointed grimace marring her face when the other vampire opened his mouth to speak. English, just her luck, but a pig or not, She'd continue to play sweet until she had better reason not too. Cosette was in a pleasant mood this evening, no reason to let a measly little English mess that up now. Cosette could easily hear when the device was finally shut off, even without the buds in her ears. She began clapping in applause, the only show of thanks his man would receive from the blond.

“I probably would have thrown in a lake and found a new one.” By 'finding' one, She meant scouting out another college kid that was too ensnared by the tunes to notice anything other than the beat pounding in his ears. Earlier, Cosette had simply walked up to a girl, snapped her poor neck in one swift thrust of her small hands and snatched up the tiny music box all for herself. Plus, it was blue, her favorite color.

Cosette reached out to retrieve the small device and stuff it safe and tidy in the back pocket of her bleach white jeans. She'd opened her mouth to say more on the topic and brag about the kill, but then something distracted her. A passing scent carried by the breeze. She didn't need to look to know just who it belong too. Oh, Armand. She smiled sheepishly, recalling the past events surrounding that Spaniard. He'd been marked for death by her and her previous toy. Too bad the plans had frayed, It would have been fun.

“So, Have nothing better to do but idle yourself away in a park bench, hm? That's not very exciting. You don't make a very good predator.” She muttered, returning her focus to the vampire before her. She waved her small hand, motioning for him to get to get up and do something. One couldn't very well sit there all night, how boring would that be.

Aleister gave her a lackluster look, things becoming very clear. Cosette hadn't been frightened by the glimpse of his teeth, or hadn't noticed it at least. But when she opened her mouth; displaying her small, sharp fangs; the Death Dealer nodded to himself in understanding. This girl was also a Vampire, probably the first he had encounter while in New York City. Aleister couldn't really remember right now. Though, chances were, Cosette was his first encounter with a vampire in the City, or for that matter in a great while.

He flashed his teeth courteously in a smile, ignoring the connotations in having to find a new Ipod. He didn't care for the sneaky suggestions of violence in the sentences of others of his species. Though, Aleister was the military type and either spoke freely or didn't speak at all. He kept it at the back of his mind and shrugged his shoulders at Cosette's last topic of interest.

"I've had my fill tonight," The vampire responded pleased, patting his belly as if bloated from an over-abundance of nourishment. Despite this, Aleister stood up from his seat and offered his hand, "I apologize for not introducing myself sooner, Miss. My name is Aleister Gravelines."

When Aleister insisted he'd had his full for the evening, Cosette offered him a questioning look. Really? How could anyone have enough of anything. She looked him over, baby blue eyes flicking from head to toe in one sweeping glance. He could use a little bit more personality, that's for one thing. He reminded her of those lovely doberman guard dogs that were so terribly drab and lived only to serve and fight.
Cosette visibly hesitated when Aleister offered his hand. Unaccustomed to such a gesture because other were often much too 'dirty' for touching, but contrary to most other she'd encountered in this horrible city, he was clean and tidy. Maybe even a little old fashion like herself. When she couldn't come up with a better excuse not to touch him, She finally just shrugged in defeat.

“Lovely to meet you Aleister. I am Cosette.” She introduced with a pearly white smile lighting up her round face. She extended her small hand and tentatively clasped her fingers around his. “I do believe you are one of the very few that hasn't out right attempted to shut me up or put a bullet in my poor head within the first five minutes of meeting them. It's a bit relaxing, you know.”

Apparently, Cosette had never heard of the term overfishing. The humans do run out and when they do the vampires will surely follow suit. It was the duty of Vampires around the world to protect the food supply; because although the humans were all stupid and filthy (for the most part) they were all the night walkers had for nourishment. Once again, as expected, Alesiter had kept the sentiment to himself, taking that lady's hand instead. The ex Lt. Commander of the Royal Navy bent over, placing a soft kiss on her tiny fist, effortlessly reeling back as customary before he seemed like he was just slobbering on Cosette's hand. Though, uncomfortable in a position like Cosette's, it definitely was not overbearing or exaggerated when performed by Aleister. It was respectful and considered a lady's personal space. The vampire had about two life times worth of practice for that.

He faced her once more, promptly removing her from his grasp. He didn't enjoy performing the formality, being much more accustomed to the battlefield than dinner parties, but made it a point to do what's customary of him. Especially in a time such as this when all sorts of traditions (that actually happened to be good) were being thrown down the toilet. "The pleasure is mine, Cosette," Aleister began with a polite nod and grin before adding, "I'm glad that you're refreshed. Those who are too quick to draw the blade are those who do not truly understand and appreciate the damage they rot." It was evident that if Aleister was anything, it was surely purpose driven.

"But as you were saying, where did you want to usher me too?"

Cosette didn't need to murderer and destroy to have fun. After all, She'd had the best of fun just tormenting acquaintances, inspiriting riots and toying with human hunters. It was much more thrilling for her to permanently damage instead of destroying. Leave her mark, that's all she ever really wanted to do.
When Alesiter bowed to plant that lovely tiny peck on her head, Cosette paused with the slightest little tilt of her head like a curious kitten. It wasn't a gesture that men of this century could pull off without flaw. Most merely managed to appear looking like fumbling idiots in a poor attempt at mimicking century old traditions. But Alesiter? He was as well practiced at it as she'd once been after endless hours of needlework.
“What year are you from?” She prompted, interrupting his previous question. Sure, it wasn't a very polite question, but when was she ever really concerned with being proper unless she was trying to charm? Plus, it seemed any attempts to enchant Alesiter were completely lost on the wind. While it disappointed her just the slightest, it also meant she didn't need to extend any effort with this man. He was simple.
“Never mind where I would go. Don't you do anything for fun? Or are you just like a drab doberman that lays around?”

Aleister felt Cosette's curiosity quite quickly, either through the clues in her features, or through the empathetic link he unknowingly created with everyone with his latent psychic powers. The Death Dealer couldn't be considered a vampire of the psychic variety, his mental powers only so faint that it could only be sensed by those potent. Cosette would feel the faint thrum but she was probably used to that by now; especially when the individual's power was no where near hers with no possibility of improvement. None of that was neither here nor there as Cosette interrupted him and asked a question of her own. He was right. She was curious.

"I was born months before the death of King George IV." If Cosette had been taught any semblance of history during her days; she would know that he could have either been born on 1929 or in 1930 which was the year of the King's death. He didn't mention his later career in the Royal Navy, for obvious reasons from his past. As a deserter, Aleister wasn't allowed the luxury of boasting his credentials. Though, what was obvious to Cosette was simple, Aleister had lived through the Victorian Era.

"Fun?" Aleister looked baffled by the question. His hobbies were rather short these days, if you can even call killing Lycans and Tainted hobbies. He remembered fond memories of sailing, playing chess, drinking in taverns and gambling. But the need to do any of those were long gone. The vampire looked around, slightly nervous, not entirely knowing what he should say. He took his seat again. "No and I guess I am like a Doberman.." He changed the subject, "Cosette? Are you thirsty?"

Ceon stumbled into the park, fists clenched tight as he tried to keep himself controlled. He came up to a thick tree and grabbed the sides tight. Ceon drew his head back and slammed it into the tree, leaving an imprint of his face halfway into the tree, and massive claw marks on the sides where his hands were. Dropping to the ground, Ceon merely gazed at the moist dirt underneath him. "What do I do now that I have nobody?"
PostPosted: Tue Sep 22, 2009 9:38 pm

The ground next to Ceon darkened, until it looked as though a black liquid glossy material manifested there, until it quickly turned into the dark, 6'8" tall form of Veroen. Veroen stood up straight, after he had been solidified.

"So, Ceon. You have returned." Veroen spoke with a hint of distaste in his mouth. So many times he had stuck up for Ceon, so many times he had tried to save him from Alasdair, and so many times had he refrained from killing him through the scope of his .50 Caliber Long Range Sniper Rifle.

Veroen's minion had been watching Ceon and Edith, and reporting the information to Veroen through a small two way radio in Veroen's ear.

Veroen began to walk slowly around Ceon, with his hands behind his back, showing a remarkable amount of restraint.

"I know what you just said to Edith, Ceon. And I am displeased with your actions. To think that I tried to help you so many times. Only for you to come back, and try to take back the girl that is now mine."

He shook his head, anger slightly growing.

To Ceon, Veroen would have looked very different. His once empty eyesocket was now occupied by a Void eye, conjured by the Void. one of many abilities Veroen had learned since he had become a Void Master. His hair was white, and was long enough to touch his mid back, and was tied into a single ponytail.

Veroen's body was also covered in intricate designs from becoming one with the Void.

He glanced at Ceon again, wondering what he would say to this.

Ceon looked up at Veroen, the fresh blood that seeped from the cut in his forehead retreating back into his head as the wound healed over. "Get over it, she's still yours...you won her over fair and square. But if you so much as make one of my kids cry, I will hunt you down and rip your throat out. They're the only hope I have left." Ceon didn't need to recognize Veroen from his sight, but knew his scent quite well, seeing that Eden stunk with that scent.
PostPosted: Tue Sep 22, 2009 9:55 pm

Veroen made no expression at Ceon's threat. In fact, he did not even look at him. Instead he just silently kept walking around Ceon, in a slow pace as his back was straight.

"Save your empty threats. The sole reason I did not kill you when I had the chance, was so that Edith's children would have their blood father."

He was not the slightest intimidated by Ceon. He knew the way Ceon fought well. Reckless, and too straightforward. He had seen the mutt fight many times, and had not forgotten.

Ceon chuckled, "Kill me? You underestimate lycans, Veroen. I have have been mauled, beaten, and stabbed by every race on this damned peace of dirt we call Earth, yet I am still here. I have been impaled by Daiguren, a being whose power you will never surpass, and I yet I still sit here today, the very spot where I was impaled. But nevertheless, I don't look to fight you, Veroen. I just want to have a life here in New York again."
