Core watched him intently , her mouth in a hard line of concentration . She wiped away her tear in a matter of milliseconds , with Sarah better now . She was looking at him intently , wondering if he was truly telling the truth . The not attacking a Lycan part was believable , but she wasn`t so sure about the group thing . Anyone cunning enough could take half of them out easily . She lifted her hand slowly and rested it on her shoulder , so that her sword was in easier reach if he decided to attack .

Kara shook her fur once before going back to human form. She looked over at Kile. "I think he thinks your the supposed leader here Kile." She told him.
Kile laughed. "Yeah maybe i am the one in charge here. Anyway yeah our little group here is interesting. But you'll have to get used to it cause we are all friends here." Kile told the lycan. "Whats your name?" He asked him. Jamie shook her head when he said 'fellow lycan'. "I'm not exactly a fellow lycan....... my dad is an exile and that means i am too." She told the other lycan. Sarah sighed. "Sorry Mr. Lycan dude. I didn't know you didn't want me looking in your mind. I was only trying to see if you were hostile towards us and to see if you were gonna attack out lioness friend over here" She said pointing to Kara.

Wolf looked at Jamie. Well then, I should've opened fire after all. He wanted to say it, but held his tongue. Instead, he responded to a different question. "You can call me The Black Wolf, and just about any variation of it." Wolf glanced at the apparent mind-reader. "Well, there are topics better left private in this head." He tapped his temple to make his point. The look on his face stayed suspicious and ready, and his brown eyes darted to the faces of the group quickly. What lay behind those brown eyes, even Wolf himself wasn't entirely sure.

Core shot Kara a quick smile , glad that she finally turned 16 . She saw that shadow again . Must be a squirrel . Probably a few differently squirrels , she thought . She looked back to the Lycan . " What brings you here , pup ? " she asked , trying to not be hostile , but not to friendly at the same time .

Kara heard what he said in his mind without even having to look. She hated her other ability to be able to see into people's minds from time to time. "Listen Mr. Wolf, just because Jamie's dad is an exile doesn't mean you have any right to kill her or any of us. In fact you actually on our group's teritory here. We have always claimed this spot back here and we would like it alot if you don't try anything against us here." Kara told him.
"Kara cool it." Kile told her. He turned back to Wolf. "Kara has it right this area back here is our group's teritory, so if you want to have a fight then we'll fight but just be warned, since this is our teritory you will find it troublesom to fight all of us back here." Kile told Wolf cooly.
Jamie sighed. "Listen i hate having to be exiled with my dad but my mom died when i was born and my dad got pissed at the elders so they exiled him. I was so young that i had to go with him. Otherwise right now i'd probably be a hunter or ranger." She told the Wolf.

When Core heard Kara voice Wolf`s regret to kill them already , she pulled out her double sword swiftly . She pointed one end directly at Wolf . How dare he , she thought . Her eyes turned black , starting with the iris , spreading all the way to the tear ducts and the corners of her whites . Her hair turned black too , and she frowned , regretting putting her blade away earlier . She thought of all her training , how the others would be happy of her first Lycan kill . She was sure everyone would help , except Jamie . Tainted were at war with Lycans , and the Werewolves where the Vampire`s natural enemy . It slightly amazed her that a war hadn`t broke out yet . " I ask you again , what brings you here , pup ? " asked Core again , this time putting distaste in the world pup .

Wolf's gaze turned unfriendly for a second at the mention of 'pup', then back to his suspicious look. "Just taking a look around." It was a lie and he knew it was obvious to the girl, but he hoped she would get the point. Wolf turned to 'Jamie'. "If so, then what prevented you from simply attacking me on the spot? Also, have you even spoken with the other leaders about this so-called 'territory'? And Jamie... If my parents were Exiles, I wouldn't have stayed with them. I can't remember them anyway." He shrugged. "Can I ask the rest of you your names?" Wolf asked, turning to the others.

Kara knew he was lying. She could feel it. Plus she saw it in his mind. "Liar. Your not just looking around" She said coldly.
Kile sighed. "I've talked to a tainted elder and asked if my group could have this little space as our teritory, The elder said it was fine as long as we don't so anything stupid, besides we only use it during the night time when humans are barely out. We needed a place where our group could have some freedom." He told Wolf. "My name is Kile, The Animalian is Kara, The Psychic Vampire is Sarah, The other Vampire is Core, The hunter's child is Cassie, And the Lycan is Jamie. Josh is a mix breed of Tainted." He told Wolf. Jamie grimaced. "I was just a month old when my father was exiled. I had to go with him. And he won't let me go to the elders alone." She told Wolf.

Core squinted her eyes unhappily at the lie , but she kept her mouth shut , understanding what he was trying to say . " It`s her choice to stay with them ." said Core . It was obvious that Jamie loved her parents , even though they were exiles . Besides , they could be exiles for any reason , like not participating in a war . She stared wide eye at Kile when he spoke his name . Any personal information could be deadly in the hands of an enemy , and this Lycan certainly wasn`t trying to be peaceful .

Wolf paused at Jamie's last statement. "Maybe that's what happened to me. Just... They didn't take me." He paused, looking out with a sense of melancholy. In seconds, he looked back, the suspicion returning. "I digress." Wolf looked at Kara. You know, I'm not even going to respond to that. You oughta've got that... He then looked at Kile. "I see..." Wolf glanced at Core.

Kara shifted nervously. She couldn't understand why he wasn't mad at her for reading his mind as well. Though she could only read stuff going through it at the moment and she also couldn't control her mind reading skill. "Wolf. What do you really want here?" She asked him.
Kile saw Core staring at him. "Cool it Core." He told her calmly. Jamie sighed. She heard the sound of paws pounding on the ground. "Crap.... be back in a sec guys..... trust me now is so not the time for my father to see another lycan here....." She said then took off in the direction of the sound.

Core found the were`s games futile , and ignored Kile trying to calm her down . " What do you want from us ? " she asks , separating each word , " catulus . " She almost spat out the word , knowing the boy hated when people pointed out the fact he was only 13 . She flexed the hand not holding her sword , and her silver painted nails became 2 inches long and deadly hard . She hated the look he gave Kara . She would do anything to protect her .

I don't want anything from here, or even you. It seems it is you and your group that wants from me. Wolf looked at Core. Slowly he stepped back out of her arms reach, and raised his revolver. "You want a fight? I'll give you a fight. I've got nothing to lose, and I havn't even lost it before." The melancholy phased in and out of his mood. "Just never had anything."

Kara acted instantly. She went to her animal form and brought out her claws. *Bring it* She told him. She was still uneasy about the fact that he talked to her though his mind like he knew she could read it. In fact it scared her. *Hey do you know another Animalian named Kenile?* She asked Wolf.
Kile sighed. "Are we really gonna have to fight?" He asked. Not really wanting to. "Cause if we are i'll just be a bystander or judge or whatever..... i don't like to fight...." He said carefully. Josh just laughed. He brought flames to his hands. "You really wanna fight dude?" He asked Wolf.

Core hissed threateningly , knowing that they had many powers on their side . " Attack now , or drop your revolver , mutt , " she said menacingly , not usually showing this side of herself .
