*The girl giggled.* Please, call me Naj. Everybody else does. *She paused for a moment, looking around. Seeing nothing that appealed to her, she gave a firm nod.* I was hoping to meet my brother here, but it seems he's gone...probably on another demon hunt. Hmm. Well, let's go exploring, shall we? No sense in wasting our time here. *With that, the girl grabbed Neit's hand and bounded off into the next room, dragging him along with her.*

Hanakami Cerise shrugged, bored again. The lack of a better way to entertain herself led her to take a seat on top of the counter once more, blowing bubbles with her gum.
Bright brown eyes scanned the room, investigating the decor and the people. The room wasn't that huge, she decided. She played with her dark hair, wondering what to do next. Taryn smiled over at her from behind the counter. "So... you're going to be the new maid here?" She asked, looking through some of the forms and finding the set of keys. "What type of room do you want? You'll be on the second floor." ~~ Duellist looked up, and squeaked out, "I think we're safe... she's going somewhere else." ~~ Bertram lifted her glasses from the ground and gently refitted them around her face, keeping his arms tight around her as the lift shook repeatedly. "Are you okay?" He whispered, softly. He tried to ignore how nice it felt to have her in his arms. "What do you think's going on?"

The mysterious man was about too apologize for calling her her full name, but he had no chance. He bearly hesitated as she pulled him into the next room. He did agree with what she said, but did not respond as she dragged him along.
All he could think of was of where they were going, and to who her brother was. Her quick motion rendered him powerless, wich made his demon aura die down by alot. There was something wrong though, if she just said demon hunt, then now was really the time too feel bad for choosing to pretend being a demon.

Kourin continues to lay on the bar floor, not moving, but a varity of images flash through her head, and through the amulet stone, which is still glowing. Most of the images are Kourin's memories, about her previous lives. Many are disturbing.
The first shows a girl being snatched away from a rather small house, kicking and screaming. This child looks very similar to Kourin now, since the child's hair is matted.
The next shows nothing but black plastic. Like the inside of a bag, either a body bag or a garbage bag. Most likely the first option.
Another shows a small child with silver hair sitting on a street corner in ragged clothes. The child looks very skinny and frail. The little girl collapses, dying. No one even bothers to look.
A fourth shows a silver haired girl dressed in rather large clothing, with a bloody butcher knife in her hand, screaming and crying. Bruises and scars are all over the girl, as if she was beaten and abused. A faceless person lays in front of the child, with a knife wound in the back.
And the final one shows a man ripping apart a woman's chest cavity. The man begins to eat the organs that he pulls out, a sick and disgusting smile on his face. The man then appears to say something...
And with the final image flash, the amulet stops glowing, and Kourin wakes up, screeching loudly. What she had saw horrified her, and had made her sick. She then looks at the amulet once more, before placing it back in her hat. She didn't even bother to sit up... she really didn't feel like moving at this point in time.

"What type of room do you want? You'll be on the second floor." Cerise hopped off the counter, boot heels landing with a click. She nodded, smiling. "Um, well, I don't know what kind of room." She tapped her finger against her cheek, thinking. "Well, I love high places, so anything with a window would be nice! If it's not too much trouble, I mean."

She could see Bertram's face more clearly now. "Ah.. thanks. Yeah, I'm alright.." Finding herself staring at Bertram, Ikue quickly sat up, and responded to his question. "I dun' know.. but it looks like the elevator's stuck.. Maybe the wires or whatever you call it got jammed."

The young vampiress grabbed some sheets and pushed them forward. "Have you signed the release forms and put down a contact number for your next of kin yet?" She asked. "It's just standard boilerplate." ~~ Bertram flushed when she stared at him for a few seconds, and then he smiled, wanly. "Um... what should we do?" He asked, hitting the control panel and trying to ignore their proximity.

*Naj gasped as she entered the bar room, her quick steps grinding down to a slow halt. Her eyes lit up with excitement. Subconciously, she let go of Neik's hand, almost reluctantly taking a step forward as she did so. This place, this room-it was beautiful. As far as she could see, there were shelves chocked full of various beverages. And the fridge...it was huge.*
*Taking another step forward, Naj sniffed the air, smelling the rich scent of delectables. On the verge of drooling, the young girl ventured forth, making her way to the fridge...*

Ikue grew a bit worried, but didn't panick. "I really don't know..," the girl said while gently rubbing the newly formed small bump on the back of her head. She picked her sketchbook and the roses back up, which were knocked out of her hands when the elevator shook. Luckily, the roses landed onto the sketchbook, not touching the ground.
The medium has never been in these kind of situations, especially being stuck in an elevator. Then, something came to her mind. "Hey.. perhaps you can do that warping thing... can you?"

Kourin sighs, and finally decited to sit up. She didn't want someone to come into the bar and inadvertenly use her as a welcome mat! She refused to be stepped on. She slowly rises to her feet, her face now a sickly yellow-green color.
"Now I remember why I blocked some of them out."
'Them' was her memories, the more horrid ones in her currently frazzled mind. She then takes a seat back on the barstool that she was orignally sitting on, now having a new question on her mind. She thinks aloud, since she really couldn't think quietly for the time being.
"What did that guy say?"

At the contact number section, she paused. "Um, is it ok if I leave that blank?" she whispered, her voice a tad bit melancholy as she pointed at the space.

Slayer the Fallen *Naj gasped as she entered the bar room, her quick steps grinding down to a slow halt.
On the verge of drooling, the young girl ventured forth, making her way to the fridge...*((Gotta go for an hour or so. Made myself hungry. Sorry. sweatdrop )) ((its okay, you've given Mimi her chance for escape.)) -Mimi looked up at the sound of Duellist's voice, only to freeze as she spied the young girl walk into the room. It was like seeing a ghost in a sense... brother and sister looked alike enough to make the denying their kin impossible. To see her smile it was like seeing him do the same. It made her miserable to think that sooner or later that would have to change. In a sense admitting her friend's death was something Mimi had yet to do. She still had the hopes it was all a dream;one she could not wake up from. The girl held her breath, afraid to move. Afraid that if her breathing would make the young girl turn in her direction. Someone would have to tell young Naj the truth about her brother and Mimi feared to be that person..though in all consideration it should be her. After all, she was the one who had buried the man. Slowly, Mimi got to her feet, back pressed against the wall. Inch by inch she would move, tearful eyes adverted-- seeing Sirus' sister hurt in more ways that she could have possibly thought. She had to get out of there. The walls were closing in, the air too thick to breathe in. Out. Out. She needed to get out. At last she managed to sneak on out, almost slipping on the mess she'd created when she dropped the cup full of soup. The lycanthrope whimpered, teeth clamped down on her lip in an effort to keep herself from crying. For a moment she looked at Taryn and Cherry, tempted to run in that direction and ask for cover. But she couldn't.. it wouldn't be right, nor fair, let alone smart. Miss Kusanagi, as Sirus referred to Mimi, was in no way shape ready to face tha man's sister. Great, now what? Tugging at the sweater Mimi had tied about her waist, and struggling to keep her composure, the girl headed toward the door. -

The mysterious man could just stare at the girl as he saw her head towards the fridge. With a heavy sigh, he went and sat on a chair, hoping the girl would sit next to him after her stomach had been satisfied.
The fact that he hoped not to come back in that place ticked him off. Three times he had come in, and twice had he gone out, it was getting annoying. He hoped he wouldn't be left alone again, and started looking around.
